The staff at this location is very friendly! They took care of my order and made things very simple. I dealt mainly with Josh, but I also spoke to Brian as well as the branch manager when I went to go pickup my product and everyone was super helpful. I wish I could give this place negative infinity!! Josh and Chris are very unprofessional and rude. I called to ask to speak to the manager or owner and both people went off on me and refused to answer my questions. I simply asked one question and neither of them would communicate with me like a normal human being. They kept cutting me off and yelling at me about what they spoke to my husband about. They think my business is too small for their company and never provided me with the logo I requested and must think I won’t be willing to pay a lot for something small. They are the equivalent to KARENS. Well let’s call them KEVINS . If only the owner knew how they conduct business. Wow!!!! Extremely rude!!! Quick call to the news will fix them up!

On February 28, 2019, I took time out of my day to travel to the store where I spoke to Glorimy. I shared my contact information and plans to create 50 signs. We spoke at great lengths about different products offered and I emailed her an image of the artwork I wanted reproduced on these signs. In the almost two weeks that have lapsed since then, I was never contacted with an estimate, either by email or phone. Very bizarre way to run a business.

I contacted fast sign after reading their reviews on google and i decided to take a chance after another fast sign in town had been a naysayer and yet another sign company was unreliable. Im so glad i did!I called their office at 8am and someone actually answered and promised me that a team member would call me right back .....and they did so promptly. The very next day Debra came to my office to view the project and she was as excited about it as i was :), it was an out of the box piece not typically seen in my industry... isnt marketing all about setting yourself apart from the herd? :)They were expeditious, professional, very creative, flawless in their fabrication and installation. What else could you ask for? I already referred my husband to them for a car wrap and ill most definitely use them again in the near future! Give them a try!
