4-star should be 1 star! Purchased a $40 item. Bought with debit card. Attempted to return 3 days later no receipt. Card was not found in the system when swiped.. Worker asked for an estimated day and time purchased. Found transaction on bank account. Still not not enough for a return. Absolute trash store.
Came in for a return and the system was down. Because of Gabe’s thoughtful and intuitive approach, he made it happen despite the offline system. Much appreciated!
This is organized chaos. Just like online, you can get a whole different variety of things here, plus the Amazon-brand electronics like the Kindle and Echo. But its a little overwhelming because there are so many different things next to each other. Art supplies next to kitchen utensils, pet supplies next to books... While I appreciate a store that gives the human experience instead of just clicks, this isnt I need this so let me go to the store and buy it (unless its a new Kindle), this is Oh look that everything store, let me see what I can buy
Got a discount on my items and I was able to request a product in an unsealed package rather than what was available on the sales floor.
Reminds me of a bed bath & beyond except I dont have to look up product reviews because they are all 4 starts. Small store. It didnt take that long to get in the store. Employees were really nice. Everything was organized into categories. The prices are electronically connected and they will change. Also, some products have prime member prices.
Worst customer service experience EVER. Team “leader” Gabriel, even after accepting there was a mistake made by the store in the prices displayed and advertised, kept raising his voice over mine. Not letting me explain my point or giving me a good solution to my problem. A problem created by their mistake, not by me.Here’s what happened: On Sunday I went to the store with my son and bought a smart thermostat clearly advertised at $129. Same model I had purchased just a few months ago for around $130, different color. I did my contactless palm scanning for payment and left the store without checking the receipt. Installed the thermostat right away. Two days after as I was balancing my bank accounts I noticed the payment roughly $40 above what I expected based on the tag price of the product at the store. I returned to the store seeking customer service and Gabriel, introduced himself as the team leader. A few seconds into my explanation of the problem he interrupted me for the first time, raising his voice and accusing me of being agitated. He said in an even more agitated voice “Chill, chill, Im here as a problem solver, Im here to help”. Again i tried to explain that the product was advertised for 129 and I was charged 165. I brought him to the display, which still two days after, showed the pricing and the description that he claimed was wrong $129. He immediately proceeded to scan the electronic tag to change the price. Attached you can see pictures of both price tags, before and after he changed it. Below the price tag there is an Amazon Customer Review of the EXACT same product being displayed above the electronic price tag Gabriel claimed to be incorrect at the time of my purchase, and for AT LEAST Sunday thru Tuesday. Model ST75S Silver. You can see that from the description on the electronic tag when the price was 129, there is NO WAY, that I, as a customer, could have thought the price to be too low. Im even attaching a screenshot from Amazon.com itself where the same thermostat had a similar price point. After a few minutes of trying to get a reasonable customer service solution feeling frustrated by his raised voice and getting to the point of raising mine as well, I pointed as the product tags and accidentally pushed the box of the thermostat that bounced out of the shelf and ALMOST fell. Gabriel accused me of being aggressive and called the Mall of Millenia Security to escort me out of “his” store. I uncomfortably and patiently awaited for security to escort me out of the store and explained my frustration. Showing the person pictures of the price tags. The security guy had far better tact than Gabriel in dealing with the situation.Gabriel, I hope you read this. We all have strengths and weaknesses. If you apply for a job dealing with customers and their satisfaction you need to learn to keep your calm. They say the customer is always right. A customer that comes to a store with a frustration already comes with an emotional sentiment of discontent for you to aggravate it further. Maybe you feel frustrated with your job, maybe you feel like “allowing” a customer to vent is diminishing to you. If that is the case, I really advise you seek a different line of work. Customer service is not for you. Your actions today:1) Raising your voice over mine, not allowing me to finish my sentences2) asking the mall security to walk me out of the store3) Putting your headphones on and walking away from me while I was still trying to get an acceptable resolution on my casetriggered literally the worst ever review I have written toward a business. I also:1) reported you with Amazon.com By the way, the great Amazon employee who handled my complaint, apologized for your behavior and gave me a $45 credit. You should feel ashamed for having someone else apologize for what you did wrong.2) opened a complaint with Better Business Bureau3) wrote a similar review on the Amazon 4-star feedback page4) left this review on GoogleI remembered to write your name on all of them Gabriel .
