Nice people here but WOW do they need help or customer service training. Waited 10 min for guy to get info from car in front of me, I’m the 2nd car. Ok guy finished goes inside for 17 min, I go inside to make sure there’s no problem like maybe employees not showing up. Guy communicates he’s just helping customer (which yes he was at register with lady helping a customer). Comes out in 7 min has problems with getting my information on hand held device this takes 10 min…only to tell me they don’t have the synthetic oil I would have to purchase the more expensive oil 😳🙄. Good service experience is extinct, gone!!!

Got my oil changed, didnt take long at all. The Associates are friendly then most auto care centers. Mayra is the best. Anybody knows no matter where you go you will have to wait your turn. Thanks for all your hard work Mayra and Chris, William Leo, Valentin, Ricardo, and Cristian. You guys rock!!!!

I waited in line in my car for over 20 minutes on a Saturday morning to be even acknowledged. There were about 5 or 6 cars in front of me. No attendant came out for the first 10 minutes..... after seeing how slowly things were moving, I decided to leave. My time is valuable to me.

I arrived at 1045am for my 1100am appointment. Walked inside and only waited about 10 mins to be served. Meanwhile there was an angry customer complaining to the assistant manager. Myra (sorry if misspelled) had checked me in and walked out with me to my car to get the vehicle information. As we walked back in, a different customer abruptly asked why is he first? Myra informed her, I had an appointment. My car was in the bay less than 10 mins. Luis changed four tires quickly. During that time the same customer was inside... still complaining about being there for two hours. My car was done by 1215. All I can say is... be sure to make an appointment.Thank you, William for helping me select the correct yokohama tires.Eric

I went for an oil change, received a call saying they did not carry my oil but that they could add it to my order as they sold it in the store. When I come back to pick up my car, they tell me they used the WRONG type of oil. I have a hybrid car that requires certain viscosity.Didnt make sense to even complain as the damage was already done. I wont be coming back.

This location constantly opens a half hour or more late. Once they open check in takes 10 minutes per car. The employees seem to have an I dont care attitude. Unless you have time to kill stay away from this auto center

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!!!!!I took daughters car on January 11, 2019 to have the tires rotated at the Walmart store on 11930 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL, 32827. My daughters car is a very well-kept 2013 beetle, the tires are relatively new and have 6,000 miles on them. Having a background in mechanic, and being a car enthusiast, I take extreme care of all my cars. So I dropped the car off around 4:30 PM, gave them my number, and they told me to come back two and a half hours later.So I came back at 7 PM and to my surprise, they did not rotate the tires. They said they tried to call me several times, but they probably wrote the wrong number down, so they couldnt talk to me. So the mechanic comes out and tells me that both my back tires were damaged because my suspension was bad, and that he couldnt rotate the tires.He asked me to rub my hand on the tires to feel the damage, and it was perfectly fine. End of story, they either did not work on a Friday night, or they were trying to scam me into buying new tires to replace perfectly good ones.PS. I took my car to the dealership on Saturday and asked them to inspect the tires and the suspension. They did and they found nothing wrong with it and rotated the tires for me. The car is running perfectly.This is not the first time that I go through something similar at this store.

Ordered 2 tires at the store and made an appointment to have the tires installed several days later. Came in for the appointment and had to wait about 10 minutes to be served. They took the car and said it’d be ready in 30 minutes. I waited. 50 minutes later they said the tires ordered were never delivered. Made an appointment several days later and was not even spoken to by an associate for 15 minutes after my appointment (20 minutes total). Then they said they couldn’t find the order or the tires for another 15 minutes. When that was straightened out I shopped a little and afterwards waited in automotive. At 50 minutes since leaving the car (1:20 after my appointment) I inquired about the status as the wheels were off my car and I didn’t see anyone working in any of the 3 bays. Upon making inquiry the clerk didn’t have information for me even after pointing out my car was the 2nd of 2 in the bays- so it should be easy for her to find out. The clerk did come back minutes later just to tell me 20 minutes to go. That was 10 minutes ago and it does appear tires are being put on now. I’ll certainly be checking to make sure the install was done properly before leaving, but I have serious doubts. Another customer was here earlier screaming about how she left he car for 4 hours and was told her tires were fine, but there had been a large hole in the sidewall.

