Genuine Italian super sharp Cheese in Florida Originated in Italy established in 1900 . Grew up eating this delicious Italian Imported cheese. They have a creamery in Orlando and just one more reason I love Florida..You can get it fresher made right here and it tastes great . I’ll have to try their other cheeses . I found them at the Apopka Farmers Market every Thursday evening. If you have never had this cheese and you like cheese I’m certain you too will be a fan .. Red wine is best with this although beer works too or on Italian sour dough with olives and dip in olive oil and some balsamic vinegar.. enjoy ...

I tried a sample of the sheep cheese while at a Farmers Market in Palm Bay. Purchased a small wedge and now I’m totally addicted! Can’t wait to try more and hoping they will return to the Farmer Markets or I will ended up driving to them.
