Krista LeClerc provided an unmatched experience from start to finish. Buying an used car from out of state can be a blind and difficult process, but she never once allowed that to happen. Krista was attentive, answered my million detailed questions, and sent videos to ease my mind. On arrival, she even offered the service to pick me up from the airport! A very enjoyable lady while always maintaining professionalism. Spencer was amazing! He is a new service guy and he went above and beyond. After hours he waited an hour and a half for me to come pick my car. They did my oil change and did checked everything that needed to be checked without me even asking. I only bought my car in because I had a blown tire. Arrived at the dealership Saturday morning at 9:30 and was immediately greeted by the service staff with “Mr. Williams, how can we help you today and did I have an appointment?” I didn’t and explained the battery died, but I was able to boost it and get to the dealership. I was shown the waiting area and in just a few minutes Spencer, the service advisor came and got me. He explained what they would do and provided a cost and time estimate. The vehicle was ready as promised and I am very pleased. Another very positive experience. Thank you Spencer, service staff and Infiniti.
I had a great and smooth experience at this location (as per usual). The staff were nice, knowledgeable, and had my best interest at heart. Richie, the sales rep who helped me, was terrific. He was able to help diagnose the issue with my car and with some digging he found that my warranty was still active on the car. He helped me save a ton of cash and time on repairs and potentially finding a new car. In addition, he gave me some tips and pointers about the q50 and some things to look out for. He had great communication throughout the entire process and was an all around cool guy. I appreciate his help and the technicians as well. With service like this I don’t even think a pandemic could keep this location closed.

Outstanding service from Orlando Infiniti. My Q50 decided to throw a check engine light at me with a differential light as well. The idle was higher then normal and a delayed acceleration. I called the service department, they did not have any appointments that day but to still come in since it is a drive ability issue. I arrived and was greeted by Richie Singh. I explained the main issue and a few other issues I would mention when time for vehicle service. He could hear the car idling rough and knew immediately the car cannot leave in that condition. He immediately took action and even obtained a courtesy vehicle for me. Richie Singh kept me updated on every step of the process. He explained to me when I picked up my Q50 the issues and everything is resolved. I am truly thankful for this kind of customer service it is not something you come across often. I broght my wife’s car in for a recall and to have a couple things checked while it was still under warranty. My service advisor Tyler was great the entire way. This was the first time that a dealer has give me a loaner car and I have to be honest it makes me wanna find a reason to trade in her car for a newer version of it. Overall the experience was extremely pleasant the car got back to me the same or better than before and Tyler explained everything multiple Times to me to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on and why we were doing what we were doing.

Went here and a salesman tried to sell me on a car that needed miney spent on it the minute its purchased. The salesman denied anything being wrong but then said theres one thing wrong but you can fix it for cheap outside of here. So when I spoke to his manager, he did acknowledge all the issues it had and assumed the cost but didnt want to lower the price. Lots of inconsistencies between them and lies. Would not recommend. Not honest people.

Drove all the way to Florida from New Jersey in my 2005 g35x with my little family and in the process of it my windshield wipers stop working,luckily it didn’t rained at all during the trip but as soon as we made it to Orlando I called Infiniti of Orlando and explained them the problem and they had me come in within an hour being that it rains a lot in the south.when I walked in the place I was received by Spencer Irwin and I honestly have no words to describe how helpful and understanding he was about the issue with my car and how much he stressed getting my problem fixed.the service area waiting room feels like a lounge with complimentary coffee and a soda machine that one of my kids fell in love with,lol.what beats everything is the fact they pay for my Lyft back to where I’m staying.greatly operated business all together.they have my car as I write this review but I know it’s in amazing hands👍

I really love it here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They don’t push you just let you know what needs to be done and facilitate the process . They wash and vacuum your car after service. It is top notch. I used to take my car other places for “cheaper” services and I certainly will NOT be doing that anymore :)