Excelent!! Love to eat there. Specially the pineaple pie, Im crazy about it
Ever wonder what a brick and mortar version of Amazon might look like? Here you go - Amazon 4-Star is a collection of curated products from the retail juggernaut that includes everything from toys, household goods, and lots of electronics. Its great that the shelf tags display both retail and Prime pricing so you can see the discounts. It was busy when we visited, so expect a small wait for service. Pretty much something for everyone here, so happy shopping!
The store had an array of items to choose from but the store is too small to move around and shop with ease. Selection of items was more of a spattering than a purpose of shopping such as highly rated or often-purchased items. I walked through briefly and left. Ill keep my Amazon shopping online only.
Okay for starters this is the first time I been to a Amazon store. Its pretty small for my taste so only has select products and they are all rate 4 stars or more on Amazon. Amazon prime can be used here to get discounts. Would love to see a huge store like this one day.
Im gonna give Amazon 4-star four stars. Its a great concept and cool store but not quite there (yet). The concept is cool. Everything in the store is rated 4 stars and above on Amazon.com. products available range from nation-wide sales (we went the week before Prime and scored the Echo device deals) to items that are popular in the geographic region. Everything in store is available online for the same price - the big difference is you can see/test the item and take it home today.Again, concept and idea is cool but its missing a bit. Like others have mentioned, the in-store organization is confusing. Each table and shelf is its own category and they are mostly grouped together but at a glance it can feel haphazard. Same with the products carried. I get the intent bit Mall of Millennia services not just Orlando but the heavy tourist corridor. Having park/Orlando items, like those insanely useful USB neck fans, would make sense.Overall, we were very happy with out visit. After picking up the items I came to look at we ended up walking away with more. Again, the concept/feel: same price as online, all rated highly, quality items (gifts as well as stuff for us). It works.Your mileage may vary. Since I am a prime member and app is on my phone checking out was incredibly easy. Those not in the Amazon eco-system would use a credit card (and maybe not some of the other comparison tools and features) but its a barrier to entry.Still, 4 stars. A step in the right direction. Curious to see how it evolves.
Minus one star because I *really* dislike the idea of giving Bezos even more of my money ;) but a neat store with all kinds of 4+ star rated items you can find on Amazon. Much of it is readily available at other stores (check mom and pop/used book stores or other local shops) so you can support smaller businesses instead of Amazon. Neat to browse, tho!
The store was interesting if nothing else. If youre looking to grab an Amazon product its a great place to stop. The rest were probably great products just very random. Since you dont really know what will be in there the store is for more of an impulse buy which is what Amazon.com is for. Getting prime discounts on some of the items was cool. 4-stars..no pun intended.
Great if you want to get out of the house and stretch your legs and browse OR if you want something from amazon.com but its low on supply, you just might find in the store. Lots of Amazon stuff(think echo think Fire think Alexa). The staff are helpful. Prices are the same as on the .com site .. at least what I checked. My son and I enjoyed the browse and bought a few things.. a book, clippers for our dog, and office items. Nice location in the Mall of Millenia. Have fun!
First time in this store. Such interesting stuff. A place you will find what you werent looking for
Purchase the Bose home speaker, an item that i wasnt able to acquire at any of the Bose retail outlet.
Okay store... had no real reason to check the store out but interesting to walk through. I think that online is still the best way to shop from Amazon.
