I ALWAYS receive exceptional service every time I bring my vehicle in; whether it is for an oil change, new tires, or a car wash! My customer service rep, yes I said MY customer service rep (but I’m willing to share him with you 😊),Christian Garcia, is the best at what he does! He ensures that I am very comfortable while waiting for my vehicle, or gets me out promptly with a loaner vehicle. I am made to feel like I’m the only one that exists whenever I come in. I’m greeted with warm and friendly personnel from the moment I pull up. If you should ever find yourself in need of maintenance work for your Land Rover, be sure to bring it over to Land Rover Orlando…ask for Christian Garcia!!!

Hands down the worst customer service experience Ive had anywhere, not just at a car dealership. We had done our research, and even with very questionable reviews, we were ready to purchase a Range Rover. We were passed along to Matt Yates as our sales rep. I would avoid him at ALL costs. He fumbled our car buying experience from the start.We gift wrapped him a sale. We did our build online and decided to modify an already existing vehicle in their system due to low inventory. We paid our deposit, passed along our specs and expected delivery in 3 months.Matt then went ahead and placed the order, did not enter ANY of the specs we requested, and then only sent us a spec sheet to review over a month later after repeated requests. The spec sheet was still entirely wrong, with an entirely different build present. We repeated multiple times to follow the build we had provided, in writing, and he still made repeated mistakes. The lock in date passed, and the build was completely wrong.We then contacted their sales manager Eli (who was understanding and tried to help) and their general manager Mike (who was absolutely useless). Their solution? They found us a similar car with more of the features we wanted, but missing some key features and tried to then sell it to us for thousands more than our original build that THEY made a mess of. His response: Im sorry fir our human error.They dropped the ball from day 1, refused to acknowledge their mistakes, and then tried to take advantage of supply shortages to pawn off a more expensive vehicle with LESS features than our build we supplied. In most lines of work people could lose their license or be sued for this type of negligence. Range Rovers are nice cars, but I would avoid this dealership entirely. I will be telling our colleagues and friends about this experience.
I would recommend the dealer - typically great service - but will never use them for routine service. I had my oil changed last week, thinking the technicians would justify the expense via systems checks, software updates, something... No, all that was included was filter and oil change - in other words, an extremely overpriced service. NEVER AGAIN!
Purchasing my dream car was quick, easy and very exciting! Michael was very polite and informative and made the experience even more pleasurable. I had to return with a nail in my tire the next day and the service manager treated me even better. Best car buying experience ever for me! Nice job, guys!
My service consultant Joe Furlich is very professional and always gives me the most positive experience when my car is brought in for service. He is very dedicated to providing the best service that he can provide. The only part he could not help with is my black trim around the windows and doors has faded so badly and it will not polish up to shiny. I have never had any car fade like that and would not expect it from Land Rover. I was informed that it was not covered under warranty.
Had an amazing experience working with Michael Kammer. He did 90% of the work over the phone and via email, so all we had to do was come in to pick up our new vehicle. Will definitely come back to this dealership in the future and highly recommend them to anyone whos considering making a purchase.
Let me start by saying that I absolutely love my Land Rover. With that being said, Land Rover Orlando’s service department definitely needs some customer service training. I had an 8:30 appointment this morning to have a speaker checked out. Probably nothing major, maybe loose wiring or maybe needs a software update according to others that have had a similar problem. I show up for my appointment at 8:20, thinking that if I make an early appointment, they should be finished within a couple hours tops. The service advisor tells me that although I have an 8:30 appointment, they probably won’t be able to look at it until later this afternoon. He also states that it might not even been done today. I told him that I live about an hour away and would need to wait on it. I asked him, why did I make an 8:30 appointment if he was just going to get to it whenever he could with a very smug attitude, as if he did not need my business. One of the things that I also just do not understand, is why there is no car loaner program with a 85,000 Land Rover? That just does not make sense to me. My car is only 3 years old and still has a full year of factory bumper to bumper warranty. So this morning was a complete waist of time, and the service advisor did not seem to care at all. I have rescheduled another appointment at a different Land Rover dealership which is even farther from my home just because I refuse to take it back to Land Rover Orlando. Sorry for the long post, I rarely even post negative reviews, but someone needs to have a chat with this specific service advisor.
I had an excellent buying experience with Land Rover Orlando. I purchased a 2022 Land Rover Discovery. There were no games here and my sales person, Matt Yates was able to communicate with me by phone and text to handle much of the process even with my trade in. Matt was polite, trustworthy, and helpful. Jay Sachs, the Sales Manager is exactly the way all Sales Managers should be. He was very friendly and polite. Chris assisted me on learning key features about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable. Finally, Dina Ryan in Finance was efficient with all the paperwork. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire staff that my wife and I had interactions with gets an A+! I think they are Above & Beyond like Land Rovers slogan. I definitely recommend checking them out!
In 2020, I had the pleasure of working with Pete Williams when purchasing a new Range Rover Sport HST. Upon my selection of the vehicle, Pete guided me through the online process, which was simple and painless. The following day, I finalized the paperwork and was able to leave the dealership within an hour. A year following my purchase, I now have the pleasure of working with Bryan Forbes for my service needs. Bryan is very personable, knowledgeable, and delivers excellent customer service. I am very thankful for my experiences with these two gentlemen, and I look forward to purchasing my next Range Rover at Land Rover Orlando in the coming years.

