This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I called ahead to make sure the car was available since I was an hour away. I spoke with Daryl and it was no nonsense from beginning to end. He explained to me the price is the price, the dealer fee is the dealer fee and if that works for you come test drive the car and if it doesnt dont waste your time. The vehicle was represented well on line, no surprises. The numbers were exactly what he said they would be, no surprises. The paperwork took less than 15 minutes and I was out the door.

I had been looking for a truck for over a month... It took me a while to finally be able to see it due to our schedules conflicts and unfortunately it was late on a weekday and Ron was kind enough to stay late for me. We were able to work out a deal and now I am a proud truck owner! Ron was awesome and very responsive.Edit...this was 5 start but I’m changing it due to the after care of their customers.On their ad they stated the vehicle had a $1,500 service. I requested that paperwork for my records and to take to our local dealership for an oil leak. After requested the records 3 times, Ron stated the previous owned claimed to have the service done... but they have no records. Service after the purchase is nonexistent. If you buy a vehicle from there I hope you don’t need anything after the fact. Thank goodness it was covered my Ford. I will not buy from them again. High end truck with low end service.There are just here for the sale.

This scam organization called to pressure me. When I told them I was in another city 2 hours away, they reaponded with we only deal with serious customers that are ready to buy. Then the owner displayed his lack of intelligence by revealing the $8k car they were trying to pressure me into buying was only valued at $5k. Then when he realized his mistake. he tried to belittle me for buying a $5k car, lol.

So me and my girl made a purchase from this place. I thought it was weird that they were very persistent about writing a good review before we were done with paper work. The vehicle has been nothing but problems and the extended warranty didn’t even cover the towing from were it left us stranded. Tried to call auto source several times and when they did pick up phone they truly didn’t care SO BEEARE!!!!!!!

Found the car on car gurus called and it was available. Went to the establishment and we had the pleasure of dealing with Garvin really friendly easy going guy took our ID and let us test drive the car. Afterwards we agreed to go theough with the purchase. the entire process took about 1 hour straight to the point and easy to work with on the payments no extra charges or fees were added on he gave us the option and we declined and he moved forward vs some dealers pushing the issue. will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and to quote Garvin “were honest people we understand so we don’t wanna make it harder on anyone who doesn’t really know what to look for when buying a car”Side note: establishment is very clean which is always a plus.

HORRIBLE!! Paid $3000 and the following day the car completely broke down. Took to repair shop and have over $3000 in critical repairs to make it safe and get it running. Owners not willing to make this right. Is it an unreasonable expectation of a buyer to purchase a vehicle for $3000 and then expect it to run? How is this even questionable by any law or contract? Filed BBB complaint and more. We want our hard earned money back and will have the vehicle towed back to dealership. Owner will NOT do the right thing and belittled me on the phone! Out $3000 and stuck with a vehicle that doesnt run. Devastated.

I found a car that I was interested in buying. I sent in a request. Heidi was the first one to respond it was on Saturday. I requested come and see it. She advised wanted to come in to see & test drive the car. She told me they were closed on Sunday. I told her I would be there on Monday when they opened. Then Ron reached out to me. I requested to come in on Monday. Both of them advised on Monday that the car was being inspected because they just got it in. That they would let me know when it was available. It has been 2 weeks I have written both of them numerous times to come in to see the car. I reached out to the 2 of them yesterday 7-28-2020. Today I received an email from Heidi stating that someone purchased the car while under inspection. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...... can you imagine what they would do once you buy the car. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. look someplace else

My first solo trade-in/purchase. It went smoothly from start to finish, Ron was great he took care of everything. I almost wondered if I was doing something wrong as everything went without a hiccup! Everyone was patient with explaining the process and in the end I got a great new to me vehicle.Edit: After having the vehicle for just a few months and with light use Ive already had to use an extended warranty Ive purchased to replace a cracked heater core. Leaking coolant into the cab ruined the carpets. The mechanic told me the tires had almost no tread which didnt make sense for the low mileage on the car either. And now something might be wrong with the transmission. There are a few more things but these are the biggest issues.

By far the worst auto dealership experience I have ever had in my lifetime and I have bought many cars. I saw this car on the internet while overseas and was put in touch with a salesman named Marvin. I asked him many questions about the car and specifically if the tires where new on the car. He wrote me back and told me the tires had 9/32 of tread and new tires had 10/32 of tread so that eased our worries about the tires. I have the texts written by Marvin.We took the car to a BMW dealership shortly after receiving it from Auto Source for a front brake problem and to our complete surprise they told us the front tires where in desperate need of replacing as the tread was almost gone. I then called The Auto Source and Marvin was not very nice to me when I asked to have the front tires replaced by them as they told me they were almost new when we bought the car.I called the manager, Darrell who told me he would see what he could do. Darrell told to us that he would replace the front tires if we went to a business he uses in Orlando which we agreed to. My wife took the car to this business in Orlando, they replaced the tires then told my wife we owe $400.00 for the new tires.We tried to reason with them and then they do this to us. I would recommend to everyone thinking about buying a car from The Auto Source in Orlando to take your business elsewhere if you want to deal with honest people.

We had the BEST car buying experience here! Garvin made purchasing our 2018 Chevy Colorado easier than I ever could have imagined. We had a 2002 Jeep Wrangler that we traded in and they gave us pretty much what we wanted for it. The are very fair with all their pricing! Garvin was SO nice and accommodating to our situation. Ron was an excellent salesman. After I first contacted him about a truck I was interested in that was not available yet, he contacted me every couple of days to keep me up to date. He did his best to answer questions I had and a few times did so on his off day or after hours. He did he best to accommodate our several attempts to fly down that did not happen due to weather. Once we arrived he made sure everything went smoothly.The auto source I would give a 4/5 stars. The truck was listed online several weeks before it made it to the lot. Once it arrived and we received a few pictures from Ron, we decided to put a deposit to hold the truck for an agreed upon price even though it had not finished mechanical inspection yet. A short time later we got a call saying that the truck was listed for too low and also had a few more mechanical problems than expected. The new list was a couple thousand more but they would let us purchase for just the agreed upon price plus additional repair costs. It could definitely have been an increase in repair cost but given that it was at the same time that the Auto Source realized they were selling well below market value then it seemed like it could be an effort to not lose as much profit.Overall I am satisfied with my purchase from the Auto Source.

I agreed to a SALES price for a vehicle with sales representative/agent Garvin. Garvin sent me the contract paperwork. The SALES price was $1,200 higher! Beware!I brought this up with Garvin. He agreed that the price was wrong and would send me the updated paperwork with the agreed upon sales price. Garvin responded to me later in the day that the owner Rob would NOT honor the agreed up sales price.I sent an email to Rob. I mentioned that I had a verbal agreement/contract with his sales agent/representative Garvin. I asked if he would please honor the agreement. He replied, in part, by stating, “Unfortunately, just like cars go down, they also go up.”Rob is probably going to respond to this feedback by stating that they put a new convertible roof on this vehicle. Be that as it may, they should have NEVER put that car on their website (with links from Car Gurus and Cars.com) IF IT WAS NOT READY AND AVAIALBLE. This was a classic Bait and Switch.My advice – make sure you have a signed contract and keys in hand before any funds are provided or transferred. A man/woman’s word should still mean something.
