Joe did a great job on my first tattoo. Walked me through the process and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. He was also super quick. Very happy with the end product!!

Last weekend me an my family called the shop around 9 and arrived around 10. We were getting 3 tattoos total 2 of them the size of a quarter of that. And one small name the shop was clean an guy at the front was very nice an professional our artist who actually tattooed us name Cody had us in there till almost 2am as well as a young lady he claimed was “his girl” when I asked her how long they’ve known each other she said 2 days she was there through the duration of our session I paid $105 dollars for the tattoo you see pictured it’s been exactly a week an has pretty much completely peeled off it was also put on upside down I paid hours before I received the tattoo and asked for my money back so I could return to my hotel I was told there is no refunds so I stayed at the shop for over 4 hours to get a tattoo that has left my hand scarred an looks terrible very unprofessional if you’re in the area please do not go here

This place never answers their phone not to mention within the last 2 years that I’ve provided my hard earned money to pay for service that I have yet to receive on a consistent basis, they can’t keep a decent artist to save their life.. it’s worse than myself and the relationships that I’ve failed to maintain within that same time frame. I can’t go back to have any of the ink touched up that I’ve had done there because every time I go back they have a new artist working.. the owner could care less because he owns over a half dozen other shops within the immediate area... so if you don’t like their lack of customer service and decide to go elsewhere be cautious cuz you just may putting you money in the pocket of the same individual. All facts.

I had called this place to come and see their Friday the 13th tattoo ideas and when I called they said I could come in and look. I drive 45 minutes to come and see them and one of the artists is showing me them and then the manager snatches the booklet and is insanely rude. Says they aren’t finished yet their are 5 full booklets…manager was aggressive and not polite at all. Go somewhere else for tattoos because this ain’t it. So many other great places in Orlando I promise you. Location is sketchy as well.

I was able to walk right in. Nicole took care of me right away and got me set up with the artist Joe. Joe went straight to set up. Between my walk-in and my ink finish, probably was a little over an hour for 3 small tarts. The crew was professional, personable and the shop is immaculate. The station was near without clutter and my tattoos came out exactly how I wanted them. Great hospitality!

Me and 2 of my friends walked in here and Nikki got us quickly in to get tattoos done. The customer service was immaculate. Joe did my tattoo and he had me laughing and smiling the whole time. Clean shop, super nice people that actually care about their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

If you are from out of town and looking for some serious drama....then I suggest you go here BUT if you have a daughter,, wife or girldfriend that does not want to be made feel very uncomfortable I suggest you do not. Once my daughter felt uncomfortable we were told no refunds though I made it clear to the manager something happened. In this age noone with kids can afford to be too relaxed when they feel threatened. This is a super serious matter and it is my duty as a parent to put this here to let other out of town guests know this may not be a safe environment for women...this place gets no stars in reality. A horrible time wasting experience.

Receptionist was very unprofessional, I mentioned to her that we (my 2 cousins & I) were coming in from Gainesville (2 hours away), we arrived at 6pm & was given a 30 minute wait time after providing her a call back number to reach us at after we paid and the artist was ready for us..she never called us back after 45 minutes. We returned and still had to wait an additional hour & 30 minutes, the receptionist then rudely tried to send us to another tattoo shop after waiting as long as we did prior, we didn’t get tattooed until after 9:15pm. We were tattooed by Cody, the tattoo was rushed he never once changed the ink pot between the 3 of us that we could see, which has led to ink missing from my tattoo as well as my cousins tattoo in different spots and we all received the same SMALL.. overpriced tattoo.

Walked in explained I was here on vacation and finally decided I wanted to get something the size of a silver dollar and was told it would take a whole day to sketch. when i went too surrounding shops with better stars they laughed at that response. unless your local dont come.

I’ve been to several other shops before and this was by far the most reliable, the staff answered the phone quickly, had the artist come out, meet you and discuss what you want and then went back to ensure the station was ready for you. Donny even provides me with his portfolio to view his work before deciding to get the work done, which shows great confidence in his work and professionalism in his role as an artist. Donny is so professional and thorough! I was calling around inquiring about a nose piercing and chose Orlando Tattoo because he was so pleasant! He was super into walking me through the piercing process. He was clean and showed me all the sterile unopened tools hed be using. Things like this are important to me so i was thrilled! He was honest about where he thought I thought I should and shouldnt place my piercing. I love it! What really sold me was the positive vibes papers everywhere lol so cute and settling. I frequently leave bad reviews so I thought I would be a good human and take the time to leave a great one!

Donny has always tattooed me and my family and his line work is amazing! unfortunately we came in for more work and this time I brought friends and MY DAUGHTER ( whom is too young for tattoos) but after standing in the lobby without being greeted heard a DIFFERENT artist with what sounded to be his girlfriend screaming and cursing and my friends and family heard this and we IMMEDIATELY LEFT! sorry donny,,but I recommend Donny if your going to get a good quality tattoo all the way!