I see the 5-Star Reviews, so maybe it is just me, but I am having the WORST experiencing trying to set a service appointment for my vehicle. I have tried at least 1/2 a dozen times to set an appointment inline with no success and have called multiple time to the service number and had to disconnect after being on hold 45 minutes or more each time without speaking to anyone. Today I have been on hold for over an hour, just to make a service appointment ... ridiculous.By comparison, I have an Acura, a Toyota and an Audi and never have a problem setting a service appointment. I have no idea what the issue is with Range Rover, but I am seriously looking at other car brands now with better service responses or at least one that will actually answer my calls for service appointments. Its really ashamed because I really like my vehicle and was looking forward to upgrading at the end of my lease, but I hate the service ... But again, I am sure it is just me.UPDATE (8/11/2021 at 8:45am) - I called the Service number this morning and was able to get through within a minute or so to make an appointment. This unfortunately does not give me back my 2 hours on hold yesterday, but I can change the 1-Star to a 3-Star.
Matt Yates was our Sales Representative and he was excellent and followed through with having one of the Staff give us a tutorial on all the functions ... Too many to remember ... So we will go back for a followup. We made the switch back to Range Rover after last having a Mercedes and we love the vehicle.

I have been a client of Land Rover Orlando for about four years. Without question I have always been treated as an honored guest as much as a customer. Theres has never once been a complaint from me, even when some of my requests may have been unreasonable from a dealership standpoint. I actually enjoy going here for basic service needs. I have other vehicles that I take to their respective dealership for service, and Land Rover Orlando is by far the most professional dealership I deal with. Adam Clark, is the absolute best!
Changed ranting from a 1 star to a 4 star thanks to the way in which James Powell handled my cars service and subsequent needs. He really did salvage the situation. Shouldnt have needed salvaging if the website that everyone is directed do when you initially get voicemail actually accepted bookings. All good in the end.DO BETTER with your service department regarding being able to book an appointment. Its TERRIBLE. Cant for the life of me get a live person on the phone OR book online like the message tells you to when calling the service department. Awful post sales support from this location. SO frustrated just trying to book a darn service for my car. Shouldnt be this hard!!!Update: Called you three times Adam and left two separate messages this past week. PLEASE call me back. BTW - I called 30 minutes ago and left my phone number. I NEED to service my RR.
First of all I love my car but also this service department made everything easy. Ease of drop off and pick up, understanding the situation and expectations was exactly what I needed. This will be my permanent service location.
I went in for basic maintenance on my 2019 Disco sport and walked out with a 2020 Velar! Joe in the maintenance Dept was excellent. Kept me abreast of what was going on. So, had time to roam around the lot . Met John who was excellent with every step of the trade and purchase! Could not have had a batter experience! Even the manager Dianna was fun, and enjoyable. I believe that was her name.They are very accommodating and have checked up on me even on the second week of my purchase !I would not buy any other car but a Rover but I definitely wouldn’t buy from any other place.Thanks again all

I have never been so offended by a phone call I made than when I called this dealership. I called and a sales rep by the name of Matt Yates was rude and offended my wife and I who were seriously interested in buying a vehicle. I don’t want to denote the status of the dealership as a whole but this sales rep was out of line.
Joe in service was great on explaining what was needed and gave me a reasonable expectation on when my service would be finished. Always friendly and responsive!
Poor experience with bad customer service. The Salesperson seem uninterested and had a take it or leave it attitude. I contacted this dealership requesting a lease quote but after receiving an absurd number I naturally tried to negotiate, but to this day I still have not received a call back from the salesperson.

