I got my driver side fender repainted about a month ago, after I scratched it with the entrance gate in my community.The job was really well done, immaculate! The staff was friendly and very communicative during the process. They provide a loaner car if you need it while they are repairing your vehicle which was nice. I’m sure I could have had the work done for a little less somewhere else but can’t beat the convenience here. They did a great job paining my bumper and so far, everything looks good. My 2017 Camaro looks BRAND NEW! The staff here really made me feel taken care of after some guy backed into my car. Emma, Travis, Drew & Ricky all provided A+ customer service, pricing and craftsmanship. Emma must have heard my voice over 20 times over 2 weeks with all the calls I made with updates. Travis understood my needs with my aftermarket parts and work and made sure that my car was back to before the accident. Between the body work, pain work, new tire, new wheel powder coating and so much more they were able to do for me, this body shop absolutely deserves your business. I was referred here by my friend that I literally took my car over an hour away from where I live to see what all the hype was that she was giving me. DB deals with all insurances on your behalf and will absolutely make sure you are set up in a rental while all the work is being completed. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everyone here absolutely deserves repeat business. Everyone in this shop is certified by specific brands and not just industry standards. Also, they even detailed my car and left me a thank you note with a rose when I came to pick up the car. DB made a bad situation into a stress free experience.

This was my first serious car accident in Florida (a no fault state). It was also my first brand new car. They were clean, nice, professional, and provided expeditious service for the consultation/estimate appointment. That being said, I was given an overwhelming amount of information when I brought my car for a repair estimate (after someone hit me). They gave me a ton of info about how they’ll fight the other person’s insurance company and how they’ll make sure the company pays. They also started talking about how tricky the offender’s insurance company was, implying the insurance company may not pay for all the days I needed a rental car. In the end, I never got the repair estimate I came for and they never gave me any assurance about what I should do next. I ended up taking my car to the dealership (which also had a collision center). The dealership gave me a very rough estimate (so I could begin to have an idea), told me exactly what steps I needed to take, informed me the insurance company would begin paying for the rental from the day I choose to leave my car at the collision center for repair. Although I’m sure DB could have done a great job with my car, the legal scare tactic and information overload didn’t provide any useful direction so I ended up not being serviced by them. Hope the review helps.

I had the misfortune of being involved in an accident with my new Subaru on November 28, 2020. For the first time in 20 years I needed a repair shop and wasnt looking forward to the task. What I was sure of is I wanted my car to be repaired at a certified Subaru facility to ensure proper repairs so I begain the search on the internet for a location close to me. From every review I read, the place to take my car was DB Orlando Collision. Those reviews were not wrong. I could go into a long winded explaination of how my insurance company tried to screw me at every opportunity and treaten to not pay for the necessary repairs. the folks at DB Orlando helped me get the insurance company to fulfill their obligations under the terms of my policy. They are a great facility doing incrediable work. Emma and Travis are consumate professional and definately care about the customer. During the course of the repairs to my vehicle I had the opportunity to vist the shop several times and the place was always neat and clean with the employees focused on their tasks. The documentation of repairs is second to none. No detail was left unrecorded. There was a definate feeling of pride and craftmanship in their efforts. Communication with DB was excellent. They kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. When I got my car back, I wasnt disappointed. The vehicle was literally as good as new. Whlile my after picutre has a bit of dirt on the fender, I assure you the vehicle is pristine. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I got my front bumper repaired from severe damage, they fixed my car even with how bad the front was and they made it WORK. Emma at the front desk is AMAZING, Drew is AMAZING, Travis is AMAZING. I went in there sad and left smiling. They cater to your every need, Emma can remember my preference of soda and I can’t imagine how many people she sees a day. Drew helped me find low rates to get the best but most affordable car parts. Travis is always at your service. They are all so professional, friendly, understanding & knowledgeable. I had not a single issue, I picked up my car and they had cleaned my car INSIDE AND OUT and even filled my gas tank up and all I got was my bumper repaired. I will never go anywhere else to get my car repaired this is a FAMILY friendly place, they ARE family. We need more businesses like this honestly I was not let down, I’m really in awe.

