These guys lied to me to get me in the store. I had a car for sale on craigslist for $9750 and a sales guy calls me and tells me that my car is at a reasonable price and that theyll pay me cash for it, once I get there they check out my car for 10min with the manager and comes back in and offers me $5,000 for my car and then has the audacity to tell me hes not trying to offend me. Haha. Then he says highest he will go is $6500 when my car isl worth atleast $8300. These guys wasted my time and my gas for nothing. Liars. I will not deal with motor trend again. Horrible
Got one Star cause thats the lowest I could give. They sold us a vehicle, unknowingly charged us a few thousand extra then less than 2 months later it has major front end problems and is undrivable!!! They wont do anything to help!! 10/10 would stay far away!!!!!!!
Great place looked all of Tampabay dealerships for a work truck called spoke to Me Santos they didn’t have what I was looking for he said give him a day to research what I was looking for called me back and said he located Exactly what I was looking for at a local auction an offer to purchase it for me I agreed to the terms in the amount of the truck he had the truck within 48 hours for me I’m a happy customer thank you Motortrend of Orlando for going outside the box
Bad communication said they had a car in and arrived and they did not and tried to sell other cars.
Sales person said they had a vehicle in stock. Went down to buy it. It was a bait and switch, they did not have the vehicle. Wasted my time.

Never heard of this place before but I went by after getting a mailer to my house for a promotion thing. I’ve been trying to get an Altima since I had one as a rental. I got turned down everywhere and I can’t do 6k down. See a guy there name Moss. He helped, didn’t push me, and got me something affordable. He listens. Now I got my new Altima in Gray! I bought my second car at Orlando motor trend and it was a great experience. We didn’t really know what to expect when we arrived. It was the last of a few dealerships we had visited that day. We had a few rough experiences when we finally found our way to this dealership. Rafael was very kind and entertaining. Sammie, the manager, was very accommodating in our purchase. We got a beautiful read car but it only came with one key. They went out of their way to get in contact with the previous owner to get the second key for us. Anytime we had any questions you’re more than happy to answer and take their time. I would certainly buy another car from this dealership. Thanks a lot guys!

I visited this dealer on Sunday browsing for different options. I received a very good, polite, and friendly service. Do NOT buy from this dealership. They sold Wesley Chapel Nissan and they are cheating their customers out of money. They keeping customers GAP refunds. They owe me $650 GAP refund, the insurance company issued a check to Cecilia Coleman on 10/24/2019 that she cashed. Cecilia has stopped answering my emails and calls. Will be hiring an attorney and filing charges.
This dealership is huge! All cars are indoors for comfortable viewing. There are massage chairs to enjoy while you wait, friendly staff, waiting areas have giant HD TVs, and coffee area with snacks. Great place to shop for a car.

I purchased a car from a dealer in Wesley Chapel a year and a half ago that was owned by the current owner of Motor Trend. The dealership was sold about 6 months ago. When I bought the Nissan Rogue, it had 59,600 miles on it and was certified and was sold with a lifetime drivetrain warranty through EasyCare. At 92,000 miles the car started having transmission problems and the dealership in Gainesville said it needed a new transmission. I talked to the Wesley Chapel dealership and they referred me to Jay Rosario, the previous owner for resolution as the new owners did not offer EasyCare. I spoke with several people including Jay over the past month and have not gotten a resolution yet. EasyCare denied the claim because records did not show an engine air filter change at 60K and 90K miles. I did change the air filter myself when needed which was not reported from the dealer until about the 75K mile mark. So basically the lifetime warranty was void 2 weeks after we drive it off the lot due to no knowledge or fault of our own. You buy a certified car, everything should be good until the next oil change, not to mention that the engine air filter has absolutely nothing to do with the transmission. After a month of trying to get the people at Motor Trend to fix the car because it’s just the right thing to do, I get no answers or indicators that they will. Warning for all, if you do not get EVERY service done at a dealership and at the exact mileage it is due, your warranty will be invalidated.

Great way to start your business with a 1 star rating. If no stars was an option I would do it a thousand times over. The car sales industry is already an unregulated business that people see as un-trustworthy. They sent out mailers to all of Orlando and mine said I won a 70 inch TV. I called to confirm and they said to come on in and get it. I arrived with the mailer specifically stating I won and they said they could give me a $100 gift card and that the mailers were specifically designed to get me to come in (obviously... that’s why I called to confirm). So basically, an industry that is already un-trustworthy tricked me in there with the idea of getting a free TV. Tried to instead give me a $100 gift card and then figured I would trust them with the purchase of my car.

My overall experience was ok.I’ve been searching for a Ram 1500 ecodiesel for awhile and they happen to have one on the floor for a thousand dollars less than their competitors, so we decided to check it out.We were greeted by Our salesman, Moss.He’s nice enough, he seemed to be honest and I have to say he was willing to appease us in order to make the deal. He was not able to decrease price from internet price.Buying the truck was quick and easy since I came with my own financing. I wasn’t pressured into any extra warranty or anything as such.After I purchased the vehicle, the engine light came on after the second day of ownership. I called the dealership and they said bring it in.I did so and after waiting for 3 hours in the lobby, they told me a part was needed and to come back next week. I came back a week later and the truck was supposed to be fixed. Drove off the lot and engine light came on again.Brought it back. They took it away but brought in back in 30 minutes and said it was done. Drove off and the light came on AGAIN.This time I kept driving and took it to the RAM dealership and they fixed everything under the previous warranty. They replaced the same part the other dealership was supposed to fix and my truck needed 3 updates and 1 recall.During the whole time I was trying to fix my truck, I felt it was hard to get a hold of the GM.Either he was in a meeting or busy. The sales man, Moss, did return my texts, but I felt like it was a little delayed. Barry, from Service, returned my call right away. I felt like he was very responsive.I would recommend getting a quote from a online 3rd party app, like CarGurus.I would also recommend getting your own financing.I also would recommend you taking the car/truck to the dealership for a quick diagnostic before buying.I definitely don’t regret my purchase. I just wish they would follow up with their buyers. That would have made a world of difference.

I bought a 2016 Nissan Altima from MotorTrend of Orlando and i freaking loved the experience. It was a divine experience from beginning to end and i LOVE my new car. I even have a motortrend certified lifetime warranty that I did not expect to get but apparently it is given with EVERY motortrend certified purchase!!! I got my Altima just after coming out of a bankruptcy. I cant stress enough how thankful I am for motortrend at giving me a second chance!
