John and his team did an amazing Job on my Tacoma. I was looking something to match my door panels but give me something different and custom and we came up with a pretty cool design. I’m glad I did my research before coming to this place and I just want to share what an awesome experience. I am really bad with names but the lady in the front desk has the best customer service ever. The team that they have there is awesome and they are where are you from start to finish to make sure they meet (in my case excede) your expectations. Truly a pleasure to take time out of my day to write this review because when I’m out there searching this is what I look for.

Friendly service and a job done right. i went to vw dealership an got an estimate of 4800 to fix a sunroof that according to them was broken. i ask Classic Desing for a second opinion, they fixed right. only needed to replace all the seals. i could be more happy with them. great service and communication.

Great work! They were contracted by a local dealer to get leather seats in my new truck done, and man did they get it done! They use great brands, do great work, they do turnarounds quick, and are very helpful at orchestrating the whole thing. I would recommend them to all wanting interior work done!

These guys installed a Sunroof in my 2019 RAM 1500 Classic.Im very pleased with the craftsmanship of the install. Ive had it two weeks now and its been through heavy rain with no leaks. Im very pleased with their work. I highly recommend.

My story started when the panoramic moon roof on my 2011 Lincoln MKX would not close. At this point I contacted Jarrett Ford, and they instructed me to bring the vehicle in. I told them at that time my main concern was getting the roof closed. Well after 4 days of them having the vehicle I called them again to inquire as to the diagnosis. They told me at that time that they could not get the roof closed and they had tried everything but there was nothing they could do without replacing the entire system at a cost of $9038.00. Yes thats right almost $10.000.00 for the repair. Needless to say I declined and took the vehicle home. I came across Classic Designs web site, gave them a call and explained my situation to Jack. After describing what was happening, Jack knew exactly what the problem was and told me that the repairs would be under $900.00 if what I described was correct. I managed, with assistance from my non mechanic wife, to get the roof closed in under 30 seconds. I brought the vehicle in to Classic Designs expecting it to be there for several days, but instead they called me 5 hours later and told me it was finished. The broken parts had been replaced and they even removed the greasy finger prints from my headliner that was put there by Jarrett Fords so called technicians. It was definitely a pleasure to do business with Classic Design Automotive. Thank you Jack and John and the whole Classic Design Automotive Team.

They did an outstanding repair to my moon roof, under budget, quick turn around time, very easy to deal with. I had a vehicle that was pretty much rendered useless with the roof opening when I took it to him! He received the vehicle, as is, and had it ready to pick up within 2 days! Definitely would recommend, give him a call! Honesty and integrity still exist!

Do you need your sunshade or moon roof repaired ? Then this is your place . Do you want an upholstery upgrade or fixed then this is the place for you. Since the first day i walked in this place to date, the staff have treated me like family !!!I will share my story of the first visit there, I was working for a local used auto dealer when i had a broken sunroof on a Toyota camry I mean it had a board for a cover that was impossible for me to find a glass for. That was until i found this place and that was back in 2011. I drove the car there the knowledgeable staff took a look and it turned out that it was an after market sunroof and it was under warranty !!! I did have to wait 3 months because of a back order but they did it under warranty !! I have always appreciate their honesty. If you liked please dont forget to hit like and follow me for more . Recently purchased an F150. Classic Design Automotive put Katzkin leather in it. They recommended a two tone, perforated pattern that is absolutely beautiful. It looks and matches better than factory. I dropped the truck off at the dealer and 24 hrs later it was done! Their service was worth the 214 mile drive....I experienced nothing but 5 star service from Classic Design Auto. I spoke with Linda several times about pricing and the install prior to confirming my appointment. She was very friendly and helpful. Classic Design Auto installed a sunroof on my 2019 Chevy Tahoe. The install took about 2 1/2 days. My sunroof and headliner look factory. Jack was awesome explaining how the sunroof was programmed to avoid buffering at certain speeds. He also gave me some pointers on if the drains become clogged or if I need to reprogram the settings. They offer a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty. It has taken a beating with these tropical downpours due to tropical storm Isias and no leaks. If youre thinking about doing an aftermarket sunroof install, reach out to these folks.

Jack and John did a great job installing aftermarket leather in my 2010 Ram. My 6 year old truck now looks brand new inside. All the guys in the shop did a great job and finished ahead of the time promised. Im considering replacing my second vehicle with a new one and bringing it to them to save on the factory leather option.

I looked for years my sunroof is broken and I couldnt find anybody to fix it. Now that these guys have been located they fix my roof in about 3 to 4 hours where is Ford Motor Company wanted $1,600 to fix my roof these guys did it for like 380. Great service located on Silver Star rd in Orlando Florida.

HORRIBLE ! Bad customer service! I recently purchased a truck. I made an agreement with the dealership that they would include leather in the vehicle.. we went to classic design in person and chose our leather design. Once we got our truck back I let them know the leather they put in was not the one we had chosen. They tried to tell me and convince me that it was, like if I suffered from amnesia and couldn’t remember what I chose. After knowing I was right, then they tried telling me that the leather I actúally chose couldn’t be placed in my vehicule because it had to be a 2500 and mine was 1500. End of story I’m stuck with a leather I don’t like and I did not chose because they didn’t even give me a receipt of my purchase.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jack at Classic Design Automotive for helping me solve a leaky sunroof problem. I had driven two hours to be turned away at the place that had originally installed my sunroof. I called Classic Design, I explained my dilemma and they told me to come in and theyd take a look at it. Fifteen minutes after arriving without having an appointment on a Monday morning Jack explained to me that the sunroof glass was defective, he had a spare replacement and he would put it in right away. I took my car here to fix my car sun roof leakage. They did perform a good job. However, they have stolen my Airpod Pro which I accidentally left in my car when I dropped there for servicing. I did checked with the entire team and also showed them the proof of my last found location (Using Find My App)which clearly listed the showroom address, but they were not responsive.Pl. be careful on your belongings before dropping your car here for servicing.
