I fell in love with Havens Metal copper sinks on line. After doing a lot of research about copper sinks, I discovered I couldn’t settle for any recycled copper as it wouldn’t patina and self correct with the unique characteristics that you hope to see in real copper. After looking at all the possible options and craftsmanship of Havens I decided to get the Legacy Hammered farmhouse sink. I love how the scrubber caddy, drying rack and cutting board all fit in the sink and make prep and clean up so easy without taking up so much counter space. Customer service was very personal and answered all of my questions in a way that felt like they were trying to help me make the best decisions for what I wanted instead of feeling like they were trying to up-sell me. Great company and I highly recommend them. They also engraved my name on the sink...now everyone who visits knows that’s MY(Havens) sink! :) I love it!

We wanted to convert an existing 2 bowl sink to one single large bowl that would fit all size pot and trays. As the cutout was in marble, we needed the new sink made with the exact same mounting dimension. Havens was the only company that made this easy to do, building the exact size that we needed. The sink was shipped in an amazing wood crate. It looks and works great. I would highly recommend them if you need a custom size sink or other special feature.

This review should help homeowners who want to refresh their kitchen without wanting to gut it all out. So our home came with an old white enamel covered cast iron sink, and we lived with it for a couple of years because it was still functional. After finally getting tired of looking at the sad sink, we decided to find something that allowed us to perform a drop in replacement. Unfortunately, after searching through the box stores and kitchen catalogues, we couldnt find a new sink that didnt require us to cut through the existing granite countertop to change the size of the sink cutout. We then stumbled on the Havens Metal website, and realized that we could custom order a sink to our dimensions. Thats mind-blowing. We worked with Alex from Havens Metal to define all of the dimensions and the layout of the cutouts for the faucet and dishwasher vent. It went through a couple of drawing iterations to make sure that Alex and us both understood exactly what we wanted for the new sink. As you can see in the photo, it all worked out to exactly what we wanted. The new sink has refreshed our kitchen, and it is gorgeous to look at. For anyone interested, I would recommend adding the shelf to the sink. Its been super convenient to place down the drying rack on the sink to make some more countertop space.

I have been using this sink for four months and am very happy with it. Because of the corner location of the sink and it’s usage, I was looking for a deep and larger than standard size sink, which was hard to find until I found Havens Metal. The sink is beautiful, sturdy and fits very well with the modern design kitchen. It’s deep and large to fit big pots. I love the stainless steel sponge caddy and the drying rack. Furthermore, Havens Metal’s responsiveness and customer service made it a pleasure to do business with them.

I now own three custom made Havens sinks in the Prestige stainless steel. We love all three of them, but the biggest one, a beautiful 35 apron front sink with the ledge system, is a work of art!! Its a power house of a sink, too. The slope is spot on to the drain and Alex was right when he told me nothing gets trapped in the corners. Some of the higher end square cornered sinks trap gunk. The ledge system is super cool. I keep a scrub brush in the small drop in tray and keep the 12 drying rack on top of it. So when I need my scrub brush I just scoot the top rack over and grab it, I throw it back in when Im done and slide the beautiful metal rack back over it and its out of sight again. The drying rack is seriously beautiful and I chose the smaller 12 width, so I leave it out all the time and its not in the way. Under the rack all 35 of my sink is still free and usable. If I want to soak something I can scoot that under the drying rack and it disappears, too. The whole thing is freaking AWESOME!! We have a rustic elegant French Country home with distressed Knotty Alder kitchen. I was concerned the Prestige would look too modern but we took a chance since we loved the metal sample. Its not modern in our kitchen, at all. Its just beautiful. It doesnt scratch and it reflects just enough light to brighten our kitchen. We love our sinks!! There was an issue with one of the sinks but Alex quickly made it right. They are exquisite hand crafted products. We have three absolutely perfect sinks. We couldnt be happier!!

We are absolutely delighted. We had to replace a 15 year old Kitchen Aid Brevia sink with dishwasher. A wonderful device but by the time we needed it serviced it had been manufactured discontinued & no one knew how to service. The Brevia was not a standard size & we were unable to locate an off-the-shelf replacement. With trepidation, I contacted Haven. Alex was knowledgeable, asked clarifying questions & was very pleasant. It took a couple of phone calls before we signed off on the drawing. The sink arrived in a substantial & impressive wooden crate. It fit like a glove! I am so pleased☺

We had are custom Stainless Steel sink made to our dimensions and picked a right hand side drain location. The sink was less cost than the off the rack high end dealers we were looking at and better quality. It was packed beautifully in a heavy duty wooden crate and arrived on time. My husband and I finally made the decision to renovate our kitchen after 30 years. One of the things I’d always thought about was a copper sink. I wanted it to be the WOW factor in our kitchen! We ordered the hammered copper with ledge sink from Havens Metal. The sink arrived on time and packaged very carefully. Installation was pretty straightforward and we love our new sink. It has more usable space than our 2 -compartment sink and takes up less room underneath. It is very functional and beautiful!!

I love my Havens Metal copper sink. It is beautiful. I had a lot of questions about switching to a copper sink with a living finish. I was able to use the chat feature on the website to quickly get answers and I even texted Alex with some questions. He was always very courteous and quick to respond. Great customer service.As for the sink, I ordered samples of smooth copper and hammered copper to help me decide 1) if I wanted a copper sink at all and 2) which texture I preferred. I experimented with the samples putting ketchup and lemon juice on them to see how they reacted. I ordered my sink in hammered copper. I like the look of it and the hammering reminds me that someone hand crafted my sink - another person with their own story helped make my sink. Everybody has a story. I’m also excited to see the changes the copper goes through. I see it as an analogy for life. We all have experiences that mark us and change us, but we can change and heal too. And that’s part of what makes our lives so amazing. Copper is the same way, so any changes in its coloring just remind me that life is happening and it’s real and beautiful. We have been doing a lot of research for a good quality copper sink. We were building our first home and it being our dream home my wife really wanted a copper sink for a focal point in the kitchen. The sink came and she shows it off to everyone who steps foot In our house. It came packaged incredibly, in a solid crate all the way to Kona Hawaii!