I visited Orlando Infiniti while on my vacation, on Monday, 10/18/21, because I tried to get my 2020 Q50 Driver’s Door Lock fixed at my local Infiniti, Infiniti of Tampa. Just a back story, I called my local Infiniti the week prior (on a Monday and was told a good day to bring it in would be Wednesday between 1-130. It would take them approx 1 hour to diagnose the problem. Asked if I would be able to get a loaner or shuttle back to work. I was told that they only had TWO loaner cars and they DON’T do a shuttle service). Got there at 1:40pm and was told approx 10 mins later that it would be 2-3 hrs wait because they are short 4 techs that day. So I decided to take it to Infiniti in Orlando. I was going to take it to Sanford Infiniti but realized that there was one at Millenia Mall, Orlando Infiniti. I’m GLAD I did!! I drove in and they were able to fit me in. Richie, the Service Writer talked to me, brought me to his office and asked if I could bring it back on Wed morning or if I can leave my car, he would overnight the part from their warehouse (Infiniti of Tampa uses the same warehouse and they have NEVER offered to overnight a part). I said to Richie to keep the car if I could either get a loaner or shuttle if they have one. Low and behold they have shuttle service!!! I was treated like an Infiniti Owner is supposed to be treated. Tampa Infiniti has a LOT to LEARN from Orlando Infiniti because I feel more like a Nissan owner at the Tampa Dealership vs an Infiniti Owner at the Orlando Dealership. They do so much more for the customer and the customer experience is GREAT!!!! HiGHLY recommend Orlando Infiniti!!!! Will go to them anytime I’m in Orlando!!!
I have the Infiniti Q60 coupe and I had my dad friend install a new battery in my car it’s seems afterwards my car was not able to start at all I was a little worried not sure why made sure my keyfob was correctly installed and good for my car which was not the issue so I took to Infiniti dealer spoke a guy name spencer about the issue needed to bring my car over so he can diagnose what’s exactly the issue was came to found out the battery was installed incorrectly and spencer and his technician team was able to fix problem asap I was relieved I was hoping not to pay some ridiculous price and I did not thank again spencer for taking the time and fix my problem.
Orlando Infiniti was extremely helpful in helping me purchase my Q60 at the end of the lease. I had never done business with them prior to this but they led me thru the process and even brought the paperwork to my house rather than have me go to the dealership to sign it. They did not pressure me to look at a new vehicle and made the process enjoyable.

Over a two hour wait, with a scheduled appt for an oil change and alignment. I was not offered a loaner car, was offered to take me to work at Disney, but how I would get back was unknown. I have heard now that is yhe typical wait. Be prepared, otherwise good work on my vehicle and nice people.
I had my car towed in to the service drive while I was at work. I had a call within thirty minutes of arrival. Sara assisted me with my repairs. She explained the entire process to me and updated me every step of the way via text. I had my car repaired and back home within 48 business hours. I had an emergency service that was fit into the schedule without an appointment and still processed in a timely manner. The pick up process took less than 10 minutes and Sara was off this particular day. She communicated and coordinated the information to a coworker in such a manner, that there was no room for error. Time is valuable and I’m highly impressed with the service I received.

He took the time to listen to my concerns and provide solutions that continue to make me appreciate how Infiniti treats its customers.I previously rated Infiniti 2/5 stars for the following reason: I love the service I receive from the Infiniti Team as soon as I pull up. I’ve raved to everyone about the level of customer service provided. My 2-star rating is because when it comes time to pay for services, Infiniti doesn’t live it up to the experience it provides from the initial interaction. I have to spend more time waiting to pay than I ever do to pay my service rep. It’s very frustrating to wait at least 35 minutes just to pay and be disregarded by the employees on the inside of the building.
I had a tremendous experience at this facility just this week! My service advisors name was Richie and he exceeded ALL of my expectations!! He knows everything about the product and took care of my car like it was his own. I didn’t have to lift a finger and all my issues were resolved. Flawless execution by Orlando Infiniti. Special thank you to Lee, the service manager, for always being available and willing to help despite his always busy schedule. If you need service done for your Infiniti take it to Orlando Infiniti and ask for Richie!! You will not be disappointed

This Infiniti dealership always provides excellent service. From the moment you step in there whether to buy a new vehicle or to go in for service, they make you feel very special. Their level of professionalism is on a whole new level. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My consultant was Josh and he is great to work with. Wish all other car companies would mimic the level of service and customer experience that this Orlando Infiniti provides.
Richie Singh was my service representative. He was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. My initial wait time was 3-4 hours, he kindly offered me me a courtesy car but I preferred to wait. To my surprise my car service was finished within 2hrs. I will definitely be asking for Richie for my next service!!!! 10 stars for Richie and Orlando Infiniti!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Infiniti of Orlando.From the moment my wife and I arrived we weretreated with kindness and respect.Victor Mora introduced himself and showed usSome vehicles we were interested in.I took a QX80 that had just arrived and a beautiful Q50 signature addition that they bought in for me from their other location.These two Infiniti’s are my 8th and 9th in the last9 years.