First time I go to the store. There were some popular items on display and also books. Some items at no discount, in others, IF you are a Prime member, you can get a discount (10% to 53%) from what I saw. Its not a big store (the one at Millennia) so theres not much variety. A good choice if you need something from the store and dont want to wait 1 or 2 days for delivery, but, as I said before, not much variety.
Cool place offering many items you can find online. Great to look and touch items before making a purchase decision. Clean and easy to navigate layout.
Half of the store was books. I would have expected more variety. The electronics section was okay.
We visited this shop in the Mall at Millenia. As a lover of Amazon this was an awesome shop to visit. There is a little of something for everyone. The staff was super friendly and you can use your prime account to save money!
Its like going on their website but getting to feel and see what your buying in the store in awesome. I just wish as a prime member they would give you a discount since you are saving them a delivery charge and people who have to work in the warehouse, Do you agree
This place is dangerous. You go in to look around and come out with 10 things you didnt know you needed, but you did. Stock is constantly changing so youll be sure to find new things you need each time. Id recommend figuring out how to pay with the Amazon app in advance so you arent trying to figure it out standing around the store. However, if you do wait, their awesome checkout team will show you what to do. Be sure to be a prime member to enjoy some of their great prime discounts!4 stars for irony
The store was neat and easy to shop. Plenty of random items. I believe the sales rep mentioned it stocks the best selling and top trending items. They have sale items for Prime members.
I liked that there was a percentage off for Amazon prime. And I think its interesting that books were about 30% of the store (please dont shoot me if that is a bad guess lol). It was a fun stop and a nice addition to the mall.
I rated the 4 star store 4 stars. I wasnt impressed and its kind of far for me to visit often. Hopefully they open more stores. They did have good deals but not on anything I wanted to buy.
Employees seem to think putting up stock is more important than the customers
Excellent practice call avoidance to have me remember exact dollar amount and Name of product. My answer? Cancel my Amazon CC!
First time there; good variety of pdts. If you are a prime member certain items are discounted for you. Will visit the store again.
Did not expect to find a store like this, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bestseller book table immediately grabbed my attention and I was able to get a significant prime discount. They had a little bit of everything.
Lots of strange stuff. But nothing I couldnt live without. A bit different then most brick stores.
Loved the concept of this store! Nice to see things in person vs just online too.
I love this place. Amazon tech is amazing and well priced.
Great idea from Amazon. Gives you the opportunity to see the items you wanted to buy already.
It has some stuff from amazon online. But it does not appear to be organized. And it very limited, i still prefer online.
Nice stuff but kind of hard to find things
Prices werent bad, just didnt see anything I wanted or needed.
Pretty well stocked, didnt have the camera I wanted. I may as well shop online but its pretty neat for a concept.
It was a neat experience coming into a brick and mortar Amazon place. There isnt much of a rhyme or reason to the store but there are a lot of cool things to look at!
Went into store with a return from an online order. Staff was helpful, quick, and friendly.
Incredible services, amazing products and great prices.Select discount on items when youre an Amazon prime member
Fun place to go and get items immediately.
Nice little store. Not a whole lot of things to choose from but its nice.
That I can say everything I love about amazon online at my fingertips
Great products and some great prices!
So it has a little bit of everything. Hard to describe you really just have to walk in and see for yourself.
The prices seen off from the website. I prefer getting the products at home versus carrying them throughout the mall.
High class mall trendy brands very nice
This store is the best. A+++
Love the place ..Picked up my delivery and got out in no time.
Nice store but a lot of stuff was out of stock.
Gabe the “manager” at this store is the most disrespectful disappointing person I have ever encountered with Amazon. He is rude and disrespectful doesn’t want to help and was extremely rude with assisting me with a previous purchase I had. He didn’t help me at all and made rude comment. This was the worst experience. I’m so disappointed in the service here
They do not accept product returns, because supposedly they havent had a system for more than a week
Great store, easy returns. Great staff
I liked this store. I didnt know it existed and wish they had more locations.
In millenia mall,FL. Nice shop for some products.
