These folks are glacially slow and I mean slooow. I had a 2021 M550i there for a fender bender. We are at two months and counting. Just today I was told it would be at least another week. Also, their estimate was ~$1000 more than Gerber which was recommended USAA. That surprised nobody. USAA does not recommend these people because:1) Customers complain to USAA. 2) Their estimates are consistently higher than the folks USAA recommends. BMW says their hourly rates are the same. Then why are their estimates so darned high🤔…….💵? But because it is a 5 series, Gerber said they could not do them ( company policy I was told). Mind you, this is a door and quarter panel. This is one of the best reasons to NOT get a 5 series around here or you have to put up with this. This shop is the best local advertisement against buying a BMW 5 (and I’m sure it is for any M, 6, 7 or 8) in Orlando. I think the I-4 project will be finished first.
We had a 2019 BMW 430i repaired by this facility. Fields BMW Of Winter Park (whom we bought the vehicle from new) referred us to this establishment. Fairly straight forward repair, big ding in the driver side door. Somehow, this took almost 3 weeks for them to repair. To our knowledge, there was no delayed parts, as it was just repair to existing. We waited the time, and upon arrival for pickup were not thrilled with that we found. First, the porter brings the car around- white overspray all over our driver side mirror. Then opening the driver side door- a ton more white overspray on all of the black boots and wiring. Further inspection- they didn’t finish wet sand/polish the hood by the headlight, didn’t finish wet sand/polish the fender vent (which was taken off the car). The rear tail lights also had over spray on a small scratch we had repaired while in the shop. Seriously, this looks like something a buy here/pay here car lot would try to sell. Absolutely disgusted we payed $3,000 for repairs and to be given back our car looking like a cheap used car. This dealer is suppose to be “the BMW standard”? Far from it. When we asked to speak to rhe manager- one lady told us he was out at the dealer. Then we walked back in and the other lady said he was in his office, but on the phone. Completely avoiding us and the situation. Do not take your car here- they will sit on it for days and then cut corners to push it out.
I bought a used 2016 BMW M235i in a gorgeous Melbourne Red from a modern day car service, delivered right to my front door. When it arrived it was obvious that front bumper cover was painted and the color was different from the rest of the car (looked more bronze than red). Otherwise the car was perfect in every way and the only flaw was the front bumper. After complaining to the car service, they agreed to remedy the problem and asked that I supply them a quote. I brought the car into Fields BMW Collision Center and worked with Brenden Kilmartin (awesome) to get a quote, which they agreed to pay. Needless to say, the work they did was incredible. I was a bit weary at first and wasnt sure they could match the color but they did. The car bumper matches beautifully and the work is guaranteed. I highly recommend Fields BMW collision center. Thought they would be great like dealer.but where not very nice very cold felling from adjuster wasnt done in timely manner . 200.00 four wheel alignment after a month that had no problem before they did it . An now need another alignment
After having a horrible day I enter this location and my day was immediately turn around due to the friendliness of their staff and customer service representatives. The positivity that was shown made me feel that I made the right decision on picking this location to do work on my car. The young lady (Rebekah ) was amazing. Superstar all the way. Great attitude! Fields Collision is the best. In the past dealing with other body shops was an extremely stressful situation. The staff at Fields is friendly and always communicates about progress and I really appreciate being kept in the loop. My vehicle looks brand new, inside and out. Most of my communication was with Rebekah and she went above and beyond to facilitate the process, communicating with insurance and advocating for me.
Dropped my car off early Monday morning. Picked it up late Friday afternoon. Awesome turn-around time. And the work was superior. I am very happy. Also, the final bill was exactly what the estimate was. Great job! (For context, my accident was very minor. Just a little metal straightening - and of course, repainting. Obviously a more serious accident would have required more time in the shop. But again, the quality of the work was excellent.)
I travelled to ab 4 other collision centers before stumbling across this one. I called ahead of time and they had someone waiting on me! Honestly a great experience overall - and Rebekah was exceptionally helpful. Definitely ask for her If you can.

My 2018 BMW was at Fields Collision for repairs for almost six weeks. During that time, I interfaced with Rebekah Augustus to get periodic updates on the repairs, insurance payments, and car rental extensions. She proved to be a consummate professional, always patient, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable. The repairs were up to BMWs high standards. I would strongly recommend using the Fields Collision Center or Orlando!
Had an excellent experience from top to bottom at Fields Collision. Their reps are very courteous and helpful. Worked with Kendra and Brenden on the repairs of my BMW and not only did they turn it around quite quickly, they kept me well informed along the way. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they also allowed me to just leave my Enterprise rental car there (I suppose they have some deal with them) and they handled the return of the vehicle back to Enterprise. The repair looks great and overall, I left there feeling confident about the work and the people that helped along the way. Thanks Fields Collision Team, I appreciate your outstanding efforts!
Went in looking for a part replacement, after a fog light cover fell off on the highway. I made it explicitly clear that was all I was looking for as a repair. They end up giving me the estimate of $1800, which included replacing the bumper, and about 7 hours of labor. I asked for a second opinion, and I get a similar estimate. I ended up doing my own research and fixing it for $40 and 15 minutes of work. They just look for any reason they can absolutely take advantage of clueless drivers.
Fields Collision Center Orlando did a great job on my vehicle. Dealing with the insurance was difficult but getting updates from Rebekah and working with Jeff has been an amazing experience. I would highly recommend their facility for repairs.

