I put a $500 deposit down for exhausts. After 3 months of waiting and being told that the wholesaler keeps telling him they will be back in stock in “two weeks” I told the owner (Carlos) to just give me the money back. Carlos assured me that he would send the money back. I’ve tried contacting him multiple times and he has not sent me the money or responded to calls or texts. It’s been 6 months since I put the deposit. On my previous vehicle I had them install HID lights and they burnt out at least once a year for the 4 years I owned the truck. Don’t waste your time doing business here.

After a month of running all over town and several awful dealerships trying to get my one hid headlight fixed, I found this place. I called on a Wednesday and got in Friday morning. They completed it for $120 less than the dealership and did both headlights! They even warranties their work for a year! I cannot be happier with this place! If you have lighting issues go here first!

Im the type that does intensive homework before spending money, so I called about 8 other custom shops in Orlando and read tons of reviews and I am so happy I went with HID Pro... Honestly, the work could have been done anywhere and I would probably have very similar results, the biggest difference to me was #1- they are very fair and have competitive prices, cheaper by over $100 from most other shops! #2 -and most important to me- is their customer service! Carlos allowed me to ask several questions, went over different options with me and knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish. Ernie who did the install was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the results! I will be recommending them to all my friends and family in the future and Im definitely a customer for life!

I was just there 2hrs ago, Im really happy I got referred to this place and that I decided to go, really good vibes an really honest an upfront thats how I like business to be very professional and will be going back, they said there like family there and I could feel that, the work I got done was 2 HID low beams Ill post pictures later.

Customer service and quality nightmare. I trusted HID pro with a retrofit of my stock headlights. They opened up the headlight, painted the inside, installed halos, and demon eyes. After receiving the car, I experienced months of electrical issues with the halos and demon eyes which i later found out that the wires were connected with crimps that let all sorts of corrosion in or road vibrations to easily jostle loose. After demanding the wiring be redone with proper solder joints and shrink wrap the headlights began to function properly; although, the glue holding them int he housing began to decay. I had to argue with management to get them to reinstall the halo (which they did) although a few months later the halo showed signs of coming apart again. The issue is, every time they reopen the headlight more dust intrusion was allowed in and became visible throughout, not to mention the tech had burned through the clear plastic housing on the headlight while trying to sand down dust that was most likely on the inside of the housing. Im thankful I no longer have the vehicle or need to rely on them for future repairs. I would never trust HID pro with a high end vehicle or custom work as they cut corners with cheap materials or techniques to probably scrape higher profit margins. The only reason im willing to rate HID pro w/ 2 stars is because A) not many companies will take on this work and B) they are willing to rework your car (although they miss the point of how inconvenient each trip for the customer really is)

One of the worst places I have ever been to. I would HONESTLY stay clear of this place!! I have bought 2 sets of LED headlights from these people. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and worst customer service, strike that no customer service at all.The first time I bought the set for my car I dealt with some guy with tattoos who was bigger set, I think his name was Billie or Bill. I tried to put the headlights on my car I purchased not knowing what I was doing. I asked for a little bit of help or if I was doing it right. The guy said I cant touch it without charging you. I asked why and that I wasnt asking you to install it, I just needed advice. Some other guy came out and he was surprisingly nice. He used to work at Kia me and we had a good conversation. He ended up helping me instead of the other guy. They looked great!The second time I bought another set just recently 2 weeks ago. Bill was at the counter and said he was a product expert but did not know if the product he claimed to know so much about would be suitable for my car. He said that it would be easier for him to tell if the car was there and he could look at it. I had put them on my car and they didnt look right. So I had to leave my job early after working for this product expert to help with the installation. He was preoccupied with a personal conversation he was having with a girl (NOT the customer standing in front of him) so I had to wait until he was done. After I asked him to take a look, he told me that he couldnt touch the car without charging me which was the only reason I came back. I tried to do it myself but it was difficult. I dont have much experience with installations especially when its dark and raining. I went back in to ask how much the charge would be so that they could be installed properly. His reply - Im not touching your car. I ended up returning the lights because they would not have been installed properly and after the whole experience, I didnt want to have any affiliation with the people or this company.This company will not hesitate to take your money but when it comes to any sort of customer service or assistance, they will make any excuse possible to avoid it. They are unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

I had a Viper SmartStart alarm installed 2 years ago. It cost me a little more than $600. 2 years later SmartStart stopped working, long story short, HID Pro charged me for a 5x10 security system but installed an old 4x10 system which is no longer supported by Viper. This led to having to purchase a brand new system which cost another $600+. Obviously this time around installed by another shop.Also, at the time the shock sensor wasnt sensitive enough, it took quite a strong bump to make the alarm go off. I asked HID Pro to make it more sensitive and it turned out they were pretending they were changing the sensitivity on it. The guy kept acting that with a handheld like computer he was able to change it... no, the knob that determines the sensitivity can only be accessed physically with a flat screwdriver. They just were too lazy to remove the cars panels to access the shock sensor.On top of all this, for whatever reason when they installed my alarm, they disconnected the wiring for the AFR gauge... what for? My mechanic had to get in there and fix it.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, theyre completely dishonest and lazy. Even the new shop I went to showed me the wiring was a mess.

