Haven’t had service in two years. Suddenly a driver shows up with a five gallon bottle of water. I made the mistake of doing the right thing and contacting this company to resolve the issue. Three days of calls. Three days of promises to pick up this errant bottle of water.This company suddenly decided to start billing after we’d not been customers for two years and they’re threatening me with collections. Five days after I tried to fix their error with the drop off, everything is still on my porch. No call back as promised. No pickup. The did send me a $63 “past due” invoice over this, which was really nice. The best part was the charge for a single five gallon bottle of water.. for $23. I assume the rest is for the broken dispenser they didn’t bother to pick up when we stopped service.Calling customer service is a joke. Trying to get them to do anything is near impossible. Save your money and your frustration and go literally anywhere else and you will be better off.
I have used Crystal Springs for 7 1/2 years and I have never had one issue with their service. When I started to have an issue with my cooler, as I rent that as well, they brought me out a new one! I receive large jugs of water and even if the odd time I have a leaker.....they come out the next day to replace it. I have had 2 regular delivery drivers and they are wonderful, caring and helpful.
I recommend if you constantly buy bottles. Just get a 5 gallon! Less waste and you don’t have to carry it anymore! So easy
Delivery service is great. But good luck getting someone on the phone if theres an issue. Driver said our account is overdue when its not. Cant get someone on the phone to resolve.
Save your money and go with one of their competitors. Once you sign up for their service you can NEVER cancel. They don’t have an online cancellation option and when you call, you will NEVER get a human on the phone. You will sit on hold for as long as you are willing to sit their and listen to their recording.
We have used Crystal Springs for 5 plus years now. When we moved our office Matt found us before I could get our address corrected! He is always willing to drop off extra water if needed.. even when a hurricane is headed our way! Best of all though is he always has a great attitude which is hard to come by these days. :)
I love the convenience of the delivery with many options to choose from.
Hold times to try to reach a representative are outrageous. At least play music for the unfortunate victims of your hold times instead of having the same recording play continuously. I dread when I have to call Crystal Springs because I know what a huge waste of time I am going to endure. Come Crystal Springs, you can do better.
Ive been trying to get them on the phone for 3 straight days. Always waiting for over an hour for an agent before giving up. Love the water and want to start it up again after pausing to move. Not sure what it takes to take to someone.
Waiting for things to smooth out. Always issues trying to understand when they’re coming, Always issues with app. Called to try to fix and nothing changes. This is my third month with them. Wondering if this was a mistake. 😞
Let me start by saying that we are on well water in our building. Nasty, swampy, runs-grey-from-faucet, sulfur well water. Were not just picky about our tap water; we depend on a water service for potable water. No issues for the first several months (when Ken Bell first signed us up). Our scheduled November delivery date rolled around around and we saw the Crystal truck pull out of our parking lot without making a delivery. There was no knock on the door; no phone call to even attempt to make the delivery before pulling away. We immediately called customer service and were told they would contact the driver to turn around. Fast forward 3 weeks to 12/11... Were out of water. We receive an email saying that our 12/18 delivery will be delayed to 12/18...?... Ummm? Call customer service again. Were told there are delays due to layoffs and short staffing. (Is that because time is being wasted stopping in front of customer locations without making deliveries?) We have been told every day that someone would be out to deliver water. Nothing. Called a couple days ago and Julie Im-Not-Giving-You-So-Much-As-My-Last-Initial caught an earful as we said we wanted someone to come pick up our cooler because were done with their service. Now were going through the same pattern of someone being scheduled every day to come pick up our cooler. Called repeatedly and got the same line of B.S.. Route manager wont call us back. Also was told we havent been billed since water hasnt been delivered in 2 months, yet I still get charged for renting the water cooler....This company cant get their lies straight. Would only recommend them if you enjoy being lied to and frustrated.
The service is excellent and its so convenient for me not to have to worry about hot water for my coffee in the morning AND I love my cold water!
Very poor phone service, no body never pick up the calls. they need to do better calls two different number.
Edit: They made things right. This is a follow up to my previous review. I was contacted by Crystal Springs, after my last review, they apologized and accepted their mishaps. It takes a lot to receive criticism and still provide service. They could have just written me off, and move onto the next client. Instead, they delivered that week, and continue to deliver.

Well, we were looking forward to getting a water cooler and water delivery. So I ordered service online for delivery on March 15th. They then rescheduled (without notifying us) for the 17th. Then they rescheduled again (without notifying us) for the 18th. Then they rescheduled AGAIN (WITHOUT NOTIFYING US) for the 19th. So I called and canceled a service before it even started.
Beware, they overcharge! They dont give credit for the empty bottles, you have to be on the top of them and call them, if youre lucky, they answer the phone and a rude receptionist will put you in hold for several minutes, and you will have to call over and over again. After I cancelled they never gave me the credit for the empty bottles and keep billing late fees. Theyre savages.Its been a nightmare.