First time there and I enjoyed the store
Just another brick and morter store for Walmart competition.
Didnt know amazon had a store. Glad I went in. Bought a few things I had in my wishlist and they honor prime member prices. Definitely will go back.
Surprised to see an Amazon store. Staff was very helpful.
I purchased a kindle there. There was no assistance. At the cashier there was no eye contact no greetings. Staff not friendly maybe because I am asian. Not impressed.
Great... Excellent... never been to an Amazon Store and I loved it... Great prices.. lots of stuff
Probably the most interesting store at the Millenia mall for me.
Was asked to put on a mask the governor and the president said if your vaccinated your good so why am I still being asked this?
Great products, easy to return unwanted items. Friendly staff
Outstanding service. They make it easy/enjoyable to spend my Allowance.
Fun store full of highly rated products from the website! Great if you’re looking for a little inspiration or a gift for someone! Prices are way cheaper for prime members so ensure you have that if you want to purchase something! Very easy convenient check out with the app too!
Very nice store, same prices as online as far as I can tell.
They had an interesting variety of products that you can easily access here rather the buy online. You get discounts for being an Amazon prime number and check out Is a breeze because you can do it right through your phone. Hopefully as the holidays come around they have Christmas gift ideas on display. Cool new addition to the mall, it seems popular.
Im giving it four stars because... Duh. We enjoy shopping at the store. Love seeing what is suggested. If like us you live in a Google household youll have little use for the large amounts of space dedicated to echo products.
Finally I dont have to wait for shipping.
Good to see Amazon are having a shop presence. Some good stock items on display. Staff very helpful.
Lots of great daily deals. Well organized, clean and fast checkout.
Absolutely amazing. I was so excited to visit this store today. I loved it. It is better than I expected. Very affordable merchandise. Helpful and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it. I am looking forward to my next time here.....
Was kinda of underwhelming. Reminded me of and airport store.
Pretty neat store. Wasnt quite what i expected but it was nice. They have a deal where if you spend $10 there you get $10 to spend online on Prime day so that was neat. They also have a better price on some items for prime members.
This store is awesome. It could be bigger but still, all the good stuff in one place you can see and feel. We spent way too much money and loved every minute.
Smells like a prime box in the best way.
Great selection of also sorts of items. Social distancing limits make the store easy to walk through without crowds. Good for browsing, especially if youre not sure what you want to get.
The store just opened. Very impressed! Select items from Amazon sellers who are trending with 4-star ratings and higher; also Amazon products as well. I had to return an item I bought online. It was a quick process. Looking forward to going back!
Definitely a neat little store with lots of Amazon options
Im an avid shopper on Amazon.com, for things big to small. This was my first time in a physical location and I very much enjoyed it.The store is clean and well-organized. There was ample marking and precautions during this time of pandemic, including someone at the front door controlling the number of people in the store and greeting them on the way in.The discounts for Prime members are significant- I ended up buying a couple of things I including a best-seller book Ive wanted for a while. You can pay through your Amazon shopping app by using a QR code that the cashier scans.Great job! Innovative concept and it was fun going through all the different types of items.
Not amazing, not terrible. 4 stars.
The nicest of people all work here. Ive been to the store making purchases, doing returns, exchanges and have had to call. Ive been pleasantly surprise by how the associates are always helpful and courteous.
Really nice had hard time pulling up me account they were patient
Very interesting store, didnt know it was local
They limit the number of people in the store so you will have to wait for a short time. They have a lot of stuff but we found nothing we needed. But it is a drop off for Amazon returns. Very convenient and easy if in the mall. Store employees are very friendly.
It was OK a little over saturated not really greatly organize.
Interesting store, filled with top rated stuff from Amazon.
Big selection, very friendly staff. Seems a little pricey compared to online.
Neat store with quite a few items I already own.
The store is stocked with a variety of cool items
Was kinda cool, its just a bunch of random stuff in a store.
