My daughter is getting married next year and we started hunting for her wedding dress. She was looking for a specific style of wedding dress that was within her budget.We went to quite a few places with not much luck, until we went to Bridal Gallery of Orlando. We had an appointment as for your bridal shopping, you need to make and appointment for all the bridals shops you visit.Anyway, we arrived to the location and we were very lucky to have had Shea as our coordinator. She was so helpful and immediately knew what type of dress my daughter was looking for. My daughter tried on about 10 dresses and Shea helped her start narrowing down her top three choices. Then, Shea remembered that there was this one dress that had recently arrived that fit the description of what my daughter wanted.Shea brought the dress to my daughter for her to try on and when my daughter came out of the dressing room we were all mesmerized by how she looked in the dress! First of all, Bridal Gallery is a dream come true. There are a plethora of dresses to choose from, all of them simply beautiful from mermaid to ball gown. There is not a single dress I tried on that wasn’t gorgeous.Secondly, Shea was amazing and made my entire appointment wonderful! She quickly picked up on my style and was able to pull dresses she knew I’d like, and removed ones she knew I wouldn’t love. She was patient with me as I took everything in and was there to help with whatever I needed. Phenomenal experience! Yram was amazing and encouraged me to try different styles which helped me find the perfect dress! Bridal Gallery of Orlando exceeded all of our expectations! It was truly a wonderful experience from the first initial call I placed in hopes of helping my daughter find a bridesmaid dress with the wedding only weeks away. As we entered into the shop we were warmly and enthusiastically greeted by Vanessa & Yram. My daughter and I found it so fitting to hear Disney music playing in the background creating the backdrop for a magical experience for brides and bridesmaids.We were needing to find a dress we could purchase in store because the wedding was just weeks away and ordering online was not an option. Vanessa was wonderful! She was so attentive to us and found several dresses to choose from and we narrowed it down to one dress which the bride approved because of the color but it was 4 sizes too big. Vanessa assured us that Elsa would be able to alter it and make it work perfectly because she’s magical with her sewing machine. Vanessa was absolutely right!Elsa is truly AMAZING! She is like the Fairy Godmother from Cinderella using her magical fingers and her sewing machine wand to recreate a dress basically from scratch because she had to take it apart and put it back together 4 sizes smaller. Her stitching and her eye for detail are truly exquisite…she made sure it fit my daughter like a glove. During our first fitting Vanessa, Yram & Elsa made my daughter feel like a princess with their attentive collaborative conversations to help make creative adjustments that would make the dress look and fit more perfect! I absolutely enjoyed watching this dynamic trio collaborate as it is very apparent they love what they do and love doing it together!After tweaking and more adjustments were decided, I was most impressed with Elsa’s attitude and ability in suggesting further tweaking that would make my daughter feel more comfortable in her dress requiring more work on Elsa’s part but she was more than happy to do it….SO IMPRESSIVE! I had some safety concerns related to COVID and they were very accommodating and alleviated all of my concerns prior to our appointment.During the appointment, Shea was the perfect consultant! Booking my appointment online was easy and convenient. I got a call the week of my appointment to confirm and also to get an idea of what I was looking for so they could have dresses pulled. Wow! So I started out my wedding dress experience at Lilys Bridal, they were nice and I found an amazing dress but I felt they were rushing me out and their deposit/ payment system didnt make sense.Then I went to Davids Bridal, they were nice but the store manager had a very car salesman like manner which wasnt appreciated.But wow! Going to the Bridal Gallery was the best decision I made. Shea took the time to get to know me, she asked alot of questions, she didnt pressure me into picking a dress that day. She even said it was okay if I didnt because it was an important decision. But while I was there I found the perfect dress for me, in the perfect place! Amazing!Attached is a dress I almost bought (it was beautiful but crazy expensive) so Shea recommend me to try 1 more, and that 1 more ended up being it. Amazing experience!