After driving over a deflated semi truck tire going 80mph, we had to take our BMW to get the front end repaired. Fields is a certified BMW collision repair center, and the entire experience was wonderful. The estimate process was very quick, and Fields worked with our insurance company to coordinate everything. We received frequent updates on the status of the car repair, and Fields was incredibly thorough. The car looks fantastic - like it never happened! Actually, it probably looks better because this repair got rid of all the rock chips from driving on I-4. I had a great experience with Fields and would recommend them! Hoping I won’t have to go there again, haha. ;)

Excellent collision center. I work in the auto industry and the caliber of the work done on my wife’s X1 is top notch. The car came back cleaned almost to perfection as if the exterior had passed through a car wash tunnel.Paint job and the part assembly appears to be done professionally as well. I was quoted 2-3 weeks last week and 9 days later my wife’s car is back. I was happily surprised when I showed up to see the condition our X1 was in.As for the ladies up front, they had excellent communications with me whenever major milestones were achieved and never gave me anything but the honest truth about where they’re at with my wife’s car.If you have any vehicle associated within the BMW group, or any vehicle, I’d recommend this collision center in a heartbeat. I am very happy with the service and quality at Fields Collision Center. My car was in an accident, and now it looks brand new. Kylie was very helpful answering all of my questions and responded quickly to my email/phone calls. If I ever get in an accident again, I will go back to Fields. Side note: they have an great coffee machine in the waiting area.
I was rear ended by another driver and the Mini dealer sent me to Fields Collision. EVERYONE, the receptionist, the car inspector, even people that were not dealing with my car directly in that office, went out of their way to make me feel at ease, provide information of how the repair and process would go, including info and arrangements for pick up of the rental car. They were kind, understanding, compassionate and patient and I fell that they were going to take care of things the right way. I would highly recommend them. They provided a certification from Mini to show that repairs were done to dealership standards. The car repairs were finished as scheduled and I appreciate their professionalism.
Allstate sent my BMW M4 to their preferred shop for repair and paint work to drivers side door. I gave that shop two try’s before deciding i’d better take it to a place that knows Bimmers. Thank goodness I did. They did it right the first time and did a great job fixing the mistakes made by the other shop. A big relief... thank you!
I took my car in for repair and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kylie kept me informed every step of the process. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. If I have any future repair needs, I will definitely go back, it was a great experience.
First I bring my car to them and before inspecting the car completely give me a reasonable quote for a fender bender. However because they are a bmw certified repair center they say now they have to replace the bumper instead of fixing it And not much was wrong with it. Then they pulled my bumper off and said it would be 12 thousand dollars. You heard that right, 12 THOUSAND DOLLARS. for a fender bender that is crazy. I got a second opinion and if you want a high end fix thats the cost. So the cost is not the cost is not really the issue, its not fully inspecting the car before giving the quote. I spent 166k on this car and expect mr fields to give special treatment to me, or I can easily go buy a car from somewhere else. 45 days later they send my car over to service before completion, so now my car has to go back to them for however long and then I have to uber to pick the car back up. If he just would have waited until they were finished with the job service would have transported the car to me. In summary, DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR BUY FROM FIELDS, HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. Mercedes will get my next 166k

The front desk ladies have the WORST attitude ever. Totally frustrated and annoying. Cant give a simple answer. Never called me back. Very disappointed. The front desk ladys attitude costed this place 5,000 dollars in business from my family. Have a nice day.
Full disclosure, I had been an employee of Fields in sales for 5 years. I was NOT an employee when I had to fix my BMW 330e hybrid. It was a fender-bender, and needed appropriately $5000. Everyone here took care of me. Jeff and Kylie did a fine job of not only fixing my car and keeping me in the loop, they also took my money with efficiency. Good job guys! Look, here’s the reality, if you have a late model BMW or other high line car, you absolutely want to use a collision center that uses OEM parts and services. It makes a difference. It is not the cheapest, not it should be.
The staff at Fields Collision Center was nothing but friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my car and were able to fix it up even sooner than I had anticipated. They were incredibly helpful and left my car looking like new. I would recommend them to anyone.

