I loved my experience! I went through soooo many boutiques and no one treated me as good as they did! All previous boutiques called me “fat” and rent-a-gown DIDNT they focused on my curves and made sure I felt comfortable in my dress that is in my budget. I would recommend them 1000000000000 times. Very good customer service and very beautiful dresses. I can’t thank them enough for fitting me in last minute because thanks to them I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! Pilar and Manuela were so Wonderful and attentive to all of my wants and needs for my soon to be wedding dress. I had been to a previous shop before but once I put on my dress I couldnt help but say yes to the dress. All my moms were teary eyed. It all worked out perfectly for my style I wanted and the price range I was looking for.

No doubt they have beautiful dresses. But they are overrated, very expensive and their return and refund policy is a rip off.Stay away if you are not sure, because if you change your mind after you reserve, your money is lost. The rent value is almost the half of price value tagged on the gown and they require 50% in advance for rental. So... if you wanna try to work things out for a refund before even get the gowns, thats a dead end road with this people, so rude and ridiculous. Just lost $600 bye bye.Total rip off. Stay away!!

Pilar and Manuela were amazing. Today was such a important day for my family member picking her wedding dress out. We went to a previous bridal dress shop prior to our appointment here. And Pilar picked out 3 gorgeous and simple but classy and elegant gowns that were exactly what my cousin wanted. Everyone in the shop was so sweet and attentive to all of the details that we liked most about the dresses. We had a idea of what we wanted and Pilar did not disappoint! I came not knowing what to expect and feeling very depressed about my original wedding dress not fitting anymore. I was blown away by the owners warmth and professionalism. The store is so cute and there are a wide variety of dress styles to choose from. I tried on 3 dresses, but I had already known the 1st dress was THE dress. I looked beautiful and felt like a bride for the first time. My husband loved my dress and cried when he saw me on our wedding day: said I looked so beautiful! I recommend this store 100 times over!

Maria was amazing!!! My daughter found this little gem and we showed up to look for her Quince dress. We did not have an appointment (my fault for not checking) I called to make an appointment and told her I was in the parking lot. She had no appointments until another half hour and we were able to go in. My daughter instantly saw her dream dress she envisioned. Maria also showed her another dress that was just as beautiful. Down side is... they were both so beautiful and exactly what she wanted that it was such a hard decision for her to choose 😊 Maria knew her size without measuring. I also purchased the crinoline which was perfect for me (one stop shop) My daughter is so in love with her dress and wants to put it on ALL the time!!!! Friendly service, Friendly staff, Knowledgeable, & just overall great service. I didnt get the service I was anticipating and felt less important than the rest of the customers in the store. The store is very beautiful and the dresses are gorgeous however the assistance to help stopped after we requested to try on dresses vs picking them out of the catalog.

She is from Kleinfeld, designs her own dresses, and has been in the wedding industry for 20 plus years so she just really knows her stuff. We are in the process of renting a dress for my daughter’s 15th birthday and we decided to use rent to get on boutique to help us save a little bit of money so we didn’t have to purchase an expensive gown. Maria was wonderful and helped us pick out the perfect gown for my daughters quincenera. We are very happy with the price and the gown is absolutely gorgeous and Maria was sweet as can be.
