Publix is always a great place to shop. Friendly people and a great assortment of items. Ive shopped at this Publix many times and never been disappointed. Its a smaller format that the typical store.

Five Stars.. This particular store provides a wide variety of Foods, spices, hard to find ingredients, friendly staff, clean store, great prices. Will visit again. I found a very difficult ingredient at this store and it took me days of searching around town at different locations to find it. Whew . This site is a keeper for sure

Always a pleasure to shop at Publix. Great staff, great customer service skills... what you will never see at a Publix is an employee that looks like theyd rather be anywhere else. Youll never experience a rude employee either. If you happen to raise an issue while at a Publix, you can guarantee the resolution will favor the customer and not necessarily the store. Love this place.

Public is clean store with pleasant employees. But sell good quality food. Your prices are getting to high. I feel you can do better the with the staple prices of food.

Order deli meats and cheeses ahead of time. It’s not ready by the pick up time. It would be quicker if I came into the store and ordered. Happens more often than not.

Based on pharmacy experiences there. Its almost as if being right is far more superior to treating customers as if they cared much less human beings. Where shopping is always a pleasure? As long as it does not require visiting Daisy at the pharmacy.

Its an older location, so parking is limited, and aisles are narrow. But otherwise fine.

Very nice, Large and clean, very helpful staff and in a great location. Still an expensive supermarket almost $3 for a 20oz Coke.

Smallest publix Ive ever went to, but all that matters is that their sandwiches are effing delicious!

This is one of my go to Publix grocery stores but, for almost two months the customer service has been a zero (0) experience 😑 I am quite disappointed by this store and especially in the deli department. I am going to stop shopping there and as well tell my family and friends to stop shopping at this particular Publix grocery store to give them time to get it back right with customer service.Sincerely,TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED 😞

The employees are very nice. Items in the store are too expensive. I like that they have a scale when you go in so I can weigh myself.

Strict when it comes to mask wearing. the bakery staff is always helpful with any products in the store. this is a mini-store, not the full blown shop.

Nice selection inside. Multiple crack heads outside feet away from the entrance. One man asking multiple people for ecstacy! Then proceeded to enter the Publix and use the mens room!

This is a nice small Publix. The employees were extremely friendly. Even though the location is small, they have most items you need.

Unfortunately, this is the worst Publix I have ever been to. More than half the time I’ve put in a pickup order for the deli or bakery the order was not even being prepped by the pickup time. Many of the employees just don’t seem to care and you can see them looking around trying to seem busy instead of doing their job.Today was the last straw. I put in an online order for two subs. Got a call 2 minutes before my pick up time and was told they were out of bread for the day even though it was two hours from their closing time. I have been to other Publix locations in the past and when they were out of bread they would take packaged loaves from the bakery to use. The whole place has this lazy attitude and I’m just not going to be giving them my business or time anymore. Especially with their rising prices.

This Publix location is not my favorite. Its very small IMO; it can be crowded/cramped, and traffic in the area sucks because of its location. That being said, its still Publix and Publix is a reliable option.

I love me some Publix, but sadly this is not my fave location for this chain. The store itself is a vintage one with a classic vibe that really harkens back to another decade. I love the look and feel. They have all the awesomeness that is Publix inside as well.The negatives here is the parking lot and some of the sketchiness of the overall area. Every time we come here we are hit up for money or something in the parking lot, both coming in and leaving. It doesnt really bother me from that point of view, it just makes me a bit uncomfortable safety wise with the baby and if I go alone. I do need time to put the groceries into the car and having people around and hovering and watching while I have the munchkin is a bit unnerving honestly.The store itself is Publix perfection and has everything you could need, so its definitely a place that I would recommend for regular grocery shopping, just be aware of your surroundings is all. :)Overall: B-Parking lot is sketch, but Publix is great!

Seemed like another Publix like usual just a bit more in the hood than other publix. It was clean and the service was great as always.

As usual, no matter where you are or how small the space is, Publix never disappoints, it’s always clean and always has the best customer service. Amazing products short checkout lines, even in downtown Orlando. I love the seafood section, you always get the freshest and the best, also the sales baskets at the beginning of the store, right before the bakery.

There is nothing like going to a store that you rarely visit and you get recognized by the workers there. Publix at colonial town is like that. Alvin, you are the best, man!

Very clean. Organized. Get fresh Boars head subs made. All premade salads subs sushi are fresh too. However, publix is more expensive then winn Dixie and Walmart . All rest of grocery items are exactly the same but so much more expensive...... so if u want a sub made or sushi go to publix if u need to grocery shop save money and go to winn Dixie or Walmart.

