ATTENTION CUSTOMERS! This shop will disguise damages on clothes and will not let you return them after you eventually found them! Some might call this fraud!I bought a pair of pants wich apparently had a hole at the back where the anti-theft tag used to be. Because the tag is still attached when you inspect the pants and try them on in the fitting rooms, this is a damage a customer couldn’t possibly see before the check-out.So I noticed the damage right when I got home that night and called them the next day first thing in the morning. The lesson is clear: for them this is COMMON PRACTICE. To cover up damages, disguise customers and NOT accepting any returns is their daily business.So if you look for a business model to piss customers off, look no further! Just visit their store in Weil am Rhein...

If you want to buy Carhartt stuff for way cheaper and out of season come here.You can find collaboration between Carhartt and big brands like APC or Burton for instance.A very wide choice of sizes and kind of clothes.I like very much the winter jacket selection,you wont buy your cold gear anywhere else once you discover this place.

Naja, als ich erst nach dem Kauf entdeckt habe, dass das T-shirt ein Loch hatte, war der Umtausch nicht möglich. Hier ließ dann auch die Freundlichkeit des Kassierers nach. Nach einigem Hin und Her ging es dann doch....Ich finde die Ware auch überteuert! Und nicht alles ist schön bei Carhatttttt....

The Carhartt Outlet has a large selection, which is listed in a large hall. Good description of the size and practical description of the prices create a good shopping experience. Despite the outlet, the prices are not low, but they are quite reasonable. I found it here several times and will probably return in the not too distant future :)

We, or rather our teens, are enthusiastic Carhartt fans. Since our last visit to the US, they actually only wear Carharrt goods.Then, before COVID-19, we discovered the Carhartt Outlet in Weil am Rhein. Great, go straight away and already 500 euros looser :-)Then came COVID and the entry restrictions were imposed accordingly.Normally, German shops allow 12 months to get the VAT back, but not Carhartt Outlet, the export certificate was written in large and clear 6 months.Yes, then COVID (2020) came and we could not travel to Germany again within the useful period.Nevertheless, we returned after 7.5 months, bought for 700 euros and were amazed that the Carharrt team stuck to the 6 months despite border closings and shop closings. After a discussion we couldnt achieve anything and left more or less disappointed. At least we had bought goods for 700 euros again and knew that we could then claim this VAT back. Well then came COVID 2021, again shops and border closings and after the long-awaited easing we arrived today. This time I wanted to know in advance whether you would pay the refund (70 EUR). Date of purchase: 10/10/2020, todays date 08/20/2020.The cashier had to clarify the question with the manager. I said wed been turned away once, and if we got the money back, our kids would be leaving the money back in the store anyway. Then he disappeared into the door. I was amazed when he came back and said he was sorry, but if we had come 10 days earlier he could have refunded the VAT, but unfortunately not like that. I asked him again whether that was really his last word, and whether his approach to the Carhartt brand would do him justice. No chance, no accommodation, customer satisfaction is absolutely irrelevant to the store, or maybe profit optimization after all.I think its a great shame that you can still exist today with such a double behavior that is absolutely not customer-oriented. That is why I had to write this recession today so that all customers who came from Switzerland and France are aware of this business practice.In any case, we clearly stated to the employee that we would definitely not visit the shop with our kids any more.And yes, its a shame for the Carhartt brand too, it really doesnt deserve that!

Bought two pairs of pants. Unfortunately we had to find out at home that both had a hole. For trousers with a hole, 55 euros are way too much .... Conclusion: it is not really profitable ....
