My daughter and I went to Boot Barn to try on boots. This was our 1st time coming here. The sales girl asked us if we needed any help and she was so helpful and patient with us that we bought 2 pairs of boots along with the cleaning products she recommended. Overall a great place. The new location is convenient but can be hard to get in or out of during busy times. Nice open space inside with a decent variety of products. Sale racks were neat and organized. Large boot selection as well.

Always a great pleasure and experience in Boot Barn, today was even better when the sales young lady went out of her way to find Small shirts for me that we couldnt find. She was outstanding and excellent.

They had a wide range of jeans and shirts, and of course boots. The cowboy hats were also a bit lacking in variation though.The service was friendly but there didnt seem to be many people working when I was there. The employees were also not clearly identifiable.The store was clean and neatly organized. It could be better sorted by size though. The layout was also fairly spacious to allow for heavy traffic. The temperature inside was cool which is a plus.

Boot Barn is the only place Ill go for my Western Wear. 4 pair of the Miss Me jeans and two pair of shorts and they have the selection the biggest great service from all.

My family and I on our vacation came in today (3-23-2021) to purchase a pair of nice boots for my husband. Upon walking into the store, we noticed several employees working and stocking, but not 1 person greeted us or even asked if they could help us today. We looked around the store for boots,hoping someone would come over and ask to assist us but nope not a one did. A male and a female employee walked right passed us without even making eye contact. It was the weirdest thing to not be helped. We decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. Cant believe in 2021 good customer service is NOT being given. Thanks but no thanks!!!

Very clean and well stocked store. The staff were all friendly and helpful which is so rare to find nowadays. The store manager Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure we had a pair of boots for my daughters 7th birthday party. Will highly recommend to anyone!

They actually had met guard work boots here. If you have a weird company that demands met guard then youre probably familiar with the problem of finding these in a store that you can actually try on in person thats not redwings (if youre not a fan of their boots). They may not have had them in womens sizes but they were carolina brand, had met guard, and were close enough in size so they came home. They had a great selection of boots though I will say that their selection of womens work boots were... noticably small... But atleast it was there compared to alot of other stores. Pricey but you get what you pay for. They have a good amount of diversity in boots, clothing, jewelry, hats etc. In fact I have never seen a larger section entirely devoted to cowboy hats lol

OMG I went to this store for the 1st time yesterday with my nieces and lemme tell u all them other western/cowboy shops/stores aint got NADA (NOTHING) on this one.. I LOVED IT! It was so nice, clean, and smelt so good. But my favorite of All was that the sales reps. where so nice and friendly

The window display is pretty and the inside is really charming. The store smells of leather and to me thats a good thing. They had so many boots that I was overwhelmed. All of the boots were beautiful and unique. The best part was watching my husband find and fall in love with the boots he bought. The sales associates were very sweet. Large store with lots of room to walk around without bumping into other people. Selection of clothing is on the smaller side but had wide variety. Boot section is awesome! Every and any design you can imagine and even some you cant. Prices are about what you would expect for boots.

I purchased a pair of Justins steel toe work boots from here. The prices were high but not much than what they were online. My boots are still in great condition a year later after wearing them for about 60 hours a week.

The manager asked if I was looking for something a couple times but no one else said a word to me. Even though I was just browsing I would have appreciated (and maybe would have bought something) if someone would have talked about sales or specials or something vs just ignoring me.

Found a pair on line at Sheeplers. Went to drive to Sheeplers in Orlando. Didnt know they closed the store and boot barn bought them out. The employee helping us matched the on line sale price. Charles was personable and very knowledgeable when it came to hats. He was willing to more than take his time and explain quite a bit from sizing to maintenance and even some fascinating anecdotes. I didnt feel pressured into buying and felt very at ease with Charles despite being a city slicker!

Im not sure what the point of the signs about masks is, when your own employees dont wear them and no one is enforcing. Had to leave almost as soon as we entered. Might as well take your signs down.

Probably the best place to go for western wear in Orlando, especially as a tourist. Boots, hats, jackets, jeans, theyve got it all. The wife was intent on getting a set of cowboy boots and the selection here was so vast that she had no problem finding a pair quite quickly and at a reasonable price. Definitely worth a look.

Sure wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped us while we were choosing a couple of pairs of boots. If I recall, I will edit this review. She was at the ready to help, happy to share her experience in regard to what type of sole would best serve our childrens needs, and also told me about how Ariat replacement insoles are available - which was a huge help to me as my well loved and used Terrain work boots needed a boost!
