We bought a Temperpedic mattress last year and LOVE it! Also purchased 2 pillows. Best 😴 sleep ever! Steve and Kevin work in the interest of the customer, not the commission. I had a great experience at this store. Kevin greeted me when I arrived. He took time to get to know my sleep preferences and match me with my ideal mattress. I tried several different mattress and pillow combinations before making a selection. Kevin didn’t put any pressure on my to buy anything that I wasn’t interested in. He also helped me to get zero interest financing. The mattress, frame, and pillows arrived the next day and I was sleeping on my new mattress a little more than 24 hours after I walked in the door.

Shruti Persaud was the expert at the store in Lake Nona. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered my Beauty Rest through him and he had it delivered the next day! He made a couple of calls to make sure it was going to be delivered when he promised. The delivery crew was great too! Nice guys and careful going through the house with that big bed! Great companies hire great employees!

Steve was amazing! He asked questions to ensure I was getting what I really needed. Needed a mattress for my 98 yo aunt and was prepared to buy a bed frame or base…told him she had a bed that can go up and down…he suggested I look at the base to see if it could be lowered. Was a mile from her place so went and took pictures and measurements…ended up just needing the mattress. He was welcoming, friendly and helpful!

Yesterday I went to the store with my family because I was looking for a new mattress. Kevin explain everything you need for buying the right one for you and for your needs. Today I went with my wife to the store because our daughter wanted to buy a new mattress. While we were waiting for our daughter to arrive from work we entered the store and Kevin greeted us. We talked for a while and told him we were waiting on our daughter and in the meantime, I mentioned to Kevin that I was planning on buying a mattress in the next month or so. He started giving us options, told us to lay down on some of them, try this, try that and Kevin explained very well all about the mattresses. Then our daughter arrived and we all started talking about the options. I really enjoyed working with Kevin and the way he was, instead of trying to just sell something he was explaining and giving all the options. Long story short we ended up buying the King mattress and our daughter bought the same one in a Queen size. If you’re in the Orlando area and need someone that is going to REALLY take care of you, that’s Kevin. You did an awesome job Kevin, the best customer experience. Almost every time I walk into a mattress store, it feels as if I’m buying car. Reason being because many sales reps ignore your feelings and your budget. Well I underestimated Kevin. Kevin was the only sales person in the store and there were four customers. He did a great job at directing me to the mattress that I bought. Although I didnt want to spend as much money as I did, I know that a good mattress will equal a good night sleep. After road tripping across the country and sleeping on different mattresses this made even more sense to me. He even had the guys deliver to my front door and then to my room. They took the plastic off my bed and box and layed it down so I didnt have to do any heavy lifting. The moving guys were awesome too!

We bought 2 mattresses with Kevin and he told us that the mattresses were going to be delivered from the warehouse to the store the next day so that we can pick it up ( we asked him numerous time to make sure we can pick it up next day because we were needing it). They were supposed to call us to let us know when we can go pick it up. Guess what? They never called, we called at 4pm and was told that the mattress was going to be delivered NEXT WEEK! They told us to go pick it up at there warehouse. Never bothered to call us sooner knowing that we needed those mattresses. Will never recommend this store.

I asked him to give me a price quote and his exact words were “what difference is my quote going to make against the other ones you have”. I will never go back to that store. Then I went to the mattress firm on Osceola Parkway and bought my king size mattress with a adjustable base from Jose Soto Arroyo he was amazing.