I didnt know what to expect when going shopping for my wedding dress. All I knew is I was very excited but also very nervous. I had appointments at 3 different shops and Bridal Gallery was my first. I am SO thankful it was. Yram made me feel so comfortable. He was kind and patient. He made me feel like he was on my team. He had me try on the styles I had envisioned but also put me in dresses I would have never tried on. We narrowed it down to a couple dresses and he even went as far as braiding my hair like I am planning to do on my day so I could really envision myself in the dress. When I was leaving he told me he knew I had found my dress and that I would be back. He was right. After my last appointment about 30 minutes before the shop closed I called and asked if I could come try on the dress one more time. We were the only ones in the shop and had my say yes to the dress moment. We cried, he had me say a wish/prayer, we popped champagne. It was magical. They made the dress buying experience more than I ever thought it could be. On top of the experience they have a very large dress selection! I highly recommend every bride go to the Bridal Gallery. I had to come back just days before my wedding, anxiety stricken cause I lost weight and my girls were too small for the dress!!! They were so accommodating and nice, they fit me right in. Mariana was ready for me and even suggested taking it in in places I wouldnt dream had room. The dress fit like a perfect tight glove. I appreciate her utilizing the space she did cause it made the pictures and really gave me shape. She was soothing yet fun and truly has a gift. When I picked the dress up I was immediately greeted by Yram who already had the dress out and ready for me. This company has great vibrations and truly genuine nice people. Shea was AMAZING! I found “the one” there after trying on 6 or 7 dresses that didn’t give me “the feels.” I originally cast off a dress I really liked because it didn’t fit me during the try on, but Shea figured out that it wasn’t actually zipped down all the way and asked me to try it on. It ended up being the one! She was so helpful and really understood my vision for my dress. Also, the nicest person ever. I had another dress shopping appointment after, but they kept the dress out for me because they pretty much knew I’d be coming back for it. If I could give her 10 stars I would! Bridal Gallery of Orlando is amazing! I was kindly greeted as I walked in for my alterations appointment and taken up to meet with their seamstress Mariana. She is highly skilled and I know my dress is in great hands! Yram also came in to make sure everything was going smooth and complimented my dress and Mariana’s work. While I was scheduling my next appointment, I looked around and saw some customers trying on dresses, others browsing the store, all while staff helped them in dressing rooms and answering their questions at the racks - everyone looked happy, which was wonderful to see!

My experience at the Bridal Gallery was incredible! It was the first dress appointment I had, and Shea could not have been any better. Shea let me look through the dresses on my own first, which helped me relax and think about what I liked...and then after I tried on a few, she picked out a few more dresses for me. Although, I did not buy my dress here, I must say they have very gorgeous dresses and theres a huge selection to choose from! It was a very tough decision to make, because it boiled down to two dresses, one being from here. I still highly recommend this place.

Bridal Gallery was an absolutely amazing experience. Yram was very patient, provided great input and even came in on his day off to finalize my dress details with me. I couldn’t be happier and I would highly recommend Bridal Gallery to any bride.

I had SUCH a wonderful experience here! Yram helped a very discouraged bride (me) find the dress of her dreams in the very first one I tried on. Our subsequent visit with my mother and future MIL was just as wonderful.

After altering my bridesmaid dress with the wrong person, I came here for help since I bought the dress at the same store. Ellie was quick, efficient and super nice! She fixed my dress in a couple of days and I went back for something small and she was able to fix it in no more than 10 minutes! She’s amazing at what she does!

Absolutely love this place and 110% recommend it for all the future brides out there! Yram Rivera is the best stylist also--they were all great, but Yram was just so attentive and insightful that he actually picked out my dress for me based off my reactions to the dresses I chose for myself. Cannot speak highly enough of Bridal Gallery!

My experience was honestly amazing and so informative . People should really not discredit small business because Bridal gallery has a lot of beautiful options for woman of many sizes. My consultant, Yram, was very kind,honest,and a joy to be around. I did not select my dress that day but do plan on coming back once I am more clear on my vision for my wedding day! He knew what style would fit ME. What would compliment my figure compared to others. I have been to two shops before this one and just from the service my party had received made us want to buy a dress there! Yram was very personable and super friendly. Bridal Fashion Experts!!! Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and exhausting, after going to many bridal shops I felt discouraged that I wouldnt be able to find my dress. Bridal Gallery of Orlando absolutely changed that for me. Yram LISTENED to my concerns and was able to pick out exactly what I wanted. Within the 5 minutes, I had my dress! He is an expert in the business and I wouldnt recommend trusting anyone else. Bridal Gallery of Orlando is exactly where you need to go for the best bridal experience, and beautiful gowns!!!

They rushed my dress to arrive weeks earlier to accommodate the changes in plans due to my husband being in the military. They were an absolute God-send and I LOVED my wedding dress! ❤

From the moment I stepped into Bridal Gallery of Orlando I felt the magic! Yram was absolutely AMAZING! He picked specific gowns tailored to my vision and wedding description which were spot on every time. This was my first bridal dress shopping experience and I found the one! The attention to detail, positivity and professionalism was amazing. I cant say enough wonderful things about this shop and Yram! Thank you Bridal Gallery!!

