Excellent the customer service was outstanding.And the gentleman who helped me better understand my navigation system was truly professional and I appreciated his help.

They are very chaotic and disorganized. No one greeted me to drop off my car for its first service, I had to go inside to then have them ask me for my ticket, so went back outside to get a ticket, then they set me up with a shuttle ride only to make me wait for 45 min while they got around to getting me so I canceled and just had my husband come get me. We purchased the maintenance plan when we bought my car, but my first experience has not made a good impression. Ive dealt with other dealer service departments, and this by far is the worst Ive ever seen. Major disappointment 😞

Friendly staff,wait was normal, area to wait is clean and they provide free amenities, the tvs were a little loud and it was really cold

Just to buy a windshield protector inside the car they could ring it up. Waited 15 minutes for them to figure out to purchase something so simple and the merchandise was 7.99. Tag on it. We walked out.

Too many customers in the lobby. 1 hour and a half for an oil change. Crazy. The employees where nice and courteous

It was my first maintenance for my Kia Soul. I was greeted by friendly & courteous employees. Their customer waiting area was NICE! Coffee, snacks, reading materials, MASSAGE CHAIRS! Better than any waitingr area Ive been in. And the wait time...one hour! Their customer service rep, Felix...awesome guy. Their staff in general were awesome. Looking forward to a long Kia relationship for my Kia Soul! Thank you!!!

I own a Kia and come here for all service. Its not to be compared to lets say, a Mercedes Benz lounge, but comfortable enough, coffee and snacks, big screen TV with theatre set up. Personnel is always friendly, courteous and helpful.

If it wasnt for the fact of being thrown into our desk of having 2 yrs free maintenance Id never bring my car here they are way too slow even with an appointment Walmart jiffy lube our places 30-45 min tops for a oil change and all point inspection everytime at least 1 1/2 to 2 yrs ridiculous service

Do yourself a favor and just pay for an oil change. It took 5 hours for an oil change and battery change. Wasted an entire vacation day. Just for an oil change.

Can watch a movie and free snacks also take u to Florida Mall and come back to Kia