Nice, clean, well organize and good selection with friendly staffs. Clients seem to be well of, young, and healthy.Coming in and leaving the store is not good because of the traffics on Colonial.

Bought their greek salad and the garbanzo beans in it is spoiled so the entire was no good.

I stoppped by Publix Super Market at Colonialtown to pick up a few things this moringing at 8:04am. I was shocked with the lack of customer service skills from the cashier.The woman rang up my order totalling $12.99, I handed her a $100.00 bill. She looked at the bill, abruptly handed it back to me sharply statingI cant take this I dont have enough change in my drawer.I was stunned! I responded Ok, how do you get change when you need it to check out a customer? She pointed to the service desk. I said OK, how do we go about that, do you go and get the change or do I go over there to finish my transaction?The cashier lacked any initiative to a resolution to provide change to complete my transaction. The rude way of communicating with me without offering a resolution to the issue I found to be a lack of training, and a person who doesnt posses the personality makeup of what customer service is.I went to the service desk and Jacob processed the transaction.Transaction number: 8427

I had the worst experience at this deli in this particular publix. One of the employees mistreated me really bad. This lady named Glandorra, was rude, and had a terrible attitude, even when I. Called the manager she continued doing it. She doesnt have the standards of the publix employees. I am never coming to that publix againOr at least to the deli.

They dont ever have my favorite soup there when I go there. But other than that it has great customer service and it always has great deals.

It’s a subpar grocery store with moderate to high prices on standard products. Produce quality is meh, meat selection is underwhelming, bakery is fully margarine-based. What exactly is there to like?

This location is not safe.They are not enforcing masks or social distancing. Not only are you putting customers at risk, you are putting your own employees at risk too. Shame on the manager at this location.This is not the typical customer service you would expect from a Publix. We will be shopping elsewhere until they get a handle on things at this location.

Can be a bit difficult to turn left out of, but its usually not hard to park at despite the prime location. Inside of the store is well stocked and resembles pretty much all other publixes.

Usually love all Publix’s. This Publix not so much - it took 45 mins to make 2 subs. Ordered on a Tuesday at 6:50pm. Somehow others were receiving their orders within 5-10 minutes, and had to watch those people several times. If you need deli items, avoid this Publix.

The pharmacy at this location is unbelievably SLOW!

I was once offered a leg of lamb from someone in the parking lot for about half price but didnt have the $20 cash on hand...

If you ever go to this Publix stay away from the Deli.one of the employees (Glandorra ) is rude to customers her attitude is of a person that doesnt want to be there and let alone dealing with customers she mistreat people even when the manager is called she will keep doing she couldnt care less.

Liked the variety and security offered. Deli was super accommodating and store was clean and lots of valentines day selections.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes while the deli girl with the snagged teeth made 2 other sandwiches and checked on the chicken and talked wen I asked if she was taking orders she wanted to yell as if I hadnt been standing there while being unacknowledged the whole time like ppl dont have to get back to there own jobs

It pains me to write this review as I receive such great service from so many employees at this location, just to name a few, Ashley (who I know has worked in many locations for years and her service is always perfect) and Jessica is always ready to help. First, I give this location a one star because of the countless amount of times I have to return back and fix an order that was messed up, or return expired food. At one point I even gathered the amount of expired items on their shelves to help the next guy out. It’s a waste oftime and gas, I specifically go to Publix because of their fresh food. Secondly, I recently had the WORST experience with Assistant Customer Service Manager, Cavaughn. The deli messed up the order (again) and he made extremely snarky and rude remarks for absolutely no reason as I was very nice to him. I asked him for his name and he says “it’s still Cavaughn” I asked him if I can resolve the order tomorrow as it was 8:23pm and I did not want to go out again. He responds “if you are ordering food again, like you said, then you should be able to come back and get your sub fixed right? that’s what you said?” Very hostile and weird experience with Publix. Especially since this was the first time I called to report an issue after many times of just “making things work.” He also muted me a couple times, threw in a few laughs, all because my sandwich was made incorrectly? There is a closed location near my home, but this Publix has always been my neighborhood Publix for me, just extremely disappointed to have this happen.

This definitely wasnt my local publix... no one seemed happy and the people were not very friendly... The only reason im giving 3 stars is because I love publix but this store could use a moral boost

Very easy to navigate, always fresh, they have a big selection of international foods. Staff is very knowledgeable.