If you don’t mind being without your vehicle and without a loaner car for days at a time during recall repairs and gross mechanical malfunctions, then no reason to hesitate on your purchase. If service and customer service matter to you, think twice. It’s a shame because I really like Landrover vehicles, too bad this poor service has ruined the brand for us.

Eh, the sales rep had no interest in my answers to his questions and they low-balled the heck out of my trade-in (offered 1/12 Blue Book value). The other sales guys were more interested in drueling over my wife than they were doing their jobs. Not a surprise that Costco doesnt do business with this dealership and sent me to the Ft. Myers dealership. Figured Id save a few hours driving and just buy from Orlando but my 2021 purchase will be from a different dealership.

Horrible experience at this Dealerships Service Department! I would not recommend buying, and definitely not Servicing your vehicle here. They racial profile who they want to provide a loaner vehicle to. The technicians and service advisors aren’t trained. I brought my 2020 Range Rover Velar here for service three different times for the EXACT same issue. Coolant running out til the point that the vehicle completely ran hot with white smoke coming from it. This happened after my 3rd visit to the Service department for the same issue. Each time they gave me back my vehicle stating that the work needed was completed, and each time my truck did the exact same thing. The last time they gave me back my vehicle it was scratched on the rear, and I reported it to Vanessa in service and Miya who was at the dealership at the time of pick up, and I didn’t receive any follow up from Management or any higher up on the following Monday, until I called in furious.Vanessa is untrained and very unconcerned with your transportation issues. The technicians here are overwhelmed with vehicles to work on so they rush the service.Adam the service manger does anything to avoid calls, and deal with customers. This dealership is a joke and should be completely SHUTDOWN for providing service to Land Rover vehicles and customers.
Just a great experience at Land Rover Orlando! No hassle or pressure. Got to test drive two different engine types and was able to get my Range Rover Sport in the model and color that I wanted the most. Many kudos to Matt Yates and Paola Paz through out the process! True professionals in every way!

A week ago I started to research vehicles as I wanted to trade my vehicle in for a potential upgrade. Like many I spent countless hour skimming thought carmax, cargus, used car lots on Google until I found this place. After calling about a specific car that caught my interest I was informed that I would be contacted by one of the sales reps. Matt messaged me about the car & thoroughly inspected the used vehicle to inform me of the vehicles condition, he was very polite, punctual & to the point, very helpful. The next day I called back Matt was out for the day so this time I spoke to Michael kammer. I cannot say enough good things about Michael, I explained what I had discussed with Matt & Mike picked up right where Matt left off. Matt was able to get me a payment price OVER THE PHONE! he worked on the sale until closing hour and was able to get me under what I was willing to pay!!. The next day after confirming my deal I took a 2 hour road trip with my wife to Orlando to meet & finalized the deal. I met Michael & I can honestly say this guy is a go getter, not a single ounce of greasy used car salesmanness. He is a true MVP. 👍 there was a small ding in the door of the vehicle I was purchasing, Michael set up a appointment with a local ding removal company in my area and assured me it would be taken care of cause he wanted the car to be perfect for me. Talk about above & beyond service! Michael took all the info needed the day before we drove out so the financing paperwork would be quick & painless & boy was it. Dina handled our final paperwork, she was immensely friendly & so easy to talk to. The entire experience was incredible, not anything like any other dealership Ive ever been to. If more dealerships treated thier customers with this kind of service the stress of buying a car from a dealership would be a thing of the past. If you are interested in buying a car this place is a must! My wife & I both work in the service industry we can recognize & appreciate good people & outstanding service when we see it. 10/10 for the Team at Land Rover Orlando.

