Sadly i made the mistake to grab the wrong wig. I came back and would not even trade. My mom has cancer and she wanted to get one. $70 down the drain! If you dont know what looks good dont come here. The will not exchange even wen it was not worn, purchased 2 hrs ago still in original package. Terrible service.

Truly they have really nice product for cheap but they following you it’s uncomfortable literally couldnt look at anything in peace without being watch yes ik people steal but yu cant make people feel uncomfortable. I was literally follow thru the whole store.

They are so rude!! This is not the first time. I went in because it was closer to my house next time I’ll go to where to Beauty Exchange. Also I’m a licensed professional in the beauty industry and this is unacceptable. If they’re going to have businesses in our neighborhood they should treat customers better and from the look at the reviews this is not the first. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Premium beauty outlet is my favorite beauty supply! First of all, they have amazing deals and great wigs! Also, the employees are very sweet and lovely! The first time I entered the hair store they were sweet and nice! Which made me want to come back again! Now, I am a frequent customer because of their service and their merchandises!

Poor customer service and they don’t even greet customers and cashiers don’t even thank customers! I hate that place! I promise never to shop there ever again! I beg everyone to boycott that place and shop elsewhere please.

I have been to the store maybe four times, the owners of the store are extremely rude. They follow you around the store, they act as if every black person is a theif; this will be my last time in the store. I paid for a wig the young lady that they hired to work there offered to cut the lace for $2 I told her that was fine, I paid the $2 and the price of the wig and one eyeliner the owner would not let me take my bag with the one eyeliner in it to the wig area to get my wig cut that I had already paid for. She gave me a hard time with my credit card she acted as if I was impersonating someone else when my face and name were clearly on my drivers license. I will never ever go in this store again, and I suggest to other people that you consider the reviews you have read and make your own decision. These people profile you and treat you as if you are the biggest thief on earth.

The workers are helpful and sweet. They have a lot of good wigs to choose from and good discounts! Also, they have amazing hair products!

I have been coming to this hair store for 7+ years atleast 2-3 times a month and was denied entrance because I did not have a mask. It is not mandated that a mask has to be worn in all establishments. My purchase would have taken less than 5 mins. I will take my years of business to another hair store.

Workers and owner are very nice and welcoming. They have a lot of good deals and wigs to choose from. I would most likely recommend this to people!

They get two stars only because the ladies they hire are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Other than that I would probably completely avoid this store. The owners/family workers are terrible! They are they typical racist hair store owners. I have witnessed them stop WOC on their way IN and search their personal bags. They follow customers up and down the aisles. They are very rude especially with the younger black girls that I see come in. They are the usual hurry up and buy type. Their hair products like braiding extensions are often old and have a moldy smell. Their soaps as well. The only reason I go is for the convenience because they are close to home and if Im doing hair and absolutely have no other choice or need something quickly I will go there.

I had no bags just a wallet and a sundress I told the cashier I was looking for hair jewelry for my braids he didn’t seem to totally understand but the Asian woman stayed right by my side for the whole 10 minutes I looked

Im writing this review as Im leaving the store right now. They have a lot of hair in boxes by the door, and its mostly the cheaper hair thats on sale or clearance. I wanted to look at the hair but I had a basket, so I put my basket down a few feet away (they have a door alarm and I didntd want a false signal) and went to look at the hair. While Im looking at the hair the security guard came over to me and ask what I was looking for, I really was just browsing because I wasnt sure what I wanted to do with my hair. I told him I was probably looking for something black and he began rustling through the hair trying to give me stuff. I reiterated that I was just LOOKING but he stood next to me or just a few feet from me staring at me the entire time. It made me feel very uncomfortable and it made me feel like he was singling me out. I understand that people may steal from their store but if they want to avoid that they should move the hair from next to the door. I wont be going back as I felt very very uncomfortable and unable to really look because he looked ready to pounce on me if I moved wrong.

Owner of this store is very rude!!!! and very disrespectful and don’t care about people!!!! My mom came here to buy a wig for an event and she didn’t find anything so he stopped her and told her dont ever come back to his store just because she didn’t buy a wig and was looking for a Certain wig that they didn’t have I repeat don’t not shop here!! if he did this to a customer he will do it to another one!! Lost a faithful customer.

I knew I couldn’t be the only one! These people are the worst and treat black and brown people like common criminals. The last time I was there, the woman behind the counter refused to allow an elderly man purchase some hair color for his wife. Because the item was $3.00 he couldn’t purchase it unless he purchased another item or more to make to make his transaction $5.00. I understand logistic of a debit card machine but the woman was so rude to the point where I stepped in and purchased it for him. I went off on the lady and told her she should have been ashamed of herself. The items are overpriced and the customer service deserves a 0. Stop giving this place business!

This store is absolutely horrible, I was also given the wrong hair, and told by Im assuming the manager as long as I didnt open the packaging I could return it. Well I didnt open it yet they still wouldnt let me exchange. The beauty supply store on Colonial is much better!! The even let you RETURN and EXCHANGE hair, products and etc. with your receipt. Go there instead!

After 10 years of service, me & my wife have had enough. No refunds or exchanges even if you have a receipt. They are always assuming if you bring in a plastic bag that you’re going to steal. And she personally knows me because I’ve been shopping there for 10 years!!! Yes I will never make an appearance in this store again.

They watch everyone on cameras thinking everyone steal. You cant even shop in peace because you know youre being watched. Uncomfortable feeling when trying to purchase items at this location. The black ladies that work there are not allowed to touch the registers only the white and chinese people. DISCRIMINATION!

My wife tried on several wigs and finally picked the one she loved...they went to the back and gave her one in a box...we paid and left the store....once we got home she realized that the wig in the bag wasnt the one she tried on in the store...we called and were told that they dont have a refund or exchange policy....even though it was there fault...never again

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Everytime I walk into the store I get followed, I dont even carry a purse. One of the workers there a man, yelled at me in their language as I walked out the door but turned around when I looked behind me. They are way to prejudice at this store and it should not have as many customers as it does, thats probably because they are always having sells. I avoid this store like a plague.
