STEER CLEAR OF ONLINE ORDERINGThis Publix is very nice. My only issue is the deli department. They are habitually 30 mins behind on any of my online orders. I live 2 mins from this publix and today I left 15 mins prior to my 3:20 pick up time and I’m still here with my order not even started.Otherwise, great publix.

I go here all the time and love the fried chicken. It is quick to go in and out. The subs are also better than subway would recomend them.

I happen to be in the area and stopped by for some items. Really nice and clean grocery store. Ample parking spots available with many other stores in the shopping center.

Terrible customer service in the deli department. I was waiting 4-5 minutes just to place an order for a sub sandwich. There were 2 people in front of me with one order and they were at the side of the toppings. I was not even acknowledged, although I saw one of the women there looking my way. I left without placing my order. Wont ever go to this location again. Very disappointed. Publix, try hiring personnel that actually want to work.

Early morning shopping is the best at this particular Publix grocery store, because customer service is professionally ready and willing to help at the early morning and greet you with a good friendly smile. I was pleased and the store is very clean. Mornings for me to get the best customer service and clean store.

I got my covid shot here. They are very caring. I like that all the refrigerated food is behind doors.

To my dismay, my SUV battery died after grocery shopping today. To make matters worse, my portable jumper cables did not do the job. Also, my SUV trunk was not opening where my spare jumper cables were. Fortunately, a young gentleman by the name of Zak came to my assistance. He went above and beyond to help me jump my SUV so that I could get home to have dinner with my wife and kids. I offered to give him a considerable tip, however, he refused with a polite smile stating he could not accept it. Publix should be honored to have him working at this store location. His parents did an excellent job raising him. Thank you again Zak! Good luck to you and your new car.

Has everything you need. Very clean and nice

I had a sinus infection and just wanted to go to Publix to get some medicine. An associate wouldn’t leave me alone. He kept asking me “can I help you find anything” repeatedly and followed me out to the check out line when I just wanted to be left alone. His over eagerness was just way too much

Publix is a great store. Sometimes their prices may not be the best but they have a good variety of products.

Picked up the sub special this Sunday morning based on the young ladies (I think that her name began with an S) suggestion, good idea! It was something about New Orleans and had turkey, shrimp, special dressing.Five stars because there is self check-out AND an employee that is super helpful. I had clearance items that she helped me with (they ring up the sale price but watch it) and didnt want to bag my apples so she showed me what buton to push to circumvent the bag.

The self check is easy to use. Well-organized. Call ahead for subs works well.

Best wine selection out of the publix in the immediate area. Very nice and knowledgeable seafood asian woman as well.

Always good experience. Went for the fresh bakery and occasionally sushi!

If you ever need a quick dessert, Publix never fails! They have this cake, its called, Salted Caramel Heath Bar cake. It is by far the best cake I have ever tasted! Its best when you remove from fridge, let it sit for about 10 mins, then prepare to get addicted! Enjoy!

I ordered online for deli and it still took 20 minutes AFTER my pick up time to get my order. Mind you, there wasn’t a line & the pick up window was empty.

Want to give a big shoutout to Mr. Abid at the prepared foods section today. I called a few minutes ago to inquire about how late they serve their delicious fried chicken. Low and behold, Publix can actually do a later time fry order, even past 9 p.m. Well, Mr. Abid has made my day not only with this wonderful news but how kind and reassuring he was to me. Making sure I knew that Publix always takes care of its customers, thank you Mr. Abid for your wonderful generosity and genuine kindness.

As a customer, I was treated so poorly by the manager of this store that I fear, and am very sorry for, the employees who work under him.Yesterday, I went to this Publix to purchase more Publix gift cards to share with some contacts through our church who were struggling with meeting their family’s grocery needs right now. I interacted with an assistant manager when I asked if there was anything this specific store would like to add to 15 family’s grocery bags a couple of us were giving away along with the gift cards I bought. I was passed on to the store manager, Keith. I don’t like getting a “no” but it’s not uncommon in the volunteer world. But I hate being treated rudely and disdainfully when I am trying to help others. I’ve never been so disrespected by management of any institution that I have solicited help from as a volunteer in this area for schools, clubs, and/or churches in the 27 years we’ve lived in this area. I understand corporate policies and respect them. I’d already picked up information on the process for working within those policies from a different Publix, who choose to help. However, after having been cut off and emphatically told, Keith would “not even give me a bag” to donate let alone any actual grocery supply, I finished my purchase and left feeling strongly that I’d definitely choose not to go back to this store again. I have 5 Publix stores that are equidistant from our home.