The water is very good. I find I drink more of it since it comes from the dispenser cold or hot, perfect temperature for both. First dispenser broke and replacement was quick, without hassle. Quality not often experienced these days from any company. The delivery man is always cheerful and helpful. Always goes out of his way to make his customers happy.
No customer service, no contact, when you call you get answer machine, and at the end nobody answer or call back even is you left message. No star for this company.
My complaint with Crystal Springs water company is that they add a fuel surcharge to every delivery. Although the price of fuel has come down the surcharge remains. I also had issues with leaking bottles resulting in a damaged hardwood floor. The water is good but in the long run I opted for a whole house filter and was happy to cancel.
No... just no...Pros (almost)Customer service team is quick to correct billing issues however company policy changes from CSA to CSA. So youre left hoping the previous agents notation is recorded and honored.Cons:Expect any issues that originate with the delivery team to continue happening and not get fixed1) Incorrect items and item counts delivered on several different occasions.2) Broken, leaking bottles (on almost every delivery. We fixed the issues we could but shouldnt really have to do that in the first place)3) The fill line is undefined. Sometimes its to the top sometimes its missing 1/8 - 1/4 of water (and these arent the ones that were busted4) Good luck trying to cancel. Its taken over a month to get them to come pick up the dispenser and remaining bottles. As I write this Im still waiting after being told on 4 occasions from their customer service team that a delivery manager would contact me prior to coming to give us a window so we could be present and ensure the dispenser wasnt just left outside for whoever to grab. Today I waited for 8 hours, after being told 3 different times someone was on their way, only to be told (after calling a 4th time at the end of the day) that the truck broke down and that that was the reason I wasnt contacted. If, as a company, your reason for not contacting a customer youve told to wait for something as simple as a call, is because of an internal issue, then both your Customer Service and Delivery teams are failing.5) Cant wait to see how impossible it will be to get my deposit back for the bottles.Companies definitely have had issues since the COVID madness but this is pretty ridiculous. Wish them luck but I wont be using them again any time soon....UPDATE**So, at least theyre consistent. No call again and @07:30AM delivery guy just starts ringing doorbell (07:30????). I woke up and gave them what was left. Called customer service to get bottle deposit back and was told I had wait 24 hours and to call back. Call back 2 days later and the account had been canceled so CSA couldnt initially find the account. They eventually found the account, and had entered the wrong number of bottles returned. However, after all of the madness I was just done fighting so was willing to just take whatever. The CSA seemed hesitant on the next steps and we eventually landed on a chargeback which Im told should take about 2 weeks but should keep calling back if I hadnt received it. Why I have to manage a customer exit is beyond me. At no point after cancellation should a customer be taking up either their time or the companys resources.I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.
Great customer service and communication for deliveries. The water is also very good and the cooler works very well. My delivery driver is very friendly and accommodating. Not sure why other reviews state they have had such a bad experience.
We have had their service for several years but recently our driver was changed and we did not get water for over a month. After several calls, I finally got to talk to the dispatch manager that was in charge of the drivers but he refused to let our old driver service our account. As I am not working at the office during the pandemic, I am not there to show the new driver where everything goes. I then called the branch manager, Franklin and he also informed me then he was unable to let the old driver service our account. He told me that if I did not like the change to switch to a different water company. This is great customer service during this deadly pandemic.
A wonderful product. If there is a problem then costumer service is there to help. Deliveries are on time and the day that I need them.
One of the better decisions we have made. Like most Floridians we are forced to drink spring/bottled water and found ourselves buying several cases of water every week. I became increasingly frustrated with the partiality drank bottles of water and the dozens and dozens of bottles filling the recycling bin. We definitely saved money by switching to the home delivery of the 5 gallon jugs. Crystal Springs Water also has dispensers that hide the water jug and can give you ice cold water or hot water...and no more plastic bottles needed to be carted to the curb every week. Crystal Springs Water delivers like clockwork and are quick to replace the dispenser if anything goes wrong. I highly recommend this service for anyone who is buying multi cases of water weekly. Crystal Springs Water is awesome!!!
WORST COMPANY- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. WE CANCELLED OUR ACCOUNT IN APRIL AND CONTINUED GETTING CHARGED AND THEN FINALLY THEY SHUT DOWN THE ACCOUNT BUT NOW SENT THE EQUIPMENT CHARGES TO COLLECTIONS YET NO ONE ATTEMPTS TO SCHEDULE TO PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT. I CALL AND THE BRANCH DOESNT ANSWER. I CALL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THEY WILL CALL THE BRANCH BUT NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO ME. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS. THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE ELSE
My delivery representative Elliott has been delivering water products for Crystal Springs for 15 years. He has always been very prompt, responsive and professional. Crystal Springs also has a really good selection of products and matters can be handled online.