Yesterday I when to change my Honda for the first time and I clearly asked for penn oil and gets what they did whatever they want. They put Castro’s instead. Customer service, attention to details and professionalism is not a priority in this Lakenona Walmart auto service shop. People wake up and smell the coffee.

This oil change shop really lacks customer service consistently and there are far better garages on Narcoossee. They are high volume and dont need your business and thats exactly how they make you feel. Most recently the service rep (name was Harrietta) did everything in her power to not acknowledge my presence for over ten min before finally asking what services I wanted that day. On more than two occasions, I have waited over 45 min for service only to find out they are closing and I need to come back to following day. The staff is consistently unapologetic and rude. Customer service and retail jobs are not easy and I normally want to give the benefit of the doubt, but I see no reason to return here especially when so many competitors do a much better job.

I will never use this place again. The service manager Valentine is a total PIG. I called and they told me to bring my car in to install some new tires. When I get there he’s saying that he never told anyone to come and he’s not taking anymore tires. After a long time of another service employee trying to reason with him he said he will take the car. She asked him where should I park. He said he didn’t care and told me I would have to wait hours. Since I really needed my tires put in I waited. If I didn’t I would never have used this place. I will never be back. This manager is inconsiderate and ignorant.

I had one tire installed onto my rim, I purchased the tire online. The Auto Center staff at my local Walmart did so with a smile. I highly recommend them to anyone doing something similar! 😃 😃 😃

I was the first in line this morning at 6:30am. At 9am they still hadn’t finished. They told me that they no longer drain the oil but pump it out. They said it was because they have been sued so many times. After two hours of pumping they still didn’t get it out. I finally had to demand that they stop, put oil back in and let me go to a real auto place. They said they would only charge me for the oil filter. I was so mad I just wanted to leave. When I looked at my receipt they charged me full price. Total waste of time.

Terrible! If you are booked for the day three hours before closing time, why not inform customers instead of having them wait for nothing? At least have the decency of putting up a note or someone to attend potential customers. 👎👎👎👎👎

I took a second car with the tire off my other car here to get a tire patched, for a small piece of metal, tire was completely flat and obviously looked weird because of that. They refused to be able to patch it. They also told me a tiny second scratch was also losing me air. The manager came over and looked at it from a solid 2 meters away and told the employees something only in Spanish (entire interaction had been in English so far) and then walked away. They told me I would need an entire new tire and that they don’t stock the kind I had and I would need to order them (Pilot Super Sports, and this is completely understandable). They said the tire had a bubble which it obviously did not. And that it was uneven from side to side. I’m away from home and I’ve been working on cars since I was 14 so it was pretty rude that they kept insisting it was after I had told them it was not. So I left and took it to Tire KingdomOddly enough tire kingdom had no problem patching it and I had them inspect it for damage or odd wear and they found none. Tire has been completely fine so far and not lost any air.

Do not go here. They do not do good work and they will lie to you. Firstly, they didn’t rotate my tires nor let me know they did not rotate them even though I asked. Secondly, they said they checked my turn signals which is a lie because I have one out. They are sloppy and untruthful. They lost both me and my husband as customers.

