As soon as my family and I walked into Champs we were pleasantly greeted by an associate by the name of Ashley. Ashley was super nice and helped us throughout our purchases. I was school shopping for my son and he left all the clothes and shoes we bought about $600 worth of stuff while he was looking for a hat he didn’t realize until we go home about 40 mins after only to drive back and luckily the attentive staff at champs noticed the bag was accidentally left behind and had it behind the counter. Thank you 🙏

I wait in line before the store opens to buy myself a pair of Jordan 4s, employee comes out and says they don’t have any pairs. 30 minutes later they’re in the store selling it to a employee from a resell store in the mall(407 flight ). What a coincidence that when they start selling after lying to their customers is to a reseller who just wants to scalp shoes.

The choices OMG!! I love the variety they provide!

I literally counted 7 store associates during my visit even with a store full of customers and they only had one associate at the register to check people out. There were 4 other associates standing at the register but none of them took the time to help get the line moving. Even the young lady who was at the register was not the most pleasant. Again I dont expect anything special just decent customer service.

OK, if you like malls. We used it to get out of the heat.

I buy me some sneakers

This store is full of activity around back to school and holidays. Cashier ( Dajoina B) offered great customer service. She was super sweet, patient and fulfilled my needs as a customer, quickly. After ringing up more than one customer at at time on different registers, she still managed to keep a smile on her face, remained calm, and made sure the customers were taken care of. The girls got talent!

Yesterday, October 18 around 6 pm I went to buy a watch. The store manager spoke to me with an attitude and basically told me to leave the store. that he did not have the key I returned to make the order online and the service of this store is so poor that they made me wait because nobody knew how to do it and I ended up buying it on my phone whatever anyone is interested do not go to this store to who dont have a bad experience

Very Well Customer Service especially as soon as you enter and when youre asking for a different shoe size but should be more Cashiers because the line get pretty long and but overall was Wonderful

Absolutely the worst retail store Ive been to in a long time. Came in for a pair of Adidas for my girlfriend. Found the shoes, used their cool system to check the stock and request a pair to try on. 7 minutes later.. Nothing. Asked an employee who doesnt know how the system works. Took another 10 minutes to get the pair, went to check out, waited 5 minutes there, and had to listen to the cashier yell at a fellow employee, ask us rudely what shoes we were buying since they hold them at the counter. Then after paying she just said youre welcome I mean come on, were paying you, and no thank you, or Im sorry for the terrible service?

Came to this store for the very first time and this employee Martinez had a horrible attitude, we were looking for kids shoes and his attitude was so bad that we left the store immediately. Never coming back.

Finish Line has always been my go-to store for shoe shopping until I purchased a pair of Roshe Runs and tore them while riding my penny board. I went back to the store and no questions asked, I was able to exchange them for the same pair or a different color Roshe. I ended up getting the camo ones. Special thanks to Antonio for creating a proud customer.
