I used to drive across town until a friend of mine told me about Bakers World. The name says it all. They literally have everything! I recently had to cater a youth group, and they had a great selection of catering supplies at a great price compared to other stores Ive been to. Ive been to D&G and honestly that place gives me anxiety lol. Its always crowded and just way too much going on. Bakers World has a clean set up and its never over crowded with people.

Its like a Bakers Toys R Us oh, you just got to go and check it out for yourself. And then check the Asian market right next door. Great prices!!! Nice staff.

I come here at least once a week and I love it but I wish they had English speaking baking classes all of their class are in Spanish

This place is awesome for cookies, cakes, cake pops, basically any and all baked goods. It has everything for people who like to be extra when it comes to decorating treats. If you bake, you NEED this store in your life.

Best prices around, great selection and the friendliest staff. If they dont have it then its not made. My new 1.5hr drive go to.

OMG, its like Candyland for Bakers! They have some of the best unbeatable prices that I seen their store has wide variety and their customer service was welcoming. Check it out, I promise you wont be disappointed.

I feel in love the first time I came to this store two years ago, so that’s why I continued to come back. I live 3 hours away and we make the trip once or twice a year. The first time was fine. However our recent visits were not great. Employees are very rude and not friendly at all. They do not greet you. When you need help with finding something they quickly point and go back to doing whatever they were doing. I feel like I come here to spend my hard earn money (I spend a lot ) to be treated unfairly, but I do notice the Spanish speaking customers are greeted and told thank you. This was my last visit.

AMAZING! One of my favorite places ever. Coolest products. My go to when Im specifically searching for something for my bakery or specialty orders. Also a great place to go to purchase last minute packaging. Ive been left hanging with orders from Amazon that never arrived or another company that sent damaged products. Thus store had everything I needed and more. Best hidden gem for bakers. Friendly staff.

Good place to go look for baking products, cutting shapes and food containers. Staff are very hospitable and helpful. Double check price tags on products s ok sometimes they can be wrong tho!

The poorest customer service. Not one employee ever says hello. Theyll watch you but dont offer assistance. They wont do anything but take your money when they signal you with a finger to the register. Theyll take personal calls or have side convos. Then hand you your receipt. Thats it. No thank you, come again, etc. I will take my future business to Bake your cake supplies down the road. This was my 3rd and final time at this stuffy store.

I came to this store a few times. Staff is disengaged, unhelpful and very rude (borderline mean and disrespectful). The perception I got was that the fact that I was not Hispanic maybe a problem to them but I maybe wrong, I have never experienced that before so I am not sure. I dont think who ever is supposed to restock the shelves and make sure everything has price tags is very motivated either. It is very difficult as well to have someone to get you anything that is locked in the glass showcases or behind the counter. It is too bad because I really need this place to work out as the other cake supplies store is very far away.

They have a nice selection of products at decent prices, however, their customer service is lacking. Ive been here about a dozen times in the last month and never once did I receive a hello, a smile, any type of greeting at all. Even when checking out at the register, they wont even look me in the eye. Its very rude.

They have a lot of molds and miscellaneous items that a hobbyist would love. Unfortunately, for me, they didn’t have certain specific items that I expected to find in a baker’s supply store. I make everything from scratch, but most of the ingredients they had on the shelves were commercial style mixes or readymade finished products, or priced far too high In comparison to my previous and current online suppliers. I hoped to have a local store to use for once, for the luxury of gathering supplies and not having to pay or wait for shipping.

I was on a quest for high-ratio shortening, and the nice cashier at Gordon Food Service pointed me to this place. What a find! Bakers World has everything you need for casual and serious cake decorating. Save yourself the long drive to East Colonial and still patronize a local business. Great selection, great prices and helpful staff. Ill be back soon!

Good amount of parking, good selection of items and decent pricing. There isnt a warm customer service feel but if you ask for help, they will assist you.

The staff here are very kind and the prices are reasonably fair on most items that I purchased.

This place has most everything you need for baking and cake decorating. They also have classes. The only drawback is there was no one there that spoke English while we were there. Other than that, a great place!

Everything fine except that there was an employee talking very rude to other co worker, maybe was her daughter but at work we are co workers Not FamilyNot Mother and daughter. Correcting her, telling was she was doing wrong with firm voice and loud, those things we do it professionally in private and alone not in front of customer. Cause no matter is the person is your friend, younger than you, daughter, son, family at work WE ARE COWORKERS! Customer dont know relationship and it was very uncomfortable situation.The rest it was ok.

I was Very DISAPPOINTED from beginning to end!! Walked in the door to be greeted by very loud hispanic music and staff. Not much of a selection of anything. 4 employees... possibly more on the floor and Not One of Them even acknowledged the fact myself or the person I came in with were in the store let alone see if we needed any assistance. The guy that checked us out told me our Total (because he had to) and handed me the bag. Guaranteed I will not be back.