I went to this auto center because I had a bolt/screw in my tire. They fixed the tire and I ended up getting the front 2 replaced. However, when I picked the car up, I could then hear a click noise when I turned my wheel from left to right. This noise was not present at all prior to receiving new tires. I took the car back to them and they agreed they could hear the clock but that it had nothing to do with the tires. In essence they did not want to take the blame. Now, I have to take my car to the mechanic to get it assessed. I’m so disappointed. There was nothing wrong with my car- all I needed was a freaking tired and now I have to pay even more money. I’m disappointed and they will be hearing from me again once I get the report from the mechanic. I will NEVER again give them my money to do something as small as new tires. I should have went with my gut and gone to tires plus. I agree with the other reviews, these folks are slow as snails. They don’t move with a sense of urgency when checking you in and I literally leave my car there all day for an oil change. But never again.

Took my wife’s car in and it took them 6 hours to complete an oil change. I decided to bring my car in first thing in the morning the next day (I figured they had a bad day the day before). There was one employee (manager) that was going around like his head cut off for the first 20 minutes. Manager was trying to diagnose cars and sell tires while other customers just waited outside. After 20 minutes other employees started to trickle in. They all moved like sloths and could care less about the next person in line. At that time I understood why it took them nearly 6 hours to change our oil on our other car. Cars where already backing up early in the morning. I finally decided to drive off after 50 minutes of waiting to even get checked in... Can’t start your day or treat people like that, but they didn’t seem to care one bit.

ABOLUTE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. One star is generous. Took almost 5 hours to change a god damn tire out. They mounted my car up on the lift and once I saw it dismounted I asked about the progress and the customer service rep had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. After several hours in the parking lot I figured that the service was done, I went out to check and absolutely no change was made to my car!!! I asked about the tire and they practically just gave me an excuse as to why they hadn’t done anything and hurried my car back onto the lift out of panic- the tire swap took TEN MINUTES. I will NEVER come back. Absolute worst service i’ve ever received

The two girls working at the auto center should be fired!!! One gave me a bs with the time frame for install after that the other one told me that the tires I wanted weren’t available at the shop as they were special order... after being insistent and checking on the app I showed them that they did had the tires in stock... they finally agreed to sell me the tires only to tell me that they couldn’t install them as they were not factory recommended... I had different size tires installed on Walmart’s before and signed a waiver form... but she simply declined to do so... it’s absurd management should take care of this situation... you could see people and auto techs tension working with this girls...

Went in to change a tire that had an air bubble in it. As soon as I arrived I told the employee receiving the cars (Jessica) it needed to be replaced and to please had the guys inside check the rest of them to make sure there were no other issues and she said shed put a note in the system for them to do so. As soon as the tire was replaced I asked if the others were ok, they said they didnt check because that note was not placed. The employee went to personally check the rest of the tires to find out that another one had the same issue. Needless to say I had to wait another hour for the car to be taken inside to get the other tire replaced. When I spoke to Jessica she wasnt even apologetic about it, just simply shrugged it off and walked away. The following day my tire gage went off again. I ended up taking the car to a local shop to get checked to be told that a third tire had a flat that obviously wasnt found when I went to Walmart. Horrible customer service, and even worse car service. Will never go there again, Id rather pay more money elsewhere and get better service and waste less of my time.

This walamrt auto zone is terrible. I’ve been twice and both encounters were the same. No one is outside to greet you so you sit out there until you realize that and come inside to hopefully find someone that can help you. I also purchased tires from wal mart with the road hazard. I came in to have a nail in my tire removed and patched and I cannot he found in their system and was not granted the road hazard I paid for. Last time I’ll ever use wal mart for auto services 👎🏼👎🏼

When you come to pick up the 4 tires you ordered and have them mounted on and ask the tech how long it will be and he only has one tire rotation and one tire fix before you and they have no idea. then they start to mention how much the company doesnt care about people so he dont care about people and he isnt going to kill himself here. Yeah.. says alot about an establishment. Took my tires to another place obviously the techs dont care about my safety.

They are a mess of service I got to change my battery in my car they gave me a time of 4 hours I stayed waiting at the place and after 4 hours I asked and they told me that they could not have my car for today that if I wanted tomorrow I think that it is the worst place to service your vehicle I would not recommend it to anyone!
