Was in Orlando in March-April of 2021 and me and my went to the Outlets to spend a few hours. We had been debating on purchasing new cookware and Le Creuset was what we was interested in. Having been married for 35 years this past May, I decided that we would splurge. Keep in mind that we have never invested in cookware like this before but once we started talking to Cody, we decided to go ahead and make the purchase. Cody is very knowledgable and accommodating and is A1 with customer service.I know being from NC and purchasing in Orlando sounds strange but with the service I receive, I only plan on buying from this Outlet in the future! I can call and they have my order shipped with 24-48 hours. Cody, Jasmin and Trish is the best! BTW, I just received another order today for my wife!

Very beautiful store, but way out of my price range.

I am literally the most excited I have ever been...I have dreamed of owning a Le Creuset Dutch Oven for nearly a decade. I love to cook but just never had the funds to purchase my dream Le Creuset.My husband suggested that we visit the outlet and I was sure that it would be another opportunity to leave empty handed.Trish was a wealth of knowledge and told me all about the classic Dutch ovens and even asked me some questions to find out what size I would likely need.At first I was disappointed because they didn’t have the color I was hoping for...however, out of the corner of my eye I caught a glimpse of this STUNNING, shimmery, massive beauty. I thought for sure there would be no way I could afford it. I let Trish know that I was interested and she said “well good news, it’s 40% off”I was absolutely SHOCKED and ELATED!! I screamed “SOLD” to Trish and she was just as excited to make my dreams come true as I was to be pulling the trigger on a beautiful new Le Creuset.She happily wrapped up my purchase and even discussed the first meal I would be making !!Thank you Trish for an absolutely delightful and very memorable experience purchasing my first Le Creuset

This is one of my favorite stores to shop for my dutch ovens because of the stellar customer service provided by Cody. His professionalism and willingness to go extra miles to help customers makes him exceptional. I got a few of my dream pots from him and couldn’t feel thankful enough. Shout out to Cody for his outstanding customer service! I will be back :).

Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable staff and amazing prices. Dont think because its an outlet store that the products are lower quality than retail. Still the same amazing Le Crueset quality with the same lifetime warranty but at a deep discount.

Store is great, but going to leave negative review for their online ordering so they can get some attention to that.Made order took 3 weeks to get it, then it came incomplete but I was charged full price. Then had to call them to ask where my merchandise or my money, they did not even apologine just said oh, this is out of stock and we wont get anymore of those Really??? how about not charging customers for items that are out of stock!? Two weeks go by - no refund. Had to call them again, spent 50 minutes on wait line, then they BS me about it. Get your online business in order please! This is unacceptable!!! Do not recommend ordering at their website, absolute nightmare.

Lovely, expensive kitchen items.

Visited the Le Creuset store at the Orlando Premium Outlets and was able to find the 7 quart lasagna pan I have been wanting - at half the regular price! There where many items on clearance and everything in the store had at least 20% off if not more. Lots of 30 and 40% off items also! Of course I had to pick up a few other items because the prices were so good ! Cody, the store manager, was super friendly and helpful - yet not pushy by any means! Would definitely go back if I’m in the area . Love Le Creuset!

I shopped on 1-6-19 and called in an order the night before as well with credit card purchase so that I could enjoy the big sale. I came in early on 1-6-18 and Ms Cherie helped me again. She is soooo helpful! I shopped almost $800.00 worth of cooking stuff, mostly because I liked Cheries helpfulness and professionalism, as well as the sale on everything in the store. She is a great asset to this store and of course I LOVE the cast iron and all the other Le Creuset items!Thank You!

I LOVE YANI wow... EXCELLENT SERVICE. I called in and bought my first piece of Le Crueset. I bought the rice pot. Yani calmly went over all the colors and the special deals that are currently going on. I panicked over the color I choose and called in and she graciously offered to change it before it mailed out. The core colors in the outlet are Cerse, Flame,Cobalt, Dune,Greis. I bought Indigo and was trying to match my future theme. I was on the fence to get the white rice pot because I wanted to match things up. She offered to switch out the colors for me before they shipped it.Honestly she was so kind to me over this little detail that probably would annoy most people. At the end of the call she welcomed me to the Le Creuset family. Honestly it did feel like family. I wish I could give this lady a big hug. Thank you. I plan on buying more items in the future. I will post a photo of me with my new rice pot. Super excited. I am going to sell my electric rice cooker on ebay now. Thanks

The sales associate Garrett was fabulous this weekend when we stopped into the store. He helped us pick out some hostess gifts and explained all of the Le Crueset policies, why they are considered seconds and showed us a few different gift options. He was such a pleasure to work with.

Very disappointed with the attitude we received when returning an item. The young lady who helped was fine but the gentleman was rude and very unprofessional. He is the reason I will not be back to this location. May not consider Le Creuset again if that is how they treat their customers.

I bought a pan which I thought would be the best thing to return it because despite following the instructions the pan was not what I needed ok they changed it but in a very bad way which I speak here in Spanish because it does not matter your language but custom I explained to him the only thing that towards the person was to fold his hands in front of me as if he did not care about anything until I am going to receive this which is already garbage because it is useless but sign here that you will not make any more changes or returns of money and I reiterate in advance I never asked for money simply that they would change it for something else, it is not so much, nor did they give me a 20% discount, they gave me the new frying pan for a regular price and discounted the other a detestable service
