Seriously bad customer service! My friends and I were there last night (black Friday 2018) shopping. My friend was looking to purchase joggers, sign said 50% off. Also there was another sign that said $34.99 where all the joggers were. We simply asked if the 50% would come off the price tag price (59.99) OR the $34.99. 2 of the workers (girls) said it would come off of the 34.99. Sounds like a great deal! We go to the register and that is not the case. We asked to speak to manager because its mismarked, confusing and their own employees were giving out wrong information. The woman checking us out was one of the managers and she simply did not care. When we spoke to the other manager, about the situation and lady manager...he apologized for the inconvenience however he did try to excuse her behavior by saying its Black Friday and its just busy. NO SIR ! Its not my fault you work here and its bust. That does NOT give your manager a pass to be RUDE!! I did not purchase anything and I cant say that I would go back there.

Worst customer service ever! Theres these two guys who work there at night who are super pushy, arrogant, and confrontational. They also complain about folding clothes. If youre too lazy to fold clothes, why do you even work in retail??! They should be fired, and whoever hired them should be fired.Plus, they didnt let me return clothes using my credit card without a receipt. Banana Republic does. Express does. Its 2017, get with the program! Learn from a customer-centric company like Amazon! I used to shop at DKNY a lot, but now I have such a bad taste in my mouth that Ill never shop there again.

Guy who served me today was fantastic nothing was too much trouble for him.