Fla water is questionable at best...Side by side...dramatic diff in tap wtr and spring water. Dramatic diff in health levels. Timely, reg deliveries, excell app, cheap equip rental. Instant Ice cold, hot water. Value based.

If I could give a negative star I would. moved from my apartment to a house they could not figure out how to change my address instead opened up another account then sent me to collections while STILL GETTING PAID BY ME AND NOT GIVING SERVICE TO ME!! after calling in five different times speaking to someone explaining everything and being told we will call you back that day once we have fixed the issue they still can not figure out how to do it. so then after saying I will canacel they tell me sure we will have to call you back... come the heck on its 2019 its not that hard to figure this all out. terrible company and I will never ever use them again
No chance to give zero stars....Horrible service. Called Tuesday to say water would be delivered....Thursday, no delivery. Our CC got compromised and had to be changed. Company said we owed a bill so that is why they wouldnt deliver. Should have told us on Tuesday so we could correct it. Cancelled the service. Following Wednesday 2 more bottles delivered. Account wasnt closed. Now they want to charge us a surcharge to come get bottles I put a deposit on, despite us cancelling service. Asked for a supervisor and have been on hold for going on 27 minutes. Will be disputing the charges on my card and will not ever use this service again.
My delivery guy is so nice, and kind always smile, gentleman help me out with the dogs when him bring the water in and we have dogs everywhere !!! i think him like dogs WOOF WOOF!!!
I am not one to write any kind of review on any type of business, but this company is by far the worst Ive ever had to deal with. Ive been in sales and customer service my whole life and understand nothing is prefect. But when you are constantly getting charged for water your not ordering, not getting credit for empty returned bottles, deliveries on unscheduled days and no deliveries on scheduled days you tend to blow your lid. I waited on hold for an hour and a half before actually talking to someone on the phone only to find no remedy to any of these problems. They are refusing to come pick up and credit me for the EIGHT 5 gallon bottles they have price gouged me on. The driver is continually dropping and running while I am at home!!! Now I ask you Crystal Springs where is the service in your so called water service?? There is none. Might as well call it water rip off. You have lost a good paying customer of many years..its a shame.. this company did not used to be this way.

We will never take Crystal Water company because this company sucks with water bills and they denied the delivery of water due to unpaid the bills and it cost more more money. Terrible service! I have no idea why Costco, who is very reputable and has great customer service, still associates themselves with Crystal Springs. The one one star is for the taste of the water which is the only good thing about this company. The water never delivers when they say it will. The website is impossible to navigate dont even think about paying using a app. If you use your mobile to pay you will not be able to see your account info. Their prices fluctuate all the time. When you call to speak with customer service it takes forever to get a human on the line and after 15 -20 minutes they are rude and uninterested in your business. STAY AWAY!
I was supposed to receive a delivery on 12-22-20 but they changed my delivery date to 12-24-20. I called in 12-24 because I hadnt received my order as of 5PM. They advised me me that it would be delivered today and it was never delivered.

I recently got Crystal and immediately started noticing issues with delivery, long wait times on the phone, very unreliable service and just overall bad customer service... I was curious to see if anyone else felt the same way, and not to my surprise seen that they have a 1.1 rating. THEY SUCK... (water is good) lol

I am quite happy with my service, I have been with this company for years and dont plan on leaving.
My office waited for a water delivery for 2 months. When several promised dates were missed, I cancelled service and requested all equipment and empty bottles be picked up. Its been more than 30 days and 5 scheduled pick up dates, still no pick up and the account was not cancelled after numerous calls. Customer service is beyond frustrating and seem to have a SOP of intentionally not closing an account. You cannot speak to a supervisor or distribution center, only a call center. Good luck.

Horrible service. Little to no communication about deliveries and invoices. Yet, I still remained a customer for several years thinking there were no other options. When my credit card was compromised, I was out of town for many weeks. My account went to collections with ZERO notification to me (although they had my cell on file). They claim it was on my invoice which I could view on the website. Of course, my account was locked out of the website by the time I knew it was delinquent. Not a good experience.

