Did not have a good experience with them whatsoever.Came in with a project car that wanted to turbo, conversation went back and forth on pricing. We agreed on one price as soon as i got there price was another. They didnt want to work on my car with my set up because it was too much work. Not to mention they broke my radiator, their excuse was (hose was too tight) when they clearly left my turbo that is pretty heavy resting on top of the radiator.Ok no problem i wanted to replace my radiator anyways so $250 down the drain, but then i waited for a whole week without a car. Came back when the car was ready and is missing parts, nuts, my hids dont work and i got charged also $15 for a new manifold gasket of horrible quality and my car has an exhaust leak. I know every single nut and bolt in my car and i left my car at tandemwith EVERYTHING working and EVERY nut and bolt torqued down proper.The funny part is final price was $295! I paid $100 cash and then was charged $216 on my card??It all started with turboing my talk that didnt work to me having to pay $316 dollars? Like technically speaking Tandem own me money.

Great shop and better staff! Went in for a simple alignment for my genesis coupe which the guys did near perfection. Started talking about other tips and ideas for the car with the team ultimately making it feel like I was amongst friends and not just another customer. Definitely my go to shop!

They did an amazing job on my Honda Accord 2013 Sedan. Called in to get a quote on how much it would be to get my car lowered on H&R Springs that I had bought, brought it all in, and on the same day they did it. It looks and feels amazing. Wonderful shop.

I had just left Firestone who wanted to charge me up the ass for an axel change when I remembered stumbling past Alfonsos shop. I thought about checking it out and it was honestly a blessing. I was leaving to Texas in a few days and needed to get my car fixed asap. They did everything at a fair price and was able to to pick up my car same day. Whenever I go to Orlando, Alfonso is my go to mechanic.

Took my 350z for an alignment. Set everything back to factory spec and even noticed that my control arms were not installed properly he fixed them and got the alignment done in very quick time. Great guys over at tandem and great service would recommend to anyone.

Ive been going to Tandem Automotive Performance for about 3 years. I love my car, and I wouldnt trust anyone with my G37 coupe more than the guys at Tandem. That being said, I would never allow myself to be ripped off. I always call around for quotes from other shops in the area, and tandem consistently does the best work for the best price. The problem is always fixed correctly the first time, and I almost always get my car back the same day no matter how extensive the issues are. I read a review on here of some guy with a black G35 complaining about his paint job. Funny enough, I got to see his paint job in person and it was impeccable. It actually inspired me to have them paint my G37, and it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. There wasnt one blemish or trace of overspray.

Alfonso the owner is an amazing mechanic, super dedicated, and his work is gold. I have been going to him for almost 10 years now and he has worked on multiple of my cars for simple stuff such as alignments all the way to rebuilding a transmission. He has worked on my Toyota 4Runner, my Hemi, and my Camaro SS. Totally recommend him to anyone who wants their car done right the first time.

This place has been turned over to Origin Motoring and the guys are very knowledgable especially with Nissans. The crew kept me updated with everything that was going on. I took my Q50 in and they instantly get things done. You have to be serious about what you want done and definitely have the cash on you.

Tandem Motorsports Orlando has been the best shop I have been to since I lived in Florida, honest, great pricing and quality work they also know how to work on high end cars, Alfonso knows what he is doing and his team. I would definitely recommend to visit them for your next time your cars needs repair.

I went to Alfonso to change my rear brake shoes and he did it twice. (Second time around let some drunk homeless guy do half of the work) failed both times at solving problem. Charged me money to not get the job done. Expertise is in ripping people off to tune cars, thats the ONLY thing he knows how to do. Do not spend money here, go to any other mom and pops shop.

The guy Alfonso has no business tuning modified Chevys, he couldnt get my car to idle or run proper, I took it elsewhere to get a tune and it was running proper in 20 minutes.

If you have a high end car, dont bring it to any other shop than Tandem. After going to 10+ mechanics in the area, I finally found this little gem. I took my Porsche 911 to Macs Auto service, and they quoted me $5,300 to fix my AC system. I brought it to tandem, and they changed out an O-ring that was leaking freon for free. This is when I knew these guys were trustworthy, because they could have easily just said wow, $5300 is way too expensive, well fix it for $2000! But they didnt because unlike 99% of the shops out there, i truly believe that the actually care about their customers. Alfonso and his crew definitely earned these 5 stars!!!