Went to get my nose pierced, let’s just say it was the most horrible unpleasant piercing experience I had, I was stuck 5 times with a needle because the person piercing my nose claimed my cartilage was too thick, made it seem like my nose was made out of stone, second...aren’t piercings supposed to be round?.... I have a triangular mark on my nose...I ended up taking my piercing out an hour later because I literally felt pain each time I took a big breath, I have this ugly mark on my nose now, and I know for a fact this isn’t what a piercing should look like! I would give 0 starts and probably even have my money refunded to me!! Do not go here for piercings!

I went and got a butterfly on my hand yesterday and he was amazingly patient. Joe was really professionally clean with his tools and explained the process. You don’t feel pressured, or rushed you have all the time basically to think or change anything about your tattoo. I loved the experience and his work so much I came back today and got two big tattoos, my tree of life and my Halloween pumpkin tattoo. Literally came out perfect and couldn’t be more thankful to finally find a GOOD tattoo artist who has been in the industry for more than 30 years in Florida.

I said“ok, can i just let joe know i was here he told me to come”As were were walking to the back she told me thati was “being too aggressive”,and that “she was a female”.i asked her “what the hell does being female have to do with anything.”And then Joe screams from the back“Dont talk to my wife like that!!! Thats my wife!!!”“You can go somewhere else”Im not sure why i was treated like this if i came to spend money with this store. i returned to the shop later to ask why and the same lady proceeded to kick me out without an explanation on what i said or did wrongWill now being going to Nautica Tattoo up the street since Orlando Tattoo clearly does not need the business

I came here on September 29th for my 18th birthday. I was super excited to get my first tattoo and I chose Orlando Tattoo because of all the positive reviews I saw. Joe did my tattoo and he was extremely professional, kind, and funny. I really enjoyed his personality but in all honesty, the tattoo I got could’ve been a lot better :/ The lines were shaky and inconsistent, the shading in the eyes wasn’t well done, and the end result looked nothing like the reference photo. At the time, I left a good review because I was encouraged to and I really appreciated Joe’s service but looking back at it, the quality of work just wasn’t good :( I’m going to another tattoo artist to get it touched up in a few days.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A TATTOO !!! I paid almost $200 for two finger tattoos on July 22nd and they both have faded out in less than a week and a half !! When i called the owners wife was EXTREMELY RUDE and inconsiderate about it and hung up on me !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!!

If you are reading this review, make no mistake as you have been warned - DO NOT get a tattoo here. I have zero earthly idea where the positive reviews have come from. My friend and I had an experience so awful that we actually left before even getting tattooed.We came to Orlando Tattoo to get matching coordinate tattoos with a simple flower. Thats it. We were told by Donny, our artist, that it would take about 45 minutes before he could start on ours. He profusely exclaimed how he was the best in town, that we wouldnt be disappointed, walked through his portfolio for 10 minutes, etc. We were a walk in, so a wait was absolutely expected. Over the next FOUR HOURS, we heard screaming between Donny and his female associate on and off, where she would storm out of the building on several occasions. It was very obvious that she was under the influence. Donny also kept coming out to goof off with customers rather than work on the guests who were already in the process of receiving tattoos. He continually assured us it would be 20 more minutes, 40 more minutes, 15 more minutes. He did not where a mask during the mask mandate. During this four hours we sat in a dingy lobby - the floors were filthy and the one seating area was a loveseat with one of the two cushions broken to the point of caving into the floor. The lobby was wet and dirty. I walked to the back on two occasions to use the rest room. On the first trip, the female was eating and dropping food on the ground in the room where supplies were stored. On the second trip, I walked passed Donny and the female laying on the one of the tattoo bed making out - this was while Donny was supposedly working on our design.I know this sounds ridiculous and overdramatic, but this was our literal experience.Why we did not leave sooner, I have no clue. Maybe it was because we had spent four hours waiting on ridiculously simple tattoo and didnt want it to be for nothing. After FOUR HOURS, Donny finally emerges and shows us what he has worked on. An awful, shaky looking flower and coordinates in a traditional font rather than what we asked for. I asked him to make some changes, and during this time is when we realized he was strung out on something stronger than pot. Dozing off while drawing and shaking himself to become awake, and generally tweaking. Slow slurred speech, the whole nine high yards.Long story long, we left without getting our tattoos, and barely received our deposit back. I personally had to call my bank to start the process because Donny didnt know how to refund the charge. He asked ME what the password might be to bypass the register system. Donny, your high was showing. He followed us out to our car, begging to continue to do our tattoo, making us very uncomfortable with how close and forceful the exchange was.We would love a response, Donny. We remember when you told us how badly you needed the reviews, that you guys were trying to be the best shop in Orlando. This experience happened on 11/9/2020.

Can not say how the work thats done there is but I called to see if they were open and get a price on a piercing and the guy that answered the phone was very rude and short all I asked was were they doing a particular piercing do to covid and how much they were charging the response I got was he was not a piercer and hes in the middle of a tattoo right now when I asked would it be better if I call back in a hour or so the response I was given was sure call back in an hour and will see if we have time to help you or not ... so ya very bad customer service I will not be calling back or wasting my time or money going there just a heads up...
