Not a great location. They seem to not have the same options most Publix have. If you need to make a quick grocery store run then this is probably a fine place to go but if you need specific stuff, it’s possible you won’t find it here. It seemed that it wasn’t being kept up well either.Big parking lot though.

Publix was nice clean and the service was professional and respectful. A little expensive on certain items but good. Thats my opinion, but l will return for things here and there.

Usually their already made up sandwiches are good.However the one I purchased today the person making it was either blind or did not care !The one piece of lettuce looked dirty and bad..The pepperoni still had the pieces of string on the edge.Also the wrapper states mayo on the sandwich.There was absolutely no mayo on that sandwich.The bun was bone dry.Yes it was edible, however a BIG Turnoff to purchase again !Very disappointed in Publix for allowing this to be sold !

Ive forgotten that this location has been completely renovated. I was pleasantly surprised to see that theyve kept up with the maintenance and cleanliness inside and outside. The staff was friendly and courteous as always. Its what Ive come to expect from Publix. The premier customer service is real. I will definitely be back to this publix.

Wonderful I bought a 24 lbs turkey 🦃 and couldnt lift so the bagger when with me to the car and put the turkey in my car! That is service ! Thank you Publix

Beautiful store, very well stocked. With the exception of the produce guy I found that the meat and fish department were very helpful, the fresh California Roll was exceptional as well as fresh. I was impressed with the male cashier who checked me out. He was very professional, I am visiting from California he was kind enough to direct me around the local are as well as updating me on mask requirements. Very happy customer.

I love this place especially during the Pandemic. Everyone wore a mask. At all times the store is clean, the help is friendly and accommodating. Its just a great experience. I dont mind the higher prices.

I was happy that the checkout staff are so engaging and friendly. Soon there will be no more personal checkout itll all be self-checkout and the human factor will be lost. So, while it still exists I thought I should acknowledge the people who make drudgery and thankless work fun.

Re-modeled a couple years ago, this store is well managed, clean and fully stocked. The bakery and deli are welll run, too. Parking is not too difficult and the traffi flow is pretty good.

Their customer service is not so great over the phone! Every time you call to speak to a department they never answer. The calls always ends up rotating back to customer service in which they put you on an hold to try to connect you to the department you wish to speak with. However, because they never answer, the calls keeps rotating without it being answered. I have experienced this issue several times trying to place an order for the deli department, including the pharmacy. At times I had waited a period over 15 min. trying to speak to someone. I would actually rather them tell me that they are not available than having me wait, while rotating my call back and forth.

Usually a great shopping experience. Staff is friendly and inviting. Can always find someone on the floor to help you. A little bit pricey but good sales and deals regularly.

Today I visited the store to buy a cake for my baby. Dont order it because usually the one you like is available in the morning. When I go to the store in the bakery area there was an associate named Jeff. He tells me that they did not have it available and that they prepare it with a special request or sometimes they have it made on holidays. But he told me that he could call other stores to see if they had it available and he asked me which store. I told him it doesnt matter whoever in Orlando had it. Then he started calling different stores until he finally got it for me at a store. So he gave my name and I was able to pick it up without any inconvenience. I thank him because I finally know that my sons face when he sings happy birthday to him, I know it will be happiness. In general, we need to find more employees like that in each place you visit. Absolute worst Publix I’ve ever been to, unfortunately this happens to be my neighborhood Publix. I was waiting in line at 7:58pm for a simple order of wedges when nobody came to the counter to assist me. The employee returned at 8:01 and began to remove the hot food, saying she refused to serve me due to the time. I asked for an exception to be made to avoid the food being thrown out, especially since I was there before 8pm, but the employee laughed and said of course not, then looked over at other shoppers and shook her head which prompted the line of people at the deli to laugh at me. After being disrespected by the deli on multiple occasions and having to repeatedly return to their store for them to correct their incompetence, I’ll be making the wise decision to drive a few miles further to the Conway location for my grocery needs. Store supervisor Stephany and cashier Penny H. are always incredible. Management and cashiers go above and beyond regardless of the issue even when I’d rather not make their job any harder, something the deli and hot foods section has a problem with. The turnover rate for the deli employees is poor for a reason, hopefully in the future they can hire and train employees who don’t come to work looking to argue with people for no reason other than to exercise their poor attitude.

This Publix is always excellent, very well run, spotless location. One of the best delis in the many Publixs that I have visited in all of Florida.

I really hope Nathan from Pharmacy is getting paid 100 dollars an hour because this young man is doing Gods jobs he is really sweet and nice and he have a lot of knowledge thank you

Its sad to see a publix more concerned about their shopping carts leaving their parking lot than the shopping experience. Dipping sauces are hidden behind the deli counter, paper towels just put on the counter in the bathroom instead of the dispenser, and prices are higher than other Publix in Orlando. Just to name a few things I noticed in my 3 minute visit to this store.

They have the best apple pie around this neighborhood, its not too sweet, the crust is soft and the flavor is awesome.

I waited 25 minutes for my sliced deli meat. I complained to the manager as the employees were busy and understaffed. The manager said he would address it but I’m not convinced. Go to the neighborhood Walmart less than a mile down. You’ll get the same service and pay cheaper prices. It’s a shame because I really enjoy Publix. But I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

They would not give me a rain check for an ite m that was buy one get one that they did not have theyre still using the COVID-19 excuse which doesnt make any sense

Its an alright publix. the cashiers tend to talk a lot, which i know is part of the friendliness management pushes on them, but sometimes ill just be standing there with my items ready to go, card in hand, while they shoot the breeze with the person in front of me. so much so, that ive had a cashier let the person go without paying and then try to charge me for their groceries because they werent paying attention. their registers also have the tendency to freeze. 4 times in the past few months.

MY Publix is clean, bright and always friendly. I use the pharmacy regularly. It has been MY Publix for 30 years. They currently enforce mask guidelines.

Please read this. After my family shopping for decades, this might be the nail on the coffin. Just got off the phone with Tom from Customer Service. After coming home from purchasing groceries, we found HAIR in our deli product. Disgusting. There is no excuse for this. After my family seeing this we are very disappointed in the declining integrity of the deli at Publix. The brand has been identified with quality for many years, but we worry the quality and integrity is declining. Hair on our food product in a pandemic? We worry too much that other deli products (bread, chicken, pub subs, etc) will have hair in them.

I went Sunday (10/25) to get my flu shot and the Pharmacist (I did not get her name) was incredibly friendly and efficient! I told her I have a strong fear of shots and needles and she was the quickest, painless, and most comfortable I’ve ever had! A literal second in my arm and I was in my way! Pharmacy is very slow, very slow. I requested scripts and was told they would be ready the next day after 3. They were not ready the next day and it took another full day to get the scripts. This occurs quite often.

Publix will be more expensive then most places. This used to be my favorite store but after my experience tonight with cashier Johnny, sad to say i will not be going back. He was intentionally rude, very poor customer service. I dont usually give bad reviews but i was so upset all the way home and still upset while i am writing this.

This has been my Publix for 20 years an due to awesome customer service today it finally gets its first review from me! Attendant Bwigane was so helpful, kind and full of joy that I’m going to specifically look for him when I come in the future! Awesome location

I went there today for two subs. There was an older woman at the counter. She seem annoyed when I told her I needed two subs. It was late around 7pm . She did not do a good job making those subs, what was suppose to be on the inside of the sandwich was all over the outside.She was leaning over one sub while making the other one, and her body was on it, so I had to make her aware of what she was doing. When I got home my subs was a mess.

Great place to shop but wish they could carry more merchandise for diabetics like low to no sugar items. But always great savings always recommend your store.
