I have used Brennans Bodyworks multiple times because people cant seem to stop hitting my car. Last visit rear side panel had to be replaced as Dent was so severe it could not be repaired or pulled out. Old panel cut out and new panel into the roof line was welded in. Welding, seams, bodywork and painting were immaculate! They treated my 2016 Honda Accord just like the many Mercedes and Audis they specialize in. They worked hand in hand with my insurance company as the estimate changed when the dent became too far gone to complete, and had to replace the panel. I wrote a personal e-mail to the front office to give to the men who repaired and painted my vehicle as it was flawless. Be sure to praise good work when you see it as craftsmanship is dying in the U.S.

Rob was excellent at providing me a timely estimate and communicating with the thru the repair process. My 911 Porsche came out looking like new, they did an amazing job which showed their skill and training . I would recommend them to anyone needing body work in their luxury automobile. I had them paint three interior pieces on my 911. They did an amazing job and then buffed out a few scratches outside the car and installed a phone holder at no additional charge. Highly recommended.

I towed my car 140mi for body repair because they came highly recommended. I signed off when picking up my car because it was waxed and it looked ok. When I washed my car for the first time, I got a pretty big surprise and the pictures should say it all. The owner was nice and offered to fix it but it was not worth my time to drive 5 hours back and forth, I didnt like the fact someone has to remove more of my clear coat, and I also didnt trust for them to touch my car again. I still cant believe whoever worked on my car did this and thought it was acceptable. A little QC would be nice especially when working on high end cars!

Worked diligently finding all the needed parts to put the rear end of my car back to stock condition. And those headlights are so clear!

Ive read many of these reviews and find them hard to believe. I have a 2018 sQ5 that is my baby, its only a few months old but it has become a part of our family and my daughter calls it the Millennium Falcon because of all the gizmos and gadgets. a Month or so ago, a tourist decide to turn left right into my car, my first call was to Audi of South Orlando. Everyone directed me to Brennan Bodyworks. The entire right hand side of my car was torn up. They stayed in touch with me through the entire process and took care of dealing with the insurance comp[any and car rental so I didnt have to lift a finger. The car looks exactly like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor a few months ago. I waited a little while to write the review until I had a chance to do a full detail of the car to see if I could find any issues with the repair. I cleaned every inch of the car and the work in the areas not visible normally was as good as the outside body work. I took it by the dealership to get an oil change and they were all saying what an awesome job they did as well. A huge thanks to everyone at Brennan for making this a painless experience and for doing a great job. I did have a touch of paint smell in the car but I had the cabin filter replaced when I got my oil changed and the smell is gone. Thank you for being so great to me and the Falcon... I am sure there are other folks that may be a little faster getting it done but I want quality over quickness. The timing for the repair was right around what I imagined with most of the body parts coming from Germany.

Brennan’s receptionist is the absolute best- kept me informed, empathetic to situation, respectful & friendly. When my car was deemed total loss, she even helped me unload & transfer items from my car. It was an emotional moment to see the car in daylight and the severity of the damage and realizing how fortunate we were to be spared injury or death. I went to Brennan due to reviews. Met the folks there and felt comfortable. My truck was repaired beautifully and looked brand new. They matched the paint like it came from factory. If youre a fanatic with your car or truck and you need body work done, then they are one of the best in Orlando area.

Ken and the entire Brennan Bodyworks team was incredible! The only component that I wish could have been better was a better estimate of when repairs would be complete. For example, I realize they may have been optimistic in telling me that it was almost done. However, I would have preferred a kind of worst case scenario so that perhaps I may have planned better. Regardless, they are an incredible team and I am so happy with their service overall. I highly recommend to anyone.

Took my dad’s car here last month because he got into an accident. The passenger side damage to the point you can’t open both doors. They did an amazing job. We got the car back look like original. Not only the damage was fix but the color match perfectly. They made it very easy for my dad since they took care everything with the insurance company. The staff are professional and friendly. I have used Brennan Bodyworks three times now (unlucky in that sense) for repairing my Audi. Every single time the car looks exactly to how it was prior to the accident. They call Enterprise for you, get you shuttled over, and get you spot-on quote for service. Afterwards, you simply drop off your rental at Brennan and they take care of returning it. They wash and detail the car and have you come back in 30 days to clean and inspect it after repairs are done. The only downside that you could really nitpick, would be the time for repairs. You wont be getting your car back typically the same or next day. This doesnt bother me because I care much more about the quality of work and not having to come back, or go to another repair shop. Highly recommend bringing your German cars here as they are the only certified repair center in Orlando (at least for Audi)

This is HANDS DOWN the place to go if you need to have your Audi, BMW or any other luxury car repaired. They do beautiful work, so perfect, you cant even tell that you had an accident! The staff is amazing and helpful, and they tell you the truth about how long the repairs will take. It is not the fastest place to get your car repaired, but it is the BEST, and absolutely worth the wait to have it done right. I saw some of the negative reviews on here, and honestly, I think they are without merit. Some people are never happy no matter what you do, and like to complain. The truth is, this place has been around for a long time, and they wouldnt be around or have such a great reputation if the negative reviews were true. I hope I never get into an accident again, but if I do, I will come back, and I will always recommend Dan and his team at Brennan Bodyworks!