Absolutely the Worst Hack-Shop There Is,, I know there are people who just complain for no reason, but I have owned 45 performance cars in the last 20 years and I made the worst mistake trusting these guys with my Sons $18k racing motor and custom G35.Trust Me, I say this Only To Save Someone From Making The Same Mistake !!From the blown head gasket because they let it overheat, to the missing bolts and parts and things they charged me for that was never done. Top things off : the left 3-4 major scratches on my fender and bumper because they left them on the garage floor. Car was flawless, now I have major repairs, $2,200 head gasket repair, and loads of headaches. Worst part, I paid them $2,800

I called Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday to get exhaust work done on my car. I dropped off the car 8:30 AM Wednesday morning, came by 3:30 PM only to find out nothing was done. My car was in the exact spot where I left it! They did not bother to call and inform me they were not able to work on it. I was told their fabricator called out. I was very disappointed and wasted my day off! I took my car to another exhaust shop and got the job done the same day within a couple hours. Communication is key in anything we do in life!

Made two Appointments to have my Procharged 2015 Mustang GT tuned. Drove over from the east coast over an hour....twice. The tuner Alonzo never showed for either Appt. He has videos online so I know he actually tunes cars, but I guess you have to be one of his boys to get the work done. Actually kind of relieved he didnt tune my car. Took it elsewhere and got a great tune. This place is super sketchy despite the cool youtube videos.

Straight forward service, Alfonso the owner tells you how it is and how much it would cost before doing work...I brought my car for oil change and within hour he was done and even suggested what I need for future services...definitely will be back

Went in for a paint job, they said the turn around time was two weeks, I never rushed them. They didnt pick up the phone when I would call. Three months passed when they said the car was ready, I asked if they painted the side skirts, they said yes, I pointed out a scratch that they had before I dropped the car off was still there. They said they took care of it and I came to pick up the car, the other side skirt wasnt done, left again and came back when they called, the carbon fiber hood had a lot of imperfections, the side skirts were dripping and poorly painted, they were rough and unfinished. I came back 5 times that they said they were done and hadnt done anything else to the car. The painter lied to me a few times, said my car didnt come in with a shorty antennae and I had to show him pictures of when I dropped it off with it, then he found it. The owner said he had fired the painter, I keep asking when I can have the car finished and they never answer. He said it had a one year warranty, they are painting again but wont honor their warranty. He left the interior and engine bay full of paint and paint prep materials, left sand paper in my ac blower motor, I didnt find out until it went bad and I took it out to replace it and found the sand paper, they ripped the trim pieces off of the roof and doors and left them loose and dangling, the interior has red finger prints on the roof, the glass all had over spray. Three months and the job was horrible.

Ive found this place on Groupon auto ac services and bought it.When I called to make an appointment, They told me they didnt accept Groupon anymore, and if I could ask Groupon for a refund for my money, I could still go to them and have my car ac checked and refilled with 2 pounds of freon for the same price...I did check the reviews of this place and they were not good at all, but I figured that I would give them a chance and it was a reasonable price.The place is in a dirt and scary road, the office smells like mold, nobody came to attend me, there was only a dirty sofa and two guys seated there told me to open the door to the shop so someone might acknowledge me.A guy who Ive spoken on the phone before came to take my keys and took my car to the shop.It took mostly 15 minutes since I couldnt even finish one game of candy crush and then another guy came and spoke to the first one, saying that my car is leaking freon, I couldnt hear the answer, but minutes later my car was ready.Instead of $39.00, I had to pay for taxes so the total was $44.00.After paying Ive asked for that rumor of leaking gas and he told me:For now the ac is working, but if it stops working, bring it back and well fix it, and then well charge you the right amount...By the time I got home, the ac was broken again.Meaning...They filled with freon gas, knowing that it was leaking, to have me go back to fix again, so they could charge me the right amount which was $120.00 just to look at it and plus.Ive lost my time, my money, my cool, my patience and the layer of ozone got 2 more pounds of toxic gas.The places name is not TANDEM AUTOMOTIVE anymore, that name already had a bad reputation. Their new name is now ORIGIN AUTOMOTIVE,BEWARE of these very unprofessional mechanics, but super professional SCAMMERS.

Brought my 2006 g35 to tandem automotive performance because I had check engine light being on, ( I mind you this check engine light was a pain I had other shops check it and they told me my oxygen sensors were bad so I had them changed( upstream and down stream) and the light still came on. ( upstream twice) Make the story short Tadem ask me when I changed the Sparks plugs ( I never did) so they changed it and the light went off and never came back on . They were very knowledgeable on my Infiniti, awesome shop and the people were extremely nice and helpful, pricing was very good as well, I will be dealing with Tadem automotive for now on. Thanks guys !!

I paid $500 and these people put old rotors on my vehicle. Refused to show me the invoice and lied about the warrenty. The owner Alfonso told me to “sue him”. Do not go here. Reported them to the BBB.

They say no walk ins, but I try to keep calling and nobody ever picks up and the mailbox is full.