The owner Carlos was super easy to work with, very accommodating, and delivered my car on time. They even detailed my car for free when finished. From Sound Systems to Window Tint, there is no better custom audio shop in Orlando. Simply the best Rim prices and the best Window Tint shop around.

I just took a visit there on 3/18 to get a quote for an install, and the guy that helped me quoted me the price and he told me everything that I needed to know about what they can and/or can not do. He was very honest about everything and treated me like a real person and not just a number. I only gave Three stars because I have not done the install yet so I will do another review after the install. But so far, I am satisfied with the info that I have gotten. IF I give a five star, I just might go back for the sound system. Impress me H.I.D.!!Update 4/23/15: I ended up not getting what I wanted installed because according to them, I had ordered the wrong part and that they would not be able to do the install. (Why didnt they look at what I ordered before making the appointment???) At the same time, I understand that it wasnt a product that they sell but whatever.. So instead I went to Best Buy to do the install and the guy was able to install what I wanted VERY LITTLE problems. Now when it comes to the overall service I got from H.I.D. Pro, I give them a 4.5/5 stars. I was still treated with respect and for that I am happy.

This was my first experience at HID pro and I was very pleased. These guys are providing fast, quality service at a great price. When I was less than ecstatic about my choice of headlight color, they offered to switch out the headlight again without charging me. They do have other services that are advertised as well.

H.I.D PRO were excellent!. They did a fantastic and professional job with my two 2012 KIA cars. Their service was professional. They asked to inspect the cars before and after the HID installation. In fact, one of my fog lights was blue instead of white. They took their time to make sure the car had the same color in the headlights as well as the fog lights. The front desk has good knowledge about what look good in the car.After they finished, I did a thorough inspection and did not see scratches or cables. Everything is looking great and professional. Their warranties are very good, 18 months for some elements and 3 years for others. Thumbs up.

Good place to get professional sound systems installed. Also they install all kinds of vanity lights both outside and inside the vehicle. Plus other electronic monitoring systems. I highly recommend them if you are looking for those things. They also do window tinting.

Went in to order rims a few months ago, they werent able to order the first couple of styles I picked. I decided to go with whatever they could order me. It took them 4 hours to install the wheels. They never gave me back my original BMW lugs and they had to order me 2 lugs because they ran short on the ones that were supposedly missing from the new wheels I ordered. I had to keep calling to remind them to order the lugs, I finally decided to put the lugs on that took over a week to order, and they didnt fit. I went to look for the center caps from my original BMW wheels, I go through all 4 boxes only to find out they never put my center caps back in the box either. I could not have been an easier customer, I would not recommend them for any services.

Alan PJust had HID Pro upgrade the stereo system in my boat by adding a 12” subwoofer, amp, remote control in the back of the boat, adding additional electronics and improving the over all appearance of the dash. All work exceeded my expectations and was installed in timely manner at a reasonable price. What a pleasure working with such a professional group. You really should check them out.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I have been coming to HID PRO since 2010 and the reason I keep coming back is because of their customer service. Ive had 4 cars since 2010 and each of em I brought to HID PRO for HIDs or fog lights. To be honest Ive had to inquire maybe 3x since 2010 about warranty claim. They offer a 12 month guarantee on HIDs (I believe) and a lot of times theyll cover if its not too far out of the warranty period. I am a customer for life because of guys like Carlos (I believe he is the owner). I am always recommending my friends and family to HID PRO. You guys provide exceptional service and product, thank you!!

Simple install of HID after a month found out they drilled holes in my reservoir tank, headlight housing also tabs for my engine cover removed and not replaced. When I went back for repair no solution given even with the hole in my tank.

Took car in for headlight so i thought but ended up being something wrong with some led box for my headlights. The tech showed me b4 and after he fixed it and service was very quick and cheaper then what i thoght it would cost. Will use them again.