As an Aircraft Mechanic with the US Air Force for 11 yrs, Im custom to very rigorous visual inspections, so when I look into my car after the work was done I do notice how meticulous and pride this people are with their work.

I have lived in florida for 3.5 years now and the drivers here are the worst! every year i have been hit and fields collision center has always put my two new bimmers back together like they just came off the truck! of course you have to be patient with parts coming in, something they cannot control, but the communication has always been spot on.
I took my new 2017 Bmw for repairs and from the moment I walked in to office, the service was excellent. I loved the prompt attention, and help with the rental. During the process, the service advisor kept me posted on the status of my car repairs by emailing me. Overall the service was excellent and very punctual. I hope I don’t ever have to have my car repaired but if do, I would definitely bring it to the Bmw collision center. Thank you all for the amazing job, my car looks like new again!!
Couldnt have asked for better service. From the drop off to the delivery. Josh Holcomb the GM told me the repair would take 7 days and they exceeded my expectations and got my BMW done 2 days faster. I will definitely recommend Fields Collision to others!!!
Horrible service. 5 day repair took 20 days. Told me car was ready and let me stand there for an hour and a half and then showed me my car and it wasnt near ready. Had new damage and when I went to pick it up next day still had large paint run on it. They wound up hand delivering to me but the damage was done already. I love field BMW and have had 5 cars from them but thinking that the collision center would be a good idea was not. I almost dont believe its owned by Fields. And they charge extra for the labor charge than everyone else and tell you up front but they dont deserve more, they deserve less. Take my advice and dont be fooled by the Fields name.

Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They say they will call you back and never do. I had taken my vehicle in for damages caused by hurricane Irma. They missed scratches on the hood, missed a scratch on the door handle, ripped the floor mat, and took my second license plate off and never returned it. Poor communication between office staff as I was told on the phone that my vehicle would be ready on one day and then get there to find out that it wasnt ready. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that needs body work done, they wont return phone calls and will do more damage then what is needed. Crappy service and crappy work.

You are better off taking your car to maco. Atleast they will give you the courtesy and service that you would expect from a name like fields. They are over priced and full of hot air. If I could give zero I would.

I dropped off my car at BMW field collision center on John Young in Orlando on January 10th, 2018 for repair. The repair involved replacing the driver side back door and quarter panel, and the back bumper. Initially the person handling my care told me this would take about 3 weeks if parts are delivered in a timely manner, but no more than a month. Parts were delivered in a timely manner, but the shop was more focused on milking the insurance, rather than fix my car on time. They gave me 3 different dates to come pick up my car. Once the day come, I call or go to the shop to find out the car is not ready. They didnt even have the courtesy to let me know that the car would not be ready so I can plan my day accordingly. Whenever I call to get an update on the repair, they always take my number and promise that someone or their famous Jennifer will call me back, but no one NEVER call back, every time. I had to make a few trips there to get updates. Finally 3 months and 10 days later, they call me to pick up the car, and this time it was for real. I didnt have a car to get around; I was struggling for rides for 2 months and 2 weeks before BMW field agreed to give me a rental for the last 3 weeks. This was a one and done for me. I highly doubt that ill be using this repair shop ever again. Save yourself the frustration if you have other options for repair. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is bc the general manager finally gave me a rental and made him seem as if he was trying to resolve the situation and apologized for the delay. I got the car today so far im satisfied with the repair, but I cant really comment on it since its only been one day.

Installed universal part on my car and then denied it. Also damaged my undercarriage and fixed it with plastic tie straps. When questioned about the discrepancies and poor customer service, the manager responded what do you want me to do for you?. Fields BMW made excuses for them saying the insurance company probably made them do it. This is not true because I did not authorize it. They are supposed to be a BMW authorized repair facility, yet they try to scam me by using non-OEM part. I felt as if I am dealing with the Paula Dean generation! I expected this from some Joe around the corner. I feel cheated.

OCC was exceptional! They repaired my mercedes perfectly. Kris explained everything. I was impressed with how much thought and work went into figuring out the various options and costs I had for repair. Later my daughters car was wrecked in Arizona. Kris was incredible in helping me understand her quotes- even though i couldnt bring it OCC. These guys definitely have their heart in the right place and they are great communicators - in addition to excellent workmanship!

Awful customer service. First, they underbid the job on my BRAND NEW car that should have been totaled just so they could get the work. It took more than a week for them just to get started on it. They have me a timeline of 30 days. Guess what, Im at 60 days now and I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR. This has been a terrible and highly stressful situation. The woman that answers the phone has the personality of a door knob and the manager did not have one helpful thing to say. Ive been hearing for 6 weeks that my car will be done in another 2. Oh, and that estimate they have my insurance company - well, its almost doubled! Take your car anywhere else.
