Chip is always willing to go above and beyond for his clients. This is one of the most honest, reliable and reasonably priced Auto Mechanic Shops in Central Florida! Auto service with a home town feel! I do all my auto maintenance and service here! The owner even forwards the work phones, so he is always available for emergencies!
Honest. Reliable. Affordable. I needed my front headlight assembly replaced on my Escape. The dealership quoted me $850, another repair place said $650 so I called Chip. He had a quote for me almost immediately and was under $550. He already had the part ordered when I brought my car in and had it fixed before the morning was over. Highly recommend Chip and his team for anything! Thank you!!
Chip and his crew did an amazing job replacing my entire engine...they are true pros and can be trusted to do the job right. His prices were very reasonable and he made sure I didnt spend anything more than was promised. Dont make a mistake by taking your car to the dealer...trust Chip and save $$!! Thanks very much Chip!
Chip was totally awesome and helpful to me. My car had broken down, I had it towed to his shop on a Sunday and he met me there so it could be parked and protected in his gated lot. He saved me 200.00 on the job. I will never take my vehicles to anyone else!!I have a hard time believing that the post lower down could even say he was a crook.I guess sometimes nice guys finish last. But Karma rocks Chip. Hope it comes back 10 fold to you for all your goodness and kindness!
I brought my car here for the first time, referred by a friend, for something I thought may be wrong with my car. Chip and one of his mechanics listened to my concern and tried to ascertain what the problem could be. They checked the car, even drove with me twice, but did not find anything wrong. Since I dont know much about cars, another shop could have charged me for things that were not necessary. Not only were they honest, but respectful as well. If you are looking for an honest mechanic, I highly recommend Chip Culpeppers shop. This is where I will be bringing my vehicle from now on.
In reference to Ryan Broders non factual bad review to Chip Culpeppers auto service, I am a 30 yr ASE master mechanic that worked on this 2000 Nissan altima. Nearly all of your comments are inaccurate and untrue, yes we inspected this vehicle that was running very poorly, we found upon performing a cylinder compression test the valve cover seals, not intake gaskets were leaking oil into spark plug holes. We completed the compression test found proper cylinder compression, we then performed a basic tune up, 5 days later customer informed us the car was running poorly, we paid for tow service and re inspected vehicle and the car was running as it should, after multiple test drives and allowing customer to drive and verified car was running good returned the car to customer. We assured that if she had any other concerns we would not hesitate to assist her, being that you are a second party, you have posted inaccurate and untrue information. That does not comply with our hard earned honest reputation.
As always Chip and his crew did an awesome job...Thanks again!
Good work at reasonable prices.
My car needed rear brakes bad and I was quoted over $500 for everything that needed to be done. I was referred to Chip by a few friends at work and decided to take it to him before having the work done. Not only did he he fix my brakes, he also changed my oil and battery all for less than $400. I can honestly say I will not take my car to anyone else from here on out.
Did a great job!
Great service, honest staff
