We had a fantastic ride. There was no fear, we glided easily into the air in such a way that I hardly noticed we were climbing. Balloon World is a family run business with a great safety record. Our ride was worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Balloon World delivered a large bouquet to my husband (from his Mom), and picked up on the clue from my daughter that her birthday was coming up. They delivered a complimentary bouquet on her birthday today!!!! How sweet and thoughtful!!❤️

We had a balloon half arch made for my baby shower and Guy and his team were awesome and funny. They were nice and patient through the whole process of picking balloon colors, giving suggestions, delivering, setting up the balloons and helping with getting everything the way we wanted. OUTSTANDING!! Janet, Hef, and the entire World Balloon team are friendly, helpful knowledgeable, safety aware, and just plain Fun. They explained all the mechanics of the balloon, gondola, the surrounding area, what we could expect and needed to do; then off we went.Hef was our pilot. He pointed out many interesting aspects of the land, explained how he operated the hot air balloon and told some pretty corny jokes. We have enjoyed many wonderful experiences in our travels, but World Balloon and its team will always be at the top of our list of exciting and fun experiences. We used Guy and Balloon World when we came to Orlando for a family reunion. While here, one of the you g girls was celebrating a birthday. She loves “Jojo Siwa” so we knew we would want balloons to decorate. I Google’d balloons and came across Balloon World. We couldn’t be more pleased with the balloons Guy and his team executed for us. They looked amazing and were a crowd favorite!

Guy and his team were great to work with. They delivered the balloons and when I realized we needed double the amount to make an impact in the large ballroom, they promptly took care of another order for me with only a few hours prior to the event. Easy to work with and friendly people.

I am seeing all of these 5 stars and wonderful reviews which is what prompted me to contact them... However Guy told me he stopped listening to me when I told him I needed Balloons for my Only Dughters 16th Birthday in a room at Red Lobster which is her choice.... I didnt see the humor nor the waste of time because just relocating from Dallas to or Orlando I have to call vendors and I prefer to call ones with good ratings however this was not a good choice for me. I even asked in my email if this job was too small to simply let me know but yet I sat around pondering waiting on him to return my call. When I tried to call him back he refused to take the call and never heard from him again today. Not sure what he found funny but I did find a vendor that will handle Both of the dates that I am celebrating my Daughter at a price of $600... Needless to say I am African American and Im definitely not getting ready to pull the race card... I will say it was rude and unprofessional...Between the Party Bus, Paying for 12 meals of their choice, Paying for the movie and snacks, Photographer for Both dates, Hotel Room in Disney Springs and shopping spree for my Daughter and two of her new friends, Her outfits and lets not even talk about the gifts I dont see anything funny at all...Thanks Guy sorry my events were funny and not good enough!!!
