Fast and efficient! M&M were very responsive, answered all my questions, delivered on time, and best part they did a little extra, per my request. I had bumper damage that required a bumper replacement and some repair behind the bumper. I was satisfied with the results. Also, the rental car service and return process through M&M, was very accommodating.

Does great work. People like hitting my cars so this is my 2nd time here. Wonderful body work, looks like nothing happened. An issue with the key fob and drivers door happened soon after and they brought me in and took care of it no charge since they worked on the drivers door. Go here if you need post accident body work, or any work for that matter.

Insurance sent my Truck here to get the dent out of my bed and repaint it. They had overspray all over my rear windshield, as well as my rear passenger door. Now the paint doesnt shine anymore on the rear passenger door. Half my hood has overspray on it Just lazy workers, cover the whole truck before you paint the one area. Had to take a razor blade to scrape the paint off my rear windshield. They also left their lunch trash in my truck and stole the change in the center console.

My car was T-Boned in an accident by a driver that ran a stop sign. The people at M & M worked with my insurance to get my car repaired in quick order and did a great job. The workmanship was on point and they finished the job ahead of schedule, and in the end took care of my rental. Couldnt be happier with their customer service and the finished product.

Their customer service is horrible, they left my family members bumper not properly assembled, the young puerto rican tech swore left and right that it was not loose, Low and behold the bumper brackets were missing. The engine would misfire throwing a signal code to where they needed to send it to the jeep dealer for further review on their “work” when it was in perfect condition when it when in for body work aside from the accident on the passenger side I wouldn’t suggest this location, only reason it was there was due to an insurance agency suggestion. Now if the car needed body work why were they messing with the engine? When it was a side impact. Also car had a full tank of gas and a month later of being in their possession its returned with an empty tank... Hmmm.... a lot of questionable things were done here.

I have unfortunately had to bring my car here for body work twice in the last 6 months. They are always really kind, and great at explaining everything and working with my insurance company. They also do really excellent work. Youd never know my car was in an accident. I hope I dont need body work again, but if I do, Ill definitely come back to M & M.

Absolutely worst experience Ive ever had with a shop. They will start working on your car without telling you. I went in for an estimate they called me the next day to tell me the estimate, only to tell me they already started working on the car, how does that work? You need approval from the owner and leaving a voicemail on my phone does not give you approval. I will be taking legal action.

They are very professionals. Took my car there to get fixed and they got it ready even before the estimated time. They were giving me updates on how the things were going every day. And when I saw the car again I had to ask if that was my actual car of if they bought a new one for me. Thus, I definitely recomend them.

They were WONDERFUL and went above and beyond fixing the damage from a hit and run. Frequent updates and listened to me when I had concerns that there might be further damage to the alignment/suspension. Took their time going over all the repairs and explaining what was done, and made sure to coordinate everything with my rental/insurance.Most importantly, when I had to drop off, it was late afternoon on Valentines day and the rental company was taking forever to come pick me up. I was really upset because I was going to miss a dinner reservation. The owner himself took me in rush hour traffic over to Hertz without being asked. Wonderful service and I will recommend them to everyone, and definitely be back if I ever need repairs again!

Excellent shop to take your car for repairs. Friendly customer service. The owners are educated and know what their doing. I was in an accident a few months ago. M & M Auto fixed everything. Replaced the front bumper, fender, head light....everything. I got my car back within the estimated time frame. It was washed and cleaned. Its like the accident never happened. I highly recommend this company.

I called these people to paint a side mirror. Simple enough.They would not paint the mirror unless they supply the part and install it.When I asked why, it was easy to tell that they just want to rip you off. I had the mirror installed at the dealership and all I needed was a simple touch up.Poor customer service at best.I called Willies Paint & Body Shop and they were super nice, quoted me over phone and did a fantastic job.Dont waste your time or money with these people

Very happy I decided to use them! I was rear ended and they fixed it in under a week and did a GREAT job! They also have very good customer service and I was in and out, they called enterprise for me to come pick me up and I was even able to leave my rental there to be picked up when I got my car so that was one less thing I had to worry about. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Seriously, I dont have the time to get into how terrible the quality of work that comes out of this shop is, but theres no reason anyone who cares about their car should take it to M & M. I had some body work done and when I came in to pick up my finished car, the interior was trashed including an unattached ceiling, finger prints and grime everywhere and a multitude of missing pieces. They had also damaged a handful of exterior pieces that I had to insist they fix. As if I was the one who damaged them during the repair...

The staff at M&M is excellent. They repaired two of our cars after accidents and the quality of the work is outstanding. They worked very well with our insurance company. M&M received authorization to repair the vehicle in a very timely manner. We were contacted regularly with updates on the progress of the repairs. The even helped me coordinate a rental car. Took my Saturn Sky to get a door skin repaired and after seeing the work that they have done in the past I knew exactly who to take my baby to. Without hesitation I called and made an appointment and they accommodated me right away, even though I did call last minute. I knew I can leave my car here with no worries.I was taken care of in a very professional way but still had a family feel which I love. I have some more cares that need little touch ups here and there and I have done nothing about because I was waiting to find the perfect shop. At last I have found it.Thank you M&M Auto Collision!

I was pretty disappointed with these guys. They repaired my car after my insurance recommended them to me. They took much long then expected to repair my car. About two weeks longer then originally quoted. They also failed to fix the smart entry on my car and forgot to tint one window. I had to come back for them to do it later. They also left the inside of my car pretty dirty. Every shop I have ever been cleans the car before returning it to the owner. I most likely won’t use them again. 3 out of 10 - don’t recommend unless no choice.

My 2015 Challenger got side-swiped and through the insurance, it was sent here for repair. I am VERY particular and picky about my cars and this one was flawless before the accident.I was massively relieved when I saw the quality of the repair - it was immaculate - like it never happened. Just a fantastic job, completed a day early and the car came back sparkling clean inside and out. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Im going to ask them to repaint my truck next! They took a long time to fix a side panel. (4+weeks) They asked so many questions I felt like I should have been the adjuster.Had no other choice per the insurance company, not timely or professional.This happened right after I got it back from them.
