TOTAL KITCHEN REMODEL: S&W Kitchens team of James, Aniko, Robert, and all the sub-contractors, gutted and completely remodeled our kitchen in Celebration, FL. They worked with us from design and planning through demo and rebuilding. Great care was taken with each step of the process and they helped us to make several changes when issues arose from the original plan. I cannot recommend them enough. I have lived in many homes in several states and have lived through many remodeling projects, and I can say they were among the best! If you have a major project for your home, and you need help from soup to nuts -- a turn-key situation -- S&W Kitchens is the way to go. We are considering a total remodel of the master bathroom in the future and we will definitely use them.

We contracted S&W Kitchens to do our kitchen remodel and we are super happy with their work. Kristin Rutkowski was our designer. She presented to us great choices for countertops, backsplash, and fixtures that worked well together and were stylish. Pete Coffman, our project superintendent, was always on top of every detail and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. The workers were reliable, knowledgeable of their craft, polite, and took pride in their work. We are so glad S&W did our kitchen and we highly recommend them!

We chose S&W Kitchens for our home remodel because we had seen images of their work and felt that their multiple years in business spoke volumes.We were paired up with James and Anika for working through the design process. I can tell you without a doubt that James is extremely patient as we changed the design a few times before we signed and moved forward.Once we got started we were introduced to Robert who managed the project workflow from beginning to end. He has even been responsive post completion of the remodel to fix some small issues with lighting.Every project of any scale has its ups and downs but what impressed us the most was their willingness to take care of every concern no questions asked. We even complained about how the water, when it hit the sink, caused a splash and they found us a new sink, broke out the old sink and put in the new one. No extra charge.For us, it’s this kind of flexibility and partnership that made working with James, Aniko and Robert worth every penny.We look forward to working with James and team on our next project soon.

Rick was incredibly professional, courteous, and flexible with his schedule to accommodate my design estimate. If youre in the market for a custom kitchen and budget is not a factor, this is your company. My estimate came out to $1,400-$2,125 per linear foot so S&W did not have a cabinet line that would work for me and my budget.

They are excellent in collecting money and not deliver. I had my kitchen remodeled and my project that was supposed to take 12 to 13 weeks to complete, took a year to be completed. Their original designer left them, and the new designer was blaming him for the design mistakes which delayed the installation. We later found out the new designer assigned to us was inexperienced and did not really know what she was doing. The company uses a limited number of subcontractors and assigns a project foreman to each project who is supposed to schedule the subcontractors. However, the foreman has not been trained as scheduler and does not use any scheduling tool therefore has a very hard time to find the right contractor for the project. As a result, he often sends the wrong people on the job and cause delay. For the prices that they charge the customers they should be able to hire a trained experienced scheduler to plan their projects. I am sure if I had used Home Depot I would have had a better service at half the price.

After sourcing through numerous companies I decided to go with S and W based soleLy On the numerous encounters I had with Roisin. I can’t say enough about our designer Roisin Wong, she was very patient, compassionate, & her design skills proved to be quite awesome. The job took longer then what was initially stated by S and W however, we were very pleased. I think they can do a better job hiring their subcontractors, the guys who installed our backsplash did a sloppy job and the guy who oversees the project at times, I felt like he was working for the subcontractors and not in our best interest. One again, Roisin was our saving grace. Pulling 💯 % for her clients. Very much appreciated. I would still recommend them for the job, although somewhat pricey but they operate like an A class business and I’ve learned you get what you pay for.
