If you need your car worked on I highly recommend this place. They are all very professional! They always keep you up-to-date on the status of the work. They make sure the job is done right. My car does not even look like it was hit from behind! They did an amazing job!

Had a pretty bad accident some states away from where I live... They sent a tow truck to pick up the car within a day and gave me a timeline of when they would be able to take a look at it. They worked on my car so well and so quickly, it even drives better than before the accident and looks great. They even washed the car and cleaned up the interior without touching whatever was in the cup holders and the like. They communicated well throughout the entire process, and when I had an issue after picking up my car, they were quick to tell me to come in so they can take a look at it!Overall, I’m greatly satisfied and recommending them to friends and family. They are so friendly and understanding.

This was my first time using AutoNation Collision Center Airport, and I have to admit they did a great job. The receptionist lady was very nice and the moment you walked in the members would noticed you. Steven was the person who helped me with my car, and he made sure I did not leave without any concerns and worked with my schedule. When I picked up my car it looked brand new even the inside. They fixed the damage and vacuumed my car as well, which was appreciated. The downside only would be the location of the shop. It is very small and barely any parking. I was lucky enough to grab some before it was occupied, so keep that in mind when arriving to the location.

I wrote a review on airport AutoNation collision on how they Ripped me off. It took them over a month to get my parts. That is after I had to call and remind them. then as they were fixing my car they called me and blackmailed me for money to fix the car rightThe GM Ben didnt like my Google review and requested I call him. So I called and he took zero accountability got angry and raised his voice. I feel Ben and this place is a rip off and Total POS.

I have a 2014 Silverado, had some body work done by Autonation collision on Hoffner. They completed the work one day early, for the price they gave me and did a first class job. Everything started out great. They had my care over the holiday of Christmas and New years. 20+ days. I was kept up to date on all work. The work was GREAT! (so far) My car looks good and they fixed what they were supposed to. However! ***WARNING TO ALL*** make sure to take a picture of your dashboard with your mileage on it when you drop the car off at the place. Make sure to have a worker in the picture or the building or something. My mileage was up a lot. When I questioned them they showed me pictures of where they wrote a mileage on my window, not my actual dashboard. So they could have put whatever they wanted. But from the time I had insurance look at it and dropped it off there is no way I drove 240 miles... Maybe 100... So where did the extra miles come from? Also there was a tag left in the back of my car for brake fluid, and they did NOT work on my brakes so why was that tag left in my car? when it had nothing to do with why my car was in there. My car was also smoking like fluid had been added somewhere and was spilled and burning off or something. So be warned, while they did GREAT body work on my car and customer service was GREAT until the Manager came out, get the pictures of your mileage so there is NO question about them driving it or not. The manager was rude and said we all drive really nice cars why would we drive customers broken cars. Then informed me that my car was without doors for 20+ days in the back of the shop... During rain and all kinds of other things. Told me that my car was very dirty before they cleaned it out. Not sure how they can leave it with no doors that long during rain and such. He then told me that if he had a dollar for every time a customer said they drove their car he would be rich, he said he had a customer that had a car with no CD player then they got a rental that had one and came back to get there car that did not have a CD player and asked why they had stolen the CD play out of their car. WOW! really, I felt like he was saying I am an idiot for thinking they drove my car. So get that picture so you dont have to be questioned like an idiot!

Did a great job and the car was ready when promised.

While no one wants to use this type of facility, you may find yourself needing their services. I had that need and was pleasantly surprised how easy they made my experience. Having a rental car agency attached to Auto Nation was excellent. I was pleased with the work and if I ever need to would definitely use them again.

The whole experience was very stress free do to Klayton and Ben the Manager. The work this shop did was absolutely perfect. Great job done quickly and seamlessly. Thank you for excellent service! Klayton really was outstanding to work with!

This was at least my third experience with this business, each time a pleasure. You can expect excellent, timely, and courteous service from these professionals. They recently replaced a broken door handle on my Rav4 in a few minutes while I waited. Plus, at my request, they performed a diagnostic test on my low tire pressure system at no charge. You cant get this level of service at a car dealer, so I come here when I can. I highly recommend this business and service advisor Stephen Cimino who provided the ultimate in customer service. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Took my 2016 Mazda 6 to Auto Nation to have a scratch that went from the front end to the back repaired. The front bumper had some chips from bugs and things hitting it. I asked to have that painted as the bumper had to be removed and repaired on the corner and I would pay extra for the whole bumper to he painted. I was told I would receive updates throughout the process. I never received a single update. Just a call saying my car was finished. Upon arriving I was looking over the car and noticed they had not painted any part of the bumper. They used a tuch up paint pen! Also there was lint in the paint on rear quarter, two runs on the front door and two chips that were not there when car was dropped off that they tried to cover up with the pen. Chip on mirror fixed with pen! As I was pointing out the issues the sales man was getting mad. He started to raise his voice and went from calling me Jim to LISTEN PAL!! They refused to take responsibility for anything. Even after I showed them pictures when the car was dropped off to them. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, POOR QUALITY, DISHONEST, STAY AWAY!! STAY FAR AWAY! Had to choose one star to post but they do not even deserve that.