This is shops workmanship is not up to Audi spec as they claim. Here is a list of things encountered that were not there until after they held my car for over a month:1. Tail light has moisture inside lens. My car was there for work related to hurricane damage. Moisture was not present in the lens before or when I dropped the vehicle off to them.2. Door panel ripped/torn. When I confronted them about this they stated that they would fix it. My idea of a fix would be replacing the panel because it’s broken. When I dropped the car off, I forgot to grab my sunglasses and requested to retrieve them. They directed me to the back where the car was being worked on. They had apparently applied some type of glue or epoxy to the tear and were spray painting over it with gray paint. The guy had the area around draped off with cardboard. My thought at the time was this is not up to my standards but after them keeping my car for so long I just wanted to be over with the interaction already. Now that months have passed and the weather is nicer, I noticed while driving with my window down that that gray paint is over sprayed on my mirror housing. I would not even think about going back to them to fix it, because they would immediately point the finger at me and asked why I didn’t notice it earlier.3. Water had gotten in through the sunroof during the hurricane damage so my headliner was hanging. That was one of the parts replaced. In order to change that out they needed to remove the windshield and take the headliner out from the front. They marked up the pillars around the front windshield. When I brought that up he had me bring the car back and he replaced one of them. What bothered me more about the headliner though was that it was not even tucked in where it meets the rear pillar by the rear windshield and was obviously not put in correctly the first time.4. There were imperfections in the paint applied to the front bumper. Their argument was that they painted over rock chips. While I understand they’re side of this, these do not look like rock chips. They look more like someone accidentally touched the paint while it was wet.5. The rear right door handle would not open the door from the outside when I picked the car up. Of course I did not notice this until my daughter tried to get in her usual see a couple of days later. They claim that they did nothing to that door but they replaced a part inside and fixed it. Why go out of your way if you didn’t do it?6. Last but not least, in the following weeks after I picked up the car, while driving I would hear something rolling around on the floor. When I had time to hunt down the noise, turns out that there was a handle under my seat that goes near the clothing hook by the rear right door. Apparently it had been replaced and they just left the old one under my seat. The fact that they did not find that tells me that they did not even wipe down or vacuum the inside of my car when done working on it like they said that they would.After my car being in their shop for approximately five weeks, my rental was now not being covered anymore and my insurance company was calling me upset that they were taking a lot longer than they should be. I am not sure but I have the feeling that they thought I was easy money and pushed my work to the side until they couldn’t push it to the side any longer after feeling the heat from the insurance company. They ended up covering the last week or so of my car rental because it was not paid for by my insurance company.I expect so much more from a shop that is certified to work on Audi and other high end brands. I suspect that they cut corners and put less skilled laborers on the jobs to save money while working under the shops name and claiming certification.When I went to pick up the car the second time, I was sitting in the waiting area with a gentleman who had brought his Tesla in presumably to replace a door. He brought up to them that the factory door felt solid yet the door that they used as a replacement felt like a tin can.

Repair took over a month. Service and communications are weak at best. Internal controls seem non-existent. Car has been ready for a week, and still no release--even with insurance checks in hand. On hold for several minutes at a time with several people promising will call back in 5 minutes and never returned the call. Called back at least 4 times with still no answer. Over-billed by $1000 that was found by an audit. Will only take bank check or cash or endorsed from insurance company. No credit card? No personal check. They are untrusting--does that mean they are not trustworthy? Terribly frustrating experience. Go elsewhere if you can.

Our Audi Q5 was rear ended and the dealer recommended Brennan. They did an excellent job all the way from first day until we picked up the car. The same owner Brennan took care of us. What a gentleman.

Brennan Bodyworks - Stay away unless you have MONTHS to wait for your vehicle to be repaired!! They may do the best work in the Southeast, but they are so slow it is maddening. Currently over 100 days waiting for our Audi A3 to be returned to us. They slow walk everything and invent new and meaningless excuses for why they cant / wont get our car back to us. They process everything through the shop in a serial manner. If there is a car in front of you, the process stops. If they havent heard from a supplier, the process stops. If they havent gotten paid for the repairs, the process stops. I would give - 5 stars if I could.

For the last few months, I have been trying to get my car repaired, its Feb 18, 2018 and still nothing. No updates, nothing! Cant handle the job or just simply does not want my $$$. Im probably dodging a bad experience I dont need so Im moving on!