I found my dress at a different shop that stated they werent able to get it so I called here and she got it in within a week. I told her what size the other shop stated I needed and gave her my measurements. She stated I didnt one that big and went down a size. I had a total of 3 fittings. Heres where the issues came about. I found out on my third fitting that yes, we should have gone with the original size as I needed the room in my hips because even with what was let out, it wasnt enough. My dress crawled up all night. After the ceremony we headed into the ballroom and went straight to our first dance. Well my bustle completely broke half way through the song and the nightmare began. I had 5 clear buttons but the string was a clear nylon thread. I spent a third of my reception time trying to do something with my train because it was very long. Finally had to take the loop on the underneath side and wrap it into the buttons and it looked ridiculous. My friend got married 2 weeks later and her bustle was clear buttons with a white string loop and it stayed all night with no issues. WHY WOULD YOU USE NYLON STRING? Even when my MOH hooked it up, she told me that it stretched out immediately and was hanging about 4 below the buttons. I paid for a bustle and it was done very incorrectly.

This bridal store deserves 10 stars!!!!!! Special shout out to yram and Shea! They made my experience the most magical experience I could ever imagine! They also weren’t pushy or rude. They were AMAZING! The alteration lady emi was a sweetheart as well! I truly believe the universe sent me to Bridal Gallery! I will NEVER forget my experience here. 10 out of 10 recommended this bridal store!

The Bridal Gallery is amazing! A pleasant experience from the minute you walk in, to the moment you leave. They are very customer service oriented and honest. Which I really appreciate, because when choosing a wedding dress the last thing I want is to be rushed and feel the need to hurry up and “say yes to the dress”. Yram made me feel like I had his undivided attention and my best interest at heart. He is truly talented in his work and such a lovely person! I did not end up finding “the” dress at this establishment, but I WISH I would have! Job well done at Bridal Gallery of Orlando, hard to top an experience like that! Keep it up!

Poor customer service 😢I been there aroun 10 minutes after 30 minutes driving and nobody say hello at least. I saw the dress I want, but nobody helped me!

I had the most amazing experience trying on and picking my wedding dress at Bridal Gallery! Yram was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. After a few rough experiences at other local stores, I went into Bridal Gallery on my own to stop. Yram was patient and provided great feedback as I tried on a variety of different styles until I finally found the one! I can’t wait to pick it up in a few months.

I tried on wedding dresses here and picked out my bridesmaid dresses from here, and I cannot speak more highly enough of this place and specifically Yram. He’s phenomenal and makes you feel so special throughout the whole process. Request him and you will not be disappointed!!

Because people don’t read entire reviews I’ll say it right off...IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR WEDDING GOWN AND WANT THE BEST TREATMENT IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE, GO TO BRIDAL GALLERY ORLANDO!!!!!!!!!I was anxious and worried I would not find the right dress for my destination wedding that is in 3 months. I showed up to Bridal Gallery and immediately knew I would be treated with the utmost respect as I could tell that everyone was spending adequate time with each client as I watched from a distance. When it came time for me to start trying on gowns, my consultant Yram was impeccable! He listened without us even knowing. He would pull gowns while my mom, future mother in law and myself were discussing what we did or didn’t like about the current gown and next thing I know, he has picked the absolute perfect gown for my wedding! It was the very last one I tried on but we all agreed it was just breathtaking and would fit my ceremony. Without rambling on and on like I surely could, long story short...GO HERE FOR YOUR WEDDING GOWN! Amazing!

Chey gave us amazing service! This was the first store I visited, and she really helped me develop my vision and realize the look I really wanted. Although I did not end up buying my dress from Bridal Gallery, I would highly recommend putting Bridal Gallery on your list of stops! The staff was so caring and considerate. I would 100% recommend Bridal Gallery for any bride looking for her perfect dress. The store is organized by style, making it easy to find exactly what youre looking for and the stylists are OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing. We were in last weekend for my best friends wedding and Yram was our stylist, he was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, he styled the brides hair so she could really visualize herself in a dress, he was patient when she wasnt sure what style she wanted - I cant say enough good things. We went to a few other stores after to continue our search, but none of them came close to the experience we had at the Bridal Gallery.

This place was absolutely AMAZING! We had the pleasure of working with Yram and he was so incredibly helpful with picking out my perfect dress. I had gone to a few other places before this one, and this place by far had everything running much more smoothly. He talked with my about my fiancé and vision for my wedding/dress and picked out some amazing options. He even let me pick some out to try on! (The other places didn’t) He also put my hair in a cute updo with a veil to give me a better glimpse into my day. I would 10/10 recommend coming here for your dress!