This is a high quality collision center and I recommend it to everyone who needs a good, professional and friendly environment to fixed your vehicle.

Our Service Consultant was very nice and explained the work that would be performed in detail. When a piece was removed from the car they found additional damages and again the consultant called us to explained all the damages and costs and sent images over. Only complaint was that the car was not ready when we were told, but it was just that it was not washed. overall they did a great job

When it comes to auto repair and such, I rarely would give out 5 stars but have to say that customer service is what these folks are all about. Never did I feel out of the loop or unsure of the process and what to expect. In fact, they set my expectations and then went on to exceed them. The final repair had my car looking as good as it did the day I bought it from the dealer. Yes I do recommend them highly.

They had my car about 6 weeks, finally got it back and they didnt clean it. I also found three dents in the door and the guy Clayton that works there told me I was lying that its prior damage so he told me hes telling the insurance company that its prior damage and it was not ! Worst place ever. I am totally disappointed in the Hoffner Avenue Auto Collision Ive had my car fixed in other ones and they always send the car back clean and they never take that long I was promised one day didnt get it till 4 days later. My service tire monitor systems on so they broke something in my tire area my hatchback doesnt stay up anymore so they broke that also I have had the worst time with this place I hope to God they get whats coming to them because they have just cost me more money than they charge to fix it this is the absolute worst place do not take your car here!!

I have been visiting from Virginia for a couple of weeks. I needed some advice concerning paint in a certain area of my truck peeling. I entered the lobby to find a very friendly staff. I was referred to a gentleman named Phil. His knowledge, experience and advice helped me very much. Thank you Phil and the staff.

I previously had my car repaired at the shop. Everyone there was amazing, Phil who fixed my car, Becca and Nicole at the front desk where extremely nice and Ben the Manager was awesome with helping me. I would recommend this shop for repairs.

Timely service.

All I keep reading is how great they are.. but what they dont say is that, its only when you come referred by an insurance. If you are just asking for an estimate they make you wait, then when its your turn their demeanor is as if you are bothering them and they are doing you a favor, and god forbid an insurance adjuster shows up because they will become the center of their attention and youll be come invisible to them. Ill never go back to that place, I rather take my business elsewhere.

I am giving them 5 stars because they stand behind their work. I would not say that my experience was perfect at Autonation Collision, however it was how the General manager and the staff responded to the less than perfect repairs. Problems will arise in any business and its how you respond to them that shows true dedication to a good product or service. The people here at Autonation made sure that I was taken care of and the repairs are good. I am confident that if any warranty issues arise in the future they will more than happily stand behind their work. Thanks guys.

Beware when they finish your car will smell like paint for a week they do not detail the cars inside or outside they will also give you a date to pick up the car then they will make up an excuse on why it isnt ready. last but not least i was told my car would be detailed it was barely washed when i picked it up it smelled like paint seats were dirty inside dusty etc etc.

Terrible business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using Airport AutoNation.This place is NOT AN HONEST buisness! I do not recommend speaking with JUAN if you are ever forced to use AIRPORT AUTONATION. I am a certified mechanic at Dodge. The estimate JUAN made was way over priced. JUAN told me the vehicle was going to be repaired and parts were ordered. 2 Days later I get a call saying that the car is a total loss because they couldnt find a door that he had part numbers for on the estimate and priced at $854. I found parts that were an 8th of the price that Juan put on the estimate. Door I found was certified for $100. I was also told my vehicle is worth $1000 less than KBB by Juan in order to total my vehicle. I have a claim being processed by the Office of Florida Insurance Regulation against this company.

4th visit after the vehicle was fixed. 2 of these visits talk to the General Manager Ben Carson. This time had to bring pictures of a vehicle my make and model for them to see that their job was poorly done. Also, beware of the this vehicles come with gaps from the factory excuse to dismiss the poorly done job. There s no excuse, period. Guys at the dealer noticed immediately how the rear bumper looks like its sitting down after it was replaced by this shop.

I got my car in when I wanted, and the work was completed when promised. Quality was great.

First come not served first. The employee in the left cube when you walk in, did not help me as I was the first that walked in. Another customer walked in and she helped them instead. Very unprofessional and just lazy.

I give them 5 stars since the attention was quite good especially from Katherine the first time they gave me my car after leaving the repair I saw that it had several details and I told her and she said do not worry because if you do not like it we will return to do and I think it is the fairest because in the end everything is to win and thats how I did not accept it how it was I was re-painted and this second time it was really excellent. Roa definitely recommends them to other people.And as a recommendation for autoNAtion collision, I tell you that the workshop manager must be more detailed before delivering the repaired vehicle and if he sees any detail, at least not to let the vehicle out, since it can happen how My case that they can return the vehicle To return to work and waste time and money