I came to this place to fix a dent on my car. Although it costed me more than I was expecting, they have helped me safe my time and the stress as they help me through everything from dealing with the insurance paperwork to providing me a $1 loaner car which helped me continue my day to day businesses without no hassle. Not only that, they provided a very professional and courteous service, especially when they took me around their shop and showed me their procedures as well as sending me a VERY detailed pictures of their work the before during and after, which made me comfortable doing business with them as they are being open and professional. I highly recommend these guys, and definitely will come back next time I needed to get my car fixed.

100% trust everyone here with my vehicle. They are friendly and caring. They will walk you through everything they are going to do to your car and answer any questions you can think of. I damaged the back door of my Jeep pulling another car. There was a bend at the bottom of the door, the paint cracked and the door was no longer closing properly. When I got it back you couldn’t tell anything happened at all! They also took extra steps during this COVID 19 to sanitize everything and left a flower! Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I was involved in an accident back in April 18,2021. I brought my vehicle to DB Orlando Collison Center on June 3, 2021. My vehicle was at DB Orlando for almost 3 weeks. During the entire process while my vehicle was being repaired, whether it was Emma, Travis, and Drew, they were very transparent with the process and kept me up to date with regards to my vehicle and any issue that I needed it they were very supportive during the entire process. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the damage was all gone and it looked like I just bought my vehicle from the dealership lol. I would recommend to anyone who has been involved in a collision, they will work with you and the insurance adjuster to get the best deal for their customers. I highly recommend.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a collision center. They offered me a complimentary loaner vehicle for the entire duration of the repair process, worked tirelessly with my insurance company to ensure I could get the repairs done (as my insurance was on the brink of claiming total loss), kept me in the loop very frequently whether it be text message or phone call. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but on top of all that, they offered me $200 off my deductible because I had to pay two deductibles. Extremely kind and generous group of people. The owner Drew called me several times to offer updates on the insurance hurdles, the woman at the front Emma was texting back and forth with me whenever I reached out and was always very knowledgeable and kind, and I even got the chance to meet some of the guys in the back who were just as amazing. When I got to the shop to pick up my vehicle after it was finished, I was given a slideshow presentation of all the photos taken from beginning to end of the process, and let me tell you, the THOROUGHNESS was mind blowing. I’ve never seen so much attention to detail. I would recommend DB Collision to anyone I know and would have full faith that they’d receive the same experience I did.

They explained everything in the process to me and gave me regular updates on the work, as well as took photos and documented the entire repair process so that I knew exactly what was being done.At the end, they even left a rose in my car.Talk about a great company. Great customer service and very genuine people. This was my first time making any kind of insurance claim and being somewhat younger I was worried about getting gouged for money and taken advantage of. These people made me feel completely safe. They walked me through their entire facility and kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair process. They also discussed repair costs with the insurance company on my behalf and handled all issues that came up, and they did so while remaining completely transparent. And the repair looks as good as new. I would highly recommend this repair shop to new and experienced customers a like. Emma, Travis, and Drew made it more than easy.

Judy deserves 5 stars because of her warmth and kindness.******My car originally went in for damage to the passenger side due to an accident. In the month I waited to get in my car received more damage on the hood and along the drivers side. The cost of the damage to the drivers side and hood was almost $2000. I saw all of the positive reviews and that he worked on some hot rods so this seemed to be reasonable for a high quality paint job. I expected this thing to look amazing for the price. Unfortunately, it was not that way. When I took it home the first time I noticed there were some glaring issues. I took pictures and emailed them since I had to take my car to the shop the following week. After the month it was in the shop I returned it to DB and we looked at the issues. He agreed they were not acceptable and said he would get it fixed and it would only take a week. We both took pictures of what needed to be fixed and we set up a date and time for it to be fixed. Once again, when I picked it up it did not constitute a $2k paint job. There were drips in the top coat, debris in the paint, and pinholes that were not fixed. When the painter said it would take 20 minutes to fix I became even more concerned. The car was left overnight and when I came back the next day only a few of the issues were fixed. I was told that he was upside down on this job and that body work was an illusion to trick your eye into thinking it is all one color and that there is no damage. Thats fine and dandy but the actual workmanship was definitely sub par in my opinion. There were still drips in the topcoat when I got it back the second and third times. I have seen more done with less and am still not happy with how it turned out. I will attach pictures so you can decide. He gave me a refund because he did not want to keep working on it. Most of the issues in pink were fixed to maintain the illusion but thats all it was. An illusion, not top quality work.