I actually never herd about HID pros until a friend of mine told me about them.let me start by saying that the minute I walked in Jose was very helpful in giving me the excat HID kit for my car.for the price and service all well worth it! And the movie was amazing,even tho I didnt get to finish it but it was good for the time I was waiting while my lights were being installed.they did not take long at all.these guys were absolutely great! They guy that installed my lights,he was really cool and gave me some really good information about my headlights thank you.i will definitely be coming back to HID Pros thats for sure.Thank you Jose and your team for a great service.

The HID team performed an outstanding job installing the 6000K HID kits for the low beams and fog lamps of my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. They completed a very organized and clean job, plus they gave me recommendations and explanations for the work that took place. To be honest there was a couple of mistakes but being human no one is perfect but I addressed them about it and they fixed it perfectly and then some. My first experience was amazing. My lights are still shining bright after several years. The price was very reasonable as well. However, now they REALLY need to get their schedule sorted out. They are unsure whether or not they can take customers and are booked for at least 2 weeks. The parking lot is very small. I think your business needs an expansion/upgrade/ 2nd location

This is my second time getting my windows tinted and the third time dealing with HID PRO! Every time has been easy breezy and they have always done great work! I always communicate with them through Facebook messenger and Everytime they have given me speedy responses and answered every question I had!! When it was time to get my windows done on a new car I bought, they were the first ones I thought of!!

My wife and I had hid pro install hid low beams and some led bulbs in our 2015 4runner. After 1 year a bulb burned out. We made a appointment to have it checked out. 15 min later we were on our way with no charge. Great service and they actually honor the warranty.

HID Pro has some of the best service and best produce in the car upgrade business. I used to go there when I lived in Orlando and since I moved to Tampa I still go there because they are by far the most affordable and dependable shop anywhere on the I4 corridor. I highly recommend them and their new shop is very nice.

I spent over 1000 dollars to install HID projectors on high beam, low beam, led stripes and also HID fog lights on my 2015 Camaro. It looks great when it works but I have had to take it back 5 times in 9 months to fix one issue and than another. I currently have it at the shop to fix yet another projector that wont turn on. I really hope this is the last time I have to take it there for warranty repair

Took my wheels to get powder Coated, took them 3 1/2 weeks to do them, and they did a very very poor job. So now I need to kind a professional powder coating shop to get them redone.

Bought an HID kit here, super cheap prices, installation was really quick and friendly staff, except for the lady at the front counter, she sounds try wearing a smile sometimes since shes literally the first person you see when coming in. I drive a 2005 scion tc and Eric was able to help me out with my 8000k HID lights that I purchased... I found them through Google and let me tell you there reputation upholds, as soon as I walked in i was greeted and helped by Jose. Prices are very reasonable and I come from broward county where the swap shop is king lol. I got both lights done for under 70 bucks. It was quite busy so I expected the wait and they had a movie playing for everyone to watch. I was in and out within an hour and a half. Will be bringing my other car in 🖒🖒

This is HANDS DOWN the best shop in Orlando. I have taken two of my cars there for everything from tinting to lights to full headlight conversions. The staff makes you feel like you are family and does the best quality work you could ask for. I would and do recommend HID Pro to everyone.

I got my headlight kit upgraded from halogen to the HID kit (35w DC Ballast/6000K bulb) last year on my 04 Maxima back in August after one of my headlights blew out. I made an online appt. then called them. They were very knowledgeable! I loved the brighter, more white-blue lights! They seemed to offer the best price after researching on the web! I havent had any issues with the headlights. I also got the headlight restoration done too. I really enjoyed the service, the guys were cool and offered other suggestions for my car. Although, my fog lights were out and in the same housing, I wouldve gotten those done too if I realized that before-hand. I was told after the fact, and its best to drop my cars bumper to replace the headlights. So, they said I could get it done next time I had a service done. Now, I just made an appointment for my blinker that has went out and hope to finally get the fog lights replaced! Sarah provided great customer service via the phone. The lights on our truck were dull and dim. We had trouble seeing the road at night. We recently switched out the headlights and fog lights and couldnt be more pleased. I am grateful Jose and the team did such a fine job to add the Halo LED Colored Rings, Bi-Xenon Projector Headlights, lighting for my grill and hood scoop, finishing it all off with LED break lights and reverse and break light strip. Called HID Pro almost in a panic over my 2006 Z4 headlight wiring issue. Sarah immediately understood the problem and assured me HID Pro had a solution. I was given a quote for a rewire along with HID installs for low beams and fog lights that I thought was very fair. When I asked about converting the high beams she guided me away from that due to known issues! Now that is excellent customer service. Made my appointment and got the car back in 24 hours.
