Terrible experience!I am a regular client in Carolina Herrera at Madison Ave, and have always loved CH since I first bought it in Spain 8 years ago. I was thrilled to find CH in Ginza, in late February. However, the customer service disappointed me more than any luxury store I have ever been to.From the moment I entered the shop to the moment I left, the store manager kept asking me personal questions, trying to get my personal information when I told her I just wanted to browse. It was very unnatural and completely scared me away. I have never seen such pushy customer service in all Carolina Herrera stores I have been to - not luxury at all.

Its still a minor brand but I think its fashionable