Now a days good customer service has almost totally gone away, but DB Collision has brought back my faith that there are places who still offer great customer service. It takes a lot for me to want to write a review for a business whether that is good or bad, but I feel that I had to tell people how great my experience at DB Collision actually was.I am very picky about my car, and who works on it. DB Collision was recommended to me from someone I know in the Car industry and after reading the reviews I decided to take my car there after someone had ran into the side of my car.Right off the bat they helped my with any and everything I needed to do. Judy and Drew are super professional and courteous. They made sure to keep me up to date with the status of my vehicle, along with taking care of everything the insurance company needed. Because of how picky I am about my car, I was sure once I got it back I would be able to see where the car was fixed. Maybe it wouldnt be that obvious, but I would be able to tell somewhat... Not only can I not tell where the work was done, but my car looks better now that it did before it was hit!!! My car is almost 2 years old, and now looks brand new again! I can not say enough about how good their work is at DB Collision. With nearly a perfect five star rating, I went in with high expectations. However, those expectations were exceeded through every phase of the repair by Emma, Travis, and the behind-the-scene team. They consistently went above and beyond to make our insurance claim seamless - even as far as scheduling a rental return pickup at their shop (since we dropped our loaner off there to pick up our car), as well as helping my pregnant wife install our car seat in our vehicle after removing it from our rental. I hope we never have to use them again (due to an accident), but if we do, there is no other place we will go.

Prices were fair and customer service was 5-star. Looks like there was never any front end damage. They even washed and detailed the outside too which was nice!I just wish they didn’t detail the inside. It was a nice gesture. However, they left a bunch of crusted cleaning residue all over with a terrible smell. Almost as if it was washed down with dirty waterAddendum:I’ve updated this from 3-star to 4-star because even though the detail at the end wasn’t the greatest, management reached out and made it right. They were very sincere and genuine, I appreciate that far more. The customer service was 5-star if there was a category for that.

Ricky was excellent, above average! I dropped my credit card in an inaccessible area in my car and couldn’t get it out but Ricky got it out for me within minutes!

After being in an accident and taking my car elsewhere, the repairs that were done at another location did not make my vehicle feel safe to drive. I brought it to DB Collision after where the staff was amazing in calming my nerves and ensuring me everything would be taken care of. They were in constant communication with me and would let me know all that was happening and how they were helping. When what I expected was simply to make my car feel safe and drivable, they went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure I was more than satisfied and happy with the repairs, no matter how complicated they might have been. Have to agree with all of the other posts here, this is the 6th time I have brought my vehicle here.What sets db apart from everyone else in this town is their honesty. They communicate very well, they get things done when they say they will, and if their is an issue, they will make it right. I can honestly say that I have had maybe 1 thing out of all of the cars that I thought maybe an issue and it wasnt.This is the best shop in Orlando, hands down. I didnt get asked to fill this out. I didnt get paid to fill this out. I told them I would write a review because of how I feel about this shop. My son had hit something getting off of a freeway ramp and damaged the front of his Kia Forte. He went to db Orlando Collision and spoke with Travis about an estimate to repair the damage. He was given the preliminary estimate and we decided to go with them. As with any collision damage you cant fully estimate the damage until you remove body panels. Well to our surprise Travis came back with the revised estimate a day later and repairs began. I have to commend Travis, Emma and the Repair Staff they went above my Sons expectations on the repair. The other little issue was i am in Ohio and he is in Florida but Travis worked with us to get the bill paid. I HIGHLY recommend db Orlando for repairs.

I did not have my car repaired here, however, I did stop in today to pick my friend up for lunch. I work in a different collision center, a competitor if you will. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, organization and equipment at db Orlando Collision. As somebody in the industry, who knows what they’re looking at, I can tell you that I’d have my car repaired here without any hesitation. Very impressive.

Hands down a great shop! My 2017 Mustang GT was hit during a hail storm. They took me in and made the whole process so easy! They explained what the whole procedures would be and why they would need to be done. They set me up in a rental car, they kept me updated the entire repair process and they were punctual with the deadlines they told me for when the car would be ready. Their customer service cant be beat and the car came out perfect, you would never know it was hit with a hail storm. I would recommend them to anybody and will definitely go to them in the future.

I just had my Infiniti repaired by them after a little run in with a gate. I can’t say enough good things about every single person we dealt with there. Not only is it body repair for your car but a full concierge type service. Not something you would expect from an auto shop!! Everyone was so kind and helpful to ensure we were kept in the loop, the claim with our insurance was handled correctly, and everything in between. As someone who is usually the first to complain (being honest), I am still completely blown away by their level of service. Not to mention my car looks like it never made friends with a gate.