Worst company that I dealt with in the state, maybe even nation wide. They changed the price of the water without notification. Every time I call they put me on hold for 15-20 mins. There is no way to reach a manager, the manager will reach you (which they never did). Ive been trying to cancel for a month by now with no luck. They just left another two 5 gallon bottles at the front door and I keep getting billed for it.
We have been with this company for 6 years, and when I knew Hurricane Irma might be coming I ordered five bottles because we had five empties outside - we could not wait for our next delivery. I ordered it SIX days in advance and I never got it. They kept rescheduling day after day after day and then Saturday came in they close at noon and no one showed up. I called every day and they kept promising we will get it the next day the call center even texted the driver and the area manager each day! We didnt try to get in the stores because it was a big long wait or completely out as it got closer and we knew that our water company we have been with for so long would come through for us, boy were we ever wrong. Now we only have fourteen 16 oz bottles of water and one 5 gallon bottle. Thats it. Well be canceling our service. THANKS FOR LEAVING US HIGH AND DRY!!!!!!!!!!!
Most unreliable company I ever had the displeasure to be a paying customer for. Every single month not delivered on the day they schedule, or not the correct number of bottles ordered, or wrong kind of water. Then have to call, wait on hold forever, to finally get them to get it right. Yes they could care less if its right, you have to MAKE them fix it. Then cooler broke so ordered another, not deliverd...DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SERVICE WITH THEM. Use anyone else.
Delivery is generally made in the scheduled day. Water bottles are clean and hardly leak.
Avoid this company at all cost in what ever state you may live. I asked about their service at Costco and the next week I had 3 - 5 gallon bottles of water sitting at my front door. I had to speak with 3 customer service reps and wait 30 minutes on hold to have them ask the driver to return to PU the water. It took 5 days and 2 more calls to get the water picked up but the company is sending me a bill for that water and I am still on hold trying to clear it. You will be sorry if you sign up for their del service.

I had to give it a star to even rate it. I spent 4 days trying to speak to someone (hold times were 47 minutes, 31, 22, 24), when i did they told me water was charged to my account and I never received. I still cannot get someone on the phone. This company is terrible.
So this company was supposed to pick up my water cooler and give us a new cooler. They never showed and I had to leave the cooler in the apartment after being abused and putting up with there negligence. Get someone else to do it

No stars! Their cooler leaked all over our new bamboo office floors and wrecked them. Even the delivery guy took pictures to show his boss. Their head office did NOT want to know - actually sent me a copy of their liability clause and that was the end of it. Pathetic response to something that cost us hundreds to fix. Long time customer but they dont give a rip. Come get your cooler Crystal Springs - were going elsewhere for service. Some things in business you just have to take care of - whether it ends up costing you money or not!
I had to give at least a one star rating or I could not submit this, however, my TRUE rating for Crystal Springs is a MINUS TEN STARS.I was with Crystal Springs for 13 years; until today, 8/25/2015. These last two months have been an absolute nightmare, for no reason whatsoever! It’s as if Crystal Springs was consuming my life! I was on the phone (for LONG periods of time) CONSTANTLY and getting NO WHERE! They were supposed to come on: 7/30 (per an email I received advising me there would be 2 deliveries in July). No one came; I called. The agent told me that IF, in fact, I DID receive such an email (IF??) I was “misinformed;” delivery was on August 4th. 8/4 - no one came. I called. They came on 8/5; I paid my bill; zeroed my balance. THEN Crystal Springs came AGAIN on 8/7 and delivered 4 MORE bottles (that I didnt order). I called. I was told they could skip the 9/1 delivery, so I agreed. Of course, no one told me that I would be charged DOUBLE because my empties had been picked up on 8/5. I saw my bill; I called for them to pick up the four full bottles they delivered to me in error. To summarize this, it is now 8/25/2015; still no one has come on the scheduled dates I was given to pick up these full bottles of water; I refused to pay for them! Then today, 8/25/2015, I spoke with the most unprofessional, uneducated customer service agent, who couldn’t even speak CLEARLY (and no, she was not a foreigner; she was born here in the South ;). Her name is Shawna; she said that my address is out of the way or outside of their delivery route (words to that effect). Shawna said that if they didnt come today, theyd come tomorrow. I asked, “Are you sure?” (of course dripping with sarcasm). No, she wasn’t sure, so the translation here is that I am supposed to carry all this stuff (4 full bottles, 3 empties, and the cooler) inside and back outside again every day until they decide to make an appearance? No, I don’t think so. Ive called a total of 14 times (and we all know how long it takes to get connected with THESE agents!), written (Ive lost count) several messages in the Contact Us on the web site – I have NEVER had the courtesy of a response. NOT ONCE. My phone call with Shawna did not end well. Her attitude alone made me decide that I had had it...I (very rudely) told her; You are blanking fired; and hung up). Not my best moment; I did apologize for my rudeness to another agent named Lorraine (a very knowledgeable and professional customer service person; Shawna’s complete opposite!) later on in the evening. Shawna made me feel like I was their latest joke or something and I refuse to pay for a service where I must tolerate the bad behavior of such an insipid buffoon! After 13 years….thanks a lot! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS??? YOU WERE NEVER LIKE THIS BEFORE!!!!
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that I have received a few deliveries where a bottle was leaking - maybe 2-3 times over the last 3yrs.
