A great place for used appliances. We went to all stores in Orlando and they had the best selection and best price. Alex was super helpful and spent a lot of time with us to help us find the best W&D set for our budget.

She answered all my questions and explained the differences in the products. She listened to what I was asking and she responded with detailed knowledge about the product. This should be called 10 stars because of the service and professional attitude of all their employees. their prices beats all in orlando by quite a bit and they have very nice products.mary who sold me my product was very helpfull and also nice.i bought a refreidgerator that had problems and they immediately dispatched a technician to repair the item. a few weeks later i had a minor problem and the owner of the company( bruno) showed up. even though the contract /bill of sale said no refunds he offered to refund my full amount and come pick up the unit.awesome company

I own a property management company for vacation homes, I found Five Stars on facebook when I had to replace one stove, they delivery at same day, install and remove old one (this guest gave me 5 stars on Airbnb :) ). TL;DR- definitely buy from here. Great service and repair that wont break the budget- Continue below if you want to read a novel:I just moved to the area and was in need of a washer and dryer. I found their ad on Facebook and decided to give them a try. Went to their showroom and was met by a super helpful worker that answer all my questions (im bad with names...but she was awesome). She helped me pick out what I needed and set up a delivery day that worked for my family. No issues with the setup or the install crew.Fast forward a week or so and i noticed the washer was way out of balance and sounded like it was going to shake itself apart. I send a Facebook message to their page (since i work odd hours) and received a call the next day to have a technician come out and look at the issue. After the tech left, my wife said the knocking was improved but it was still very loud. I went to use it and did notice an improvement but still not what i liked. Then noticed that the dryer didnt work. So, back to the Facebook page for another message!They sent another tech to my place but this time brought me a new washer since i was having so many issues with the one i purchased. Then, the tech replaced a fuse that went bad in the dryer and ended up replacing the heating element while he was in there. He told me it didnt really need to be replaced, but he went ahead and did it just in case. We then loaded the washer with clothes to test and make sure the new washer worked well and he even stayed until i was happy with it.If youve made it this far, congrats. If you have any hesitations, please dont. They really do stand by their warranty in case something isnt right!

Contracted out through sears to fix my defective refrigerator through the sears purchase protection plan. Had an appointment scheduled and it was a no show and not even a phone call to say they werent going to make it. The phone number rings and just goes to a busy signal.