Always very clean and staff are so helpful and friendly

Ive been here on four different occasions in the past two weeks trying to get a custom cut of meat. Each time I have had an issue. The first time the guy huffed and starting slamming things as if he was disgusted I asked. The second time, the guy tried to tell me it couldnt be done. I stop here once a week and get this cut, so I know it can be done. The third time after six pm the man said the machines were already off I need to come earlier, and today at 3:55pm I was told he already cleaned up so he couldnt cut I had to come back in the morning. Four times in two weeks. Ive tried to contact a supervisor and got transferred to the meat department instead of speaking with a supervisor and today, the phone just rang with no answer. There is no sign posted that you cant get meat cut after a certain time of day, and Ive been there later in the day on previous occasions without any issue. I didnt start having a problem until these recent weeks and since I cant reach a supervisor I felt I should leave a review. Ive traveled across town to another store and lets hope I dont have the same issue. I didnt rate lower than 3 because I normally dont have an issue here.Update: Went to other location on Sand Lake and didnt have an issue at all. Matter of fact the customer service in the meat department was so good, I ended up with $150 worth of meat rather than the $60 I was going to originally spend.

It’s the competitor to other hypermarkets It has a good variety of goods and the prices are quite friendly I highly recommend and rate it five stars.

This Publix is great! I have restrictive dietary needs and they have a good selection of gluten free and low glycemic options.

Everyone is so friendly at this Publix. It’s clean and organized.I had only one negative experience. I called the Bakery to order a pie for my husband and the clerk did not know nor did she care to find out what sizes were available. She said she was just a clerk; whatever that means. I called the Dr. Phillips Publix instead.

So this was second visit to this Publix and most of the staff is flat out rude. No thanks, no youre welcome, no one greets you, first time I think I’ve ever been uncomfortable to walk around a Publix. Deli counter people all the way to cashiers. To top it off I bagged most of my own groceries.

Nice and clean. This store is always in top top shape. The pharmacy staff is friendly. I have switched all my prescriptions from CVS ( and their HORRIBLE service) to the nice staff at Publix pharmacy. The store is laid out quite well, with great selections in almost every department. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. Checkout is usually quick and efficient.

This publix is very low staffed, the pharmacy only has one person at a time. The poor pharmacists is always on the phone contacting doctors for 10-20 min at a time and leaving people standing in line waiting for her to get to them. After 6 pm they do not have enough staff to refill the cold areas of milk eggs etc. You can’t find anyone in the hallways and they only have 1 maybe 3 registers open at once. They need help and staff. It sucks compared to others

Jo, Manager and Frank are the best! They were bringing carts inside, noticed I was loading up my car and as I turned around they were there holding my bags to help me out. That was a very sweet gesture; not expected at all and definitely defines the level of service Publix offers. And the experience there is always a good one! Thats why we love shopping at Publix!

Went for my flu shot. They were obviously upset, but were still polite when they asked me to not stand around waiting for it with my pants down. Apparently they only give them in the arm. Got a free $10 gift card! I bought candy! Wow, before today the best thing I got for getting a shot was a lollipop!

Staff is always so very helpful. A young man named Danny helped me locate marshmallows. He wasnt sure where they were but went to find out and showed me exactly where they were.

People were staring at us.. Didnt feel safe.. Only good people were in the deli serving folks

I really like this store and shop here often. But I am very disappointed with the bakery. The last two times I have gone there, including today, to buy an apple pie, which I love. The price label says it is an apple pie but when I get home and slice into it, it is a cherry pie. I dont know if this is someones version of a joke or if they dont know the difference. I threw my receipts away both times. Lesson learned. But highly disappointed.

The store is nice and clean. The employees however are the rudest I have ever experienced in a Publix. I walked up to a male employee in the deli/produce section and asked if he knew where the lunch size chips were located. He looked me straight in the eyes for a moment and without saying a word turned and walked away! The cashier, an older woman, was polite to all in line in front of me but was curt and short with me. I understand that this location is in Isleworth, but its pretty sad when the wealthy residents are more polite than the employees at Publix!

Extremely friendly service, always neat and organized, overall great grocery store! The sandwiches they make there are also very good, and the deli meats and fruits are always fresh and delicious. Every week there are new bogo deals on a number of different items.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Love all the food items. So glad there is one close to home.

This store is always clean and well-stocked and the staff is always helpful and incredibly friendly. Doris is a true sweetheart who is always pleasant and I love getting my pub sub here before work (almost) everyday😊

Best Publix in Orlando!

Nice friendly staff. I drop by here often to grab lunch when in the area. Deli subs are amazing and they always have a different one on special every week.

I walked into the store and specifically asked if I could place an online order and was assured that I was able to place an online order after filling up my hand basket they denied that I could place an online order by the time I got up front this makes no sense. Very disappointment with this store. I was looking Nestum 3 Cereals, available in all stores in the Hot cereal walkway, but here is not available.
