TERRIBLE experience. I ordered from this place a full 2 months before I was expecting my baby because I was told the furniture would arrive within about a month to a month and a half. I emailed & called to check in a week or 2 before the end of the month that they told me it would arrive soon, they were just waiting on an update. Then I checked in again around the day it was supposed to arrive, again they said it was delayed but should arrive soon and they would keep me posted.2 weeks after that day, AFTER I just had a baby I called again to see what was going on- justifiably frustrated that I had received ZERO updates from the company about my furniture arriving. When they checked my order number they told me its supposed to arrive 4 MONTHS LATER!I was LIVID. As a new mom, in my postpartum phase they didnt even offer concern or sympathy or understanding to my stress and frustration of having ZERO furniture for my newborn. The manager got offended because I was mad and hung up on me. I was HORRIFIED. I called back and spoke to someone else to demand a complete refund.If you want to work with a company that has any customer service or compassion for new mothers DO NOT order from them.They will not care that you are expecting a child or have just gone through a tough labour or are in postpartum, they will just get mad at you instead of trying to help you. They will not tell you if your furniture is delayed, they will wait for you to call them. Ive never experienced such terrible treatment before in my life.

Avoid the furniture from this place. No quality control. Purchased a dresser from a store they supply to. There with lots of issues with finish, communication was poor, fix was poor.

Great stylish store for babys and kids furniture. There are a wide selection of furniture brands and some of them you hardly find elsewhere in Toronto!!! The staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. You always could pick up some new ideas for decorating your kids room and choose something cute from the shop - funny toys, pillows, bedding... If you looking for style and quality for your kids room - this is the place to go!

Great selection. Helpful staff. They will usually give you a fantastic deal if you buy multiple pieces at the same time. Just recently went back for bed rails for one of our convertible cribs. The staff were extremely helpful in getting the right colour and at a reasonable price.

This is our third purchase from the store. We keep coming back for many reasons - best selection, cant beat their prices and service. Our first purchase was in 2003 for a nursery set which is still in great condition! We just passed it on to our friends who are expecting and they are thrilled because it like brand new. Definitely we would recommend this to anyone looking for either nursery or kids bedroom set. Way to go guys!

Great Selection and Amazing Customer Service! I ordered a full nursery package (Pali) and am very pleased with the quality. I have previously ordered nursery furniture from Leons and was very disappointed. I did have a minor issue with the headboard on the crib which the owner, Walter went above and beyond to resolve, ultimately exceeding my expectations. I would definitely recommend Lil Angels Furniture!

Great Store! We have been coming back over and over for the past 5 years. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Great service and always great deals. We bought baby furniture for our twins, and great youth sets 3 years later. Saved a bunch of money! Highly recommend it!!!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, but they are like any other sales person, they tell you everything you want to hear which sucks you into a purchase, fine, but when i spend $3000 on a nursery set that begins to have paint issues within 6 months of purchase and i begin calling and emailing this location and Pali, which is the manufacturing company. its been almost 3 weeks and have yet to hear anything back from either company. as of right now i do not recommend this Baby furniture location. And after a month of trying to rectify my issue with this location and Pali, no one has contacted me for anything, TERRIBLE.

Probably the best place for baby and kids furniture in Ontario. They have a great selection and super staff. Weve dealt with several sales ladies and they are all super helpful. We bought a second nursery set and a bedroom set for our daughter. Everything was delivered and set up just the way we wanted just like last time - thank you guys soooooo much! Buyers be aware! We ordered online and 2 of the 3 items came defected/broken (drawer chest and glider). We sent them back and requested replacements and after a month they sent one of the 2 orders, the glider in a way worst shape than the original defect almost like a floor model where the glider fabric was totally damaged and ripped. We are 2 weeks away from having our baby and I really wish I would have never came across this company. No timeline provided for the other item/drawer.
