Open & roomy. Tables clearly marked as clean or needs cleaning. Cheerful staff.
There’s no actual books, like a usual Barnes and noble. A UCF gift store
If your looking for books dont bother. Idk why they would even call it Barnes and noble. Cafe shut down. Ucf apparel shop is what it is....
Cafe is delicious, employees are kind and helpful, store is spacious and theres a wide variety of UCF gear available...but no books. Very strange to have a bookstore that doesnt sell books, particularly a Barnes and Noble. Might as well rebrand at that point.
The only Barns & Nobels to not have books or even text books. All UCF gifts and trinkets.
The best college store experience ever
Bookstore doesn’t sell books. I walked a mile there excited to browse books only to see clothes. Imagine my disappointment and confusion...
Employees so nice. Store was arranged well, clean and bright. Easy to find the section you want.
Nice, clean store and friendly staff. If you are a UCF fan, or have a student, go!
The sign says you close at 4pm not 3:48. I work till close to 4 so its not very convenient when Im trying to rush to get there and its closed before the time stated.
While this on campus location has plenty of merchandise, they consistently swing and miss deciding which item to stock. Popular items sellout with no inventory backstop, while boring overpriced sponsor logo items languish on the racks. Operating hours are rarely adjusted to coincide with evening sporting events. Retail sales are not a 9-5 operation. B&N on campus needs a revamped strategy.
The people who work here are really lad back and nice. I love coming here when I have time in between classes. Im not sure what her name is, but there is a girl who works here who has medium length red hair and she is super awesome! She is always nice and helpful! I absolutely recommend this place.
Now that Ive graduated I rarely if ever purchase anything from a Barnes & Noble College bookstore. Any items they sell there are overpriced at at least a hundred and fifty to two hundred percent what you can purchase them for at a local sporting good store or general merchandiser. I know part of this is the cost of them doing business on campus and having a somewhat captive audience, but for those of us that would like to get apparel or other memorabilia it is just not worth paying the extra money when you can get the same thing right down the road.
There is small nice coffee shop in the corner. Also, they offer shirts and pants with ucf brand.
Great variety of gifts❤⚡on
I stop in here before every UCF game. Hard to leave without buying something. Friendly staff and and very clean inside. One of my favorite locations in Central Florida! Go Knights! Charge On!
Always a great environment and never a long checkout line other than on game days. The only thing holding this place back (which isn’t any of the employees fault) is the insanely high prices on almost everything there. If the prices were lower I would buy almost everything here as it’s such quality merchandise
Very nice and neat... I dont know that Ive ever been in a bad Barnes and Noble. Staff was clueless about where I could find graduation items but hey I figured they hired new help for graduation so I wouldnt count that against them.
The name threw me. I went in looking for the NYT reading list and found UCF sweatshirts instead. Oh, its a COLLEGE bookstore! Oh, I get it, duh. Nice, neat, handsome decor. Made me wanna go back to school!!
The Starbucks was super duper dirty. Tables, counter, chairs, floors. The girls that work there were just on their phones all the time. Terrible experience.
I dont remember seeing more than 2 books in this store. It was mostly UCF stuff.
They always on same positive vibes with decent price !🙂
Very nice clean place. Everyone was very nice and sweet. Everyone was nice to talk yo my two year old also, which is rare.
Mostly sells UCF clothing and accessories. Cards and other products are graduation themed. The cafe place is a decent study area and is fairly empty most of the time. There arent many/any outlets.....
Great place to pick up books, apparel, or Amazon packages. Its conveniently located on campus and is near a few restaurants. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you no longer enrolled. Nevertheless, go knights!
Great service and great UCF bling
Very nice UCF items and has a Starbucks too.
Was very happy to get a throwback Citronaut shirt! Best UCF gear at decent prices.
Theres hardly any books here? I mean a lot of nice merchandise but its supposed to be a book store
Love that it is on UCF students and other are welcome but, they close around five to six and open around 9
Wonderful book and gift shop. Helpful staff and clean restrooms.
Great for all your UCF apparel needs
Surprisingly good deals and good sandwiches at the cafe inside.
Great selection of UCF merch, always themed with the current season. Overpriced since its on campus though.
Awesome! Found my UCF DAD decal there
It is not an actual Barnes and Nobles it is a UCF merch store.
Always check the hours. Crazy crowded before a football game. Great selection of ucf apparel and home items, even more so than books.
Barely any books, but cool merch.
The approach towards the customer fantastic and very fascinating.-keep it up.
Whenever I visit UCF I stop in and the selection is great.
Great selection
I came in on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter. We were interested in purchasing some UCF logo items since she will be an incoming student this fall. The campus is pretty dead this time of year and the first Barnes and Noble store we visited near the library was actually closed. That is why I was so pleased to find this location near the auditorium open. Its located in a small area filled with restaurants, banks, and stores that students need. The store is filled with all of the logo items you could possible think of. They carry clothes, teddy bears, pennants, lanyards, and even UCF picante sauce. The clearance section is located in the back. We ended up purchasing a sweatshirt for my daughter and a UCF dad T shirt for the hubby for fathers day. The student who was working at the store kindly took the time to answer our UCF questions since the campus was deserted and it was difficult to find anyone to talk to. The store was closing so we didnt have much time but I look forward to paying another visit when we come up for orientation in a few weeks.
Nice book store, with a cute conveniently placed cafe inside. Places to study.
Felt like a convenience store rather than a book store
Awesome campus bookstore, though not as much offerings as a standard B&N bookstore.
It was ok, I found a lot staff over there, coffee, sandwiches, cookies, but I could not find books....
Clean, spacious, they serve starbucks. Good selection overall, alot of stuff geared towards college kids.
Gustavo was very helpful today
Helpful staff for buying a Christmas gift.
Good selection of UCF gear!
If you are looking for books you are in the wrong place. They have like 20 books in the whole store. They mostly sell Starbucks and UCF merchandise.