Although my vehicle took a week or so longer than they said it would, (which I expected during COVID) the service I received was top notch. Travis and the crew at db did an excellent job with everything from handling insurance to making my 2019 Toyota Tacoma look brand new again after pretty significant front end damage. I brought my Toyota Camry to DB Auto Collision based on reviews I saw on Yelp and Google. Im happy to say the reviews were right and add a 5-star review of my own. From beginning to end they provided excellent customer service and did an outstanding job on my repair. When I got into my car to leave the shop, not only was my vehicle spotless, but I found a beautiful pink rose on the passenger seat thanking me for my patronage. Hopefully I never have to have another repair, however if I do I will definitely return to this shop and also recommend it to anyone I know that needs their service.

This is the second time Ive used DB Orlando, and can say without hesitation, they are one of the best! My boyfriend used them the first time to get some repairs done to his truck, in addition to getting it wrapped. He was beyond blown away by the finishing look, as DB took their time to focus in on every little detail while ensuring they gave him exactly what he asked for. The second time was to get repairs done on our SUV, as it received some front end damage while driving on I4. The guys at the shop are amazing, as well as Keisha at the front desk. They handled everything! From the rental, to the insurance communications, and staying in contact with myself to keep me informed on the progress, I was always kept in the loop. Even despite a global Pandemic, aka COVID19, they were able to get all the work done in about 2 weeks time. When it came time to pick up the SUV, I was honestly shocked at how great she looked! Even better than before! Not to mention, the guys threw in a free vehicle cleaning and detail, which being our family SUV we use to tow our kids around in, it was much appreciated. This place is hands down the best collision center I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism is outstanding. Their work is also incredible. They have kept me up to date every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car they showed me 196 pictures of the entire process. I felt very comfortable driving off. Also the cutest part, was the rose they leave in your ca . What a cute touch. Great place to get your car fixed. Trustworthy and really helpful people who will go out of the way to help you. I took my car to 4 mechanics to get the turn signal fixed and knew what the exact problem was. No mechanic was ready to do it until I spent $200. A guy named Ricky at the shop fixed it within minutes without even charging me.

I was devastated when an accident completely damaged the front of my less than two year old car. On the advice of many of my coworkers I chose dB Orlando Collision for the repairs. They were so professional the entire time. I was constantly updated on the status and felt confident that they were checking that everything was perfect. This was the second time that I used this shop for repairs to one of the vehicles in my household.I just picked up my car today after it was repaired from a rear end collision. The shop worked with my insurance company to get the necessary repairs to the vehicle that the insurance company hadn’t originally approved. I was involved in a car accident and my car was declared total loss. db Orlando Collision was the place where my car was store until we completed the settlement with the insurance company. They are very professional and honest, they helped us with a lot of information about the whole process, what to expect and gave us their honest opinion about how to deal with the whole situation .To be in a car accident is already very stressful and to find someone that help you and give you peace of mind is priceless. My car was towed first to Ace Paint and Body Works, they are very rude, obnoxious people didnt want to take my car in because they knew it was total loss and they were not going to make any money so they didnt allow the towing truck to leave my car there, the towing truck driver called me and told me, he didnt know what to do with my car, and neither did I, I have to little kids, no car, but towing truck driver recommended me db Orlando Collision and as soon as my car arrived there, someone contacted me, they were very nice, polite, showed concern and compassion for us asking how the accident affected us and explained what steps we had to do next .I highly recommend them !!!! The office is very nice, clean, very pleasant, the people working there are all amazing !!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that need to fix their cars or are involved in an accident.

Keisha, Travis, Drew, Jack, the Production and Estimate manager and the entire crew at DB are amazing! I recently had my 2018 Mazda CX-5 serviced with them, and they kept me updated every step of the way throughout the process. They provided courtesy text messages, and phone calls and even detailed my vehicle for me so it looked as good as new when it was returned just in time for a out of town trip that I was taking that weekend. I scraped the side of my car and a significant amount of paint was taken off, and I can’t even tell that the accident happened! Thanks DB! You guys are awesome! :)

They were professional, efficient and very timely with repairs. The work was amazingly well done. I knew where the damage was and couldnt tell it was fixed.