I purchased a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged $100K. The vehicle is faulty turning off on me on the highway. I have taken the vehicle to service 5-6 times for the same issue, they do not want to exercise the lemon law. I relocated to GA, and they advised me to call the Orlando dealership, I spoke with the manager Rusty/Randy he didnt even ask me for my name or vehicle information, he just stated if you are looking for me to re-purchase the vehicle it is not going to happen The last time I took the vehicle for service, it lasted two weeks in service, and the first day I picked up, it gave me the same issues. He didnt even empathized with my concerns, didnt provided any customer support. This is the worst experience for me. I have owned many other brands and I have gotten awesome customer support. I never paid so much money for a vehicle in my life, but buying a range rover was the worst mistake that I made. This model is faulty and has so many issues where the service people dont even know how to fix. It is not worthy spending the money and buying a range rover. They dont care about you or the money that you paid. Now Im stock with a faulty vehicle that it just turned 1 year old. DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER OR THIS BRAND!

The purpose of the visit was for an extended warranty inspection. You have been servicing the car regularly for the past three years. It looks and drives like a new car given your level of care in its servicing. Naturally, it passed the inspection with flying colors, and as always your team was pleasant and professional as I interacted with them.
Just bought a Velar and had a terrible experience. FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS A MESS, especially the manager. Overall, poor customer service, untrained employees, and lack of internal organization.As the finance manager claims: Our business is just selling the cars, they dont really care about treating customers well.Luis is a good salesperson, helped us a lot.
Awful experience with service department. My sister-in-law had an issue with her diesel Land Rover. The service department attendant was no help at all. She has an extended warranty and he seemed oblivious to what this covered, also no rental or loaners offered. Need to think twice about buying a car there, much less getting it serviced there.

The service department is inept at best, broken promise after broken promise, the last broken promise was Saturday after stating the car was ready for pick up and of course I drive there for the 4th time and the vehicle still was not completed, then the service manager stated that my car would be delivered on Monday ( keep in mind this has been going on since September of 2020 and here I sit on Wednesday night with no vehicle, no phone calls and zero communication, our family has bought 14 cars collectively from the Fields auto group and I will insure that this is the last!!!!! absolutely ridiculous
Stopped by Land Rover 11/7/20 looking to possibly purchase a Range Rover Sport with in the next 60 days. Was greeted by a salesmen by the name of John Holloway. john is a very good salesmen who takes his time to show you many features the car has to offer. Not sure how long he has been in the car industry but he definitely has what it take to sell high end luxury vehicles. I located the perfect used vehicle at this dealership. Unfortunately, I live 300 miles away from this location. I submitted and online request for more information. Within a few minutes, I had a dealer representative named Melvin Del Rosario contact me.Melvin was able to answer my basic questions and get me in contact with a salesman by the name of Erik Ahlberg. I needed a trade in quote on my vehicle before I could proceed any further. Mr. Ahlberg got involved and within a few minutes he had numbers for me. Everything lined up to where I needed to be. I put a security deposit and arranged a delivery date. Mr. Ahlberg was able to provide me with an Buyers Order pending an inspection of my vehicle trade in upon arrival.I drove 300 miles to take delivery of the vehicle. Mr. Ahlberg gave me a warm welcome and explained to me how the delivery process would take place. He showed me my new vehicle and had my trade inspected.Everything that was promised was delivered. No numbers changed, there were no games played, everything was perfect and easy. The Finance lady named Miss Veronica was a pleasure to deal with. She was able to beat my local bank rate and even saved me a hundred dollars in the process. This kind gesture was very much appreciated!My entire car delivery process took 45 minutes. I had the most enjoyable and trouble free experience. It was awesome! Words alone cannot describe how appreciative I am for such excellent, professional, and courteous customer service by everyone at the dealership. We had been communicating via email the purchase of a Defender, but upon arrival noticed a show stopping Range Rover we quickly changed our minds. Process was super fast and they even got us immediately squeezed in for the cilajet treatment, which was a blessing cause we were only in town for the night. Everyone there from assistant Jose, salesman Erik and warranty lady was super nice. We will definitely buy from them again!

Went to drop off my vehicle and it took 30 min to be acknowledged and i gave my information a week ago for an appointment my name wasnt even in the system and listened to one guy saying he wasnt taking on anymore work i spoke to the manager and he also didnt have time he said he had two other people in front of me the customer service is terrible no ratings
