Arrived 4:45 for 5am appointment. No to unload trailer until 6. Was told appointments are meaningless except for detention, which you lose if 15 minutes late. Well got released at 7:45, but appointment is 5 someone should there to unload upon arrival. We all know Pepsi can be a carefree about drivers that dont drive for PEPSI. Not sure about returning; wasnt bad but the interference throws off schedule. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. Your hours of service. 2 Stars are the cleaness of the restroom.Thanks

Truck drivers, please do not go here. My husband checked in at 1130am, it’s 1030pm and he is still waiting to be placed at a door to unload.

This is my dream job, work like Manufacturing Manager at Orlando FL in! I love everything about Pepsi.

Hope these instructions help all the truckers. When arriving you should go ahead and park on the street on the Pepsi side facing Monetary Dr. Walk up (dont forget to take paperwork trk and trlr #) to the check in building on the right of the drive way.More than likely youll be waiting in your truck for a phone call. There are no signs saying what needs to be done. This will save you time and frustrations.

The worst place you could ever make a delivery to it was too long I was held there for 9 hours which is ridiculous one driver was held up for 12 its just ridiculous

GPS took us to FedEx.When we finally found it so many rigs parked in front waiting to get loaded the facility name was blocked so we had to circle around a few blocks to get back.Stacked pallets in front of docks made it very challenging to back trailer up to dock.We were a drop & hook so once we checked in we were in and out fairly quick.

DRIVERS. DO NOT TAKE THIS LOAD. YOU WILL SIT 6 8 HOURS. WORSE THAN FOOD DISTRIBUTION.

Its basically a day by day case. It really depends on what is said once you check in with your load number.

If you’re willing to spend your whole day here trying to deliver a load this is the right place for you.Avoid this place!

The management doesn’t care about anything your just a body. They don’t care your just a number.

They loaded me fast, but only after all my hours of service was gone. An hour and a half after my appointment time they finally called me in. You have to park outside on the road with a bunch of no parking anytime signs. More kudos to my loader and NOT Pepsi!

They are quick if you drop and hook. Google maps will take you to the wrong place.

They take forever to check in and to be able to backup to a doc and get serviced

This is the last time I will ever pick up from this facility. Everytime I come here, I am on time for my appointment, yep Pepsi is not. I wait hours and hours until my hours of service clock is as dry as the Saharan desert.they force you to park on the street with no parking signs all over risking a ticket to you not them. For less than a dollar a mile freight.Pepsi you can take this load and shove it where the sun dont shine, until you pay for a parking area, or pay to have the road expanded to accommodate the truck parking situation. You will NOT see me here again, I will bet my life on it.

Horrible experience. Five hours to load. Check in then forced off property to wait for a door. Two lane road with many no parking signs. Seven trucks parked on road creating unsafe conditions for local motorists. Stay far away from this place. You’ve been advised.

Dont come here, very slowly unloading. I cam 9am and give door 3pm. Finished 5pm. :(

7am appt time. Arrived at 0615, very organized, unloaded by 0700. Thank You PepsiCo!

Was 3 hrs early. So had to go to the acme truckstop on orange blossom trail and wait. Had to pay for parking. They had all them spaces there with other trucks parked there from other companies. Guess wasnt good enough. Oh well got unloaded. No big deal. On to the next load.

Delivery appt 10am, arrived 9.30. 3PM - still no door. This is one of worst Pepsi locations, second only to Denver. They must be proud.

What a dump avoid at all cost, and they call themselves a company? Wow youll definitely never get me to buy Pepsi product, shitloads of space on the lot but they wont let you park but expect delivery on time definitely not trucker friendly

Avoid this place truckers!! My husband appointment was 3pm he backed into a dock at 4:30pm and it is now 7:55pm and he is still not loaded. This is one of the worst places we have been to. Truckers cant do their jobs if the ppl loading the trucks cant do theres. He was suppose to unload this load at 9 am the next morning but thats not going to happen since it didnt get loaded at 3 pm like it was suppose to. We can see a little behide but not 5 hrs!!! If they was running that far behide you would think they would of cancel the load all together so his company could of found something else. Update said it would be another hour to two hours before we are loaded. So we are looking at 6/7 hrs to get loaded.

JOB APPLICANT IGNORED - I apply for a job here, they set me up for a telephone interview and I pass it. The telephone person tells me she will email me information about a face-to-face interview that following Friday. I never get the information and that Friday the interviewer calls me wondering why I did not show up to the job interview. I explain things to him and he gives me another opportunity for that following Friday...mind you this guy does not make an appointment for me...he instead tells me to contact the H.R. department and doesnt even give me their telephone. I resort to all possibilities online only to end up with a fax number. I send two faxes to this Pepsi location explaining how their H.R. people failed to provide an equal opportunity at this employment...they still have not contacted me. I call the listed office number and it just keeps ringing. I will not go in person to see what the hell is going on at which I will advise them they are not providing me with an equal opportunity at employment...obviously breaking the law.

One of the worst Pepsi plants ever, I was just 30 minutes early of my appointment time and they told me I had to wait off the property, but there is no parking signs everywhere. So I had to drive around for 20 minutes and come back in...ok. I got a door right a way, drop Trl and bobtail to the area and waited and waited, long story short, They got me out of there in 5 and the hours later. I will never come back here again.

This is for all truck drivers, avoid this location by all means unless you feel like spending a day on the side of the road. This facility treats truckers like the scum of the earth. Rude and ignorant are just some of the things, they have no parking for trucks, you are forced to park on the streets around in no parking zone and NO there is no facilities available to you, so try to bring couple empty bottles for your urinating needs
