After multiple trips to East Orlando Harley looking for the perfect fit, David K went above and beyond and found me the one that met everything I was looking for. He knew what I wanted from the start and the style I was looking for. One day he informed me of a Velocity Red 2017 Roadster they just got in, he told me this was the one, he sent me photos and a video of the bike, and without hesitation I went to see it in person. Being a new rider it was everything I was looking for in a bike. David K. did an outstanding job, it’s a perfect fit.

Absolutely one of the best sales guys I have ever worked with, Michael Stewie Stewart. Extremely knowledgeable. Worked with me in regards to showing me the best options. Being as short as I am I felt that I wasnt being hustled to just buy but to really make sure I was buying the right bike for me. Finally, I chose the Road Glide Special and I bought my bike on the 2nd of Oct 21.

Don’t get your repair and maintenance service here! Their service is the worst! They delayed the pickup date again and again, and every time I called them, they seems don’t know what they are doing, no one knows what’s going on. The management is horrible, I suggest whoever in charge improves service quality and improve your managerial skill.

The class is great, depending on the teacher. I regret missing my first session and had to reschedule for some personal reason, but the next teachers where mean and rushing you. The bikes are beautiful and great to work with and safe to be with on. But be careful with your thigh, you may get burn. They kept changing bikes like it would take care of the problem. Smh it’s the same bike, made the riding experience horrible. And please don’t go during the summer, you will be there from 7-5. You may regret it.

Rob is awesome!!!!!Recently, I took my family to this location. We were approached by Sales Associate Rob who was very professional, yet also down to Earth. It felt as if he was instantly a friend that we have known for 10+ years. Although it was near closing time and Im sure he had plenty to do, he made us a priority. Once Rob learned our reason of stopping in, he poured even more time and energy into helping our family as much as possible. We explained to him that even though we taught our young children to not talk to strangers, there are times when people that we know and respect try to talk to our kids. The kids remain silent and uncomfortable to the point that it is perceived as them being rude. Rob went above and beyond to help the kids build their social skills. He got down to their level and taught them about the different types of motorcycles and how they work. He had the kids interacting, laughing, and having a good time. Our time with Rob was a true blessing and we are grateful that we stopped by.He taught us that this location is not just a motorcycle shop but also a hang out. They have some really cool family events scheduled that we would like to attend.We are not currently in the market for a motorcycle but we plan on returning to this great hangout to window shop and have a good time. When we have time in the future to ride and the kids are old enough to do so, we may be purchasing several bikes, gear, and classes from this shop.Thanks again Rob!!!

So I did a thing and bought my first Harley! Have to say that the experience was more than exceptional. My sales associate, Jesus, was awesome! He didnt walk on water, but he made a miracle happen and a dream come true! He was very thorough from the test drive, to showing me different options, and to the entire sales process. The managers on duty were Shawn and Robert. They crunched those numbers to make the deal happen. Like Shawn said, if we cant make a deal, we will still be friends. Well, they ended up getting a customer out of me and welcoming me to the Harley Davidson Family! Benji in the Finance office also made the process simple with explaining all the different customer packages in the end. I appreciate all the efforts it took to making the deal happen. I purchased my first Harley-Davidson motorcycle at this dealership I felt welcome from the beginning the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, there is a wide selection of different models to choose from and also writing gear helmets etc to shoes from all at great prices and I also took my msf riding course at this dealership. Outstanding Service Dept. on a ride down from Connecticut in May of 2021 I was caught in traffic on the Cross Bronx Expressway in New York, while sitting in traffic, temps got pretty high resulting in my clutch fluid boiling. As a result I lost my clutch (temporarily) riding across the GWB A shop in jersey diagnosed the issue and told me I’d need a flush of the fluids done but they didn’t have the time. The. Clutch fluid cooled down and I regained the use if the clutch. When I got to Orlando I called Mike at Orlando Harley East, he got me in the same day I called, Performed a full fluid service and checked the bike out top to bottom. I couldn’t t have been happier these guys are professional to say the least. Highly recommend this shop if you need service.

I was in the classes to obtain the Motorcycle Driving license and for me it was an excellent experience, because I did not drive a Motorcycle since 1980 in my Country. For work reasons I returned to NJ where I was able to buy a Harley Fatboy and I go out every Saturday to tour with the Group on the roads and routes of NY NJ. I started from 0, and with the Great instructors that the Store has, I was able to achieve my Dream of joining the HOG Family. I recommend doing classes in this store are good at what they do.

Wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle and obtain my endorsement, this dealer made the process so simple and accommodated me all the way. Dave was the most professional and best instructor i could ask for. There was no pressure on purchasing a motorcycle after the course, but of course i wanted one. Ross is super knowledgeable and the best salesman you can ask for, never pushy and only concerned you make the best choice for you and purchase what you like and are happy and comfortable. Even after a mishap on my end, they treated me like family throughout the entire purchasing process. Chris and John are excellent sales support and take their roles very seriously. Sales team, parts team, and service department make sure you are well informed during and upon delivery of your motorcycle. Sales team went out of their to get me a jacket my size from another location. My bike was actually transferred from a dealer more than 300 miles away, no problems no questions asked. I took the MSF BRC (Basic Rider Course) and got my motorcycle endorsement within three days.The coaches are one of the best that I have seen to date. They prioritize safety above all else and if a rider should fall during training they will do everything they can to make sure you are learning, comfortable, most of all safe.I would like to thank David, Lynne, and George for the phenomenal time there and highly reccomend going here for your motorcycle needs and getting your endorsement!

I recently bought a used 2001 Dyna Lowrider that had 15 year old tires equipped that was put on the line to sell which im not sure what is done when they receive these bikes for trade; im sure some sort of tune up and inspection would be required when a dealership with a name, brand and history attached to it such as HD. Anyway I called several local HD dealerships including the orlando location (near mall of millenia) and spoke with their service departments and they all confirmed that they do check the life of the tires upon receiving via trade or other circumstances when conducting their tune ups of motorcycles received  as stated above. I dont understand why this bike was even put to sell with those tires being that old.It took about 40 miles of riding this bike before I took a spill coming into my neighborhood at normal speeds and conditions for which the bike was damaged plus I received damage and roadrash on both knees and bruises throughout my body.Ive had 3 different bikes, my first being a Suzuki blvd c90 1500 and never had one crash or spill.I dont think a dealership of such high prestige should be selling any bike new or used with tires equipped that are more than double past their shelf life.This incident could have cost me my life and I hope this would not happen to another customer because they may pay the ultimate sacrifice.Im hoping to speak with management tomorrow as today is Monday and not much management was around.Ive been such a big fan of Harleys and was expecting more out of the establishment.Took my msf course their and always wanted a harley.

My wife and I were there for the riders course and started looking at bikes...Kevin Landers and Chris Fry were there and ready to make sure we got everything we needed or wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure the Road Glide Special I bought was ready for me to ride....on a Sunday. The deal and attention you get from the folks there will keep you coming back. Having said that, Kevin and company gave me another great deal the following day on my wifes Sportster. All in all, I give the dealership, the Mgmt, and all the folks that helped us through, especially Kevin, a 10 out of 5 stars...go see these guys and gals and let them help you into the bike youve been wanting..

Loved my experience, and I am absolutely in live with my new Softail Slim. If you want to feel like you are getting the right bike (not just any bike) then this is the dealership for you. I must have gone in there a dozen times and I test rode different bikes for three days. I never felt like I was wasting their time, and I never felt pressured to make a hasty decision. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Great overall experience purchasing a new 2020 Road Glide from East Orlando Harley Davidson. Ross handled most of the sale side, Adam helped me with choosing add-ons, and Dave was extremely patient with me as we trudged through the financials. Several others were also involved and everyone stuck around late so I could have a great send-off with a special song and ringing the bell.

Took the Riding Academy course this weekend with John Cordone and Lynne Crowley. Both instructors were absolutely excellent and the class was enjoyable as well as informational. Genuinely have no complaints. If you want to get your motorcycle endorsement while gaining lifelong skills in a low pressure environment, this is the place to go.

I took riding classes there to start with. David & John are amazing instructors. Very friendly approach and faculty is convenient and comfortable. I had to miss a class and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Got a license within a day or two of the riding lessons.Then started the buying process. Since for me it was for recreational use I was in a tight budget. Ross helped me to find the right bike for my requirements. I may have been there at least a dozen times to check out the vehicles and ride a few other models. There was no sales pressure and buying was a pleasant experience. Chris is as the one who dealt with all the financial part and was very very helpful. David is even going to give me a private lesson in my brand new HD.Thanks ROSS for making my years of dream come true.Last but not the least, buying gears for the ride. Shannon (General Merchandise Manager) was very helpful in picking the right gear. Being newbie I had so many silly questions and she was patient enough to answer all those before finalizing my gear. There honestly aren’t enough Stars to rate the entire experience we had at East Orlando Harley-Davidson! We just purchased our first Harley Davidson, a 2020 Roadster.We first came in looking for a used bike, which turned out to be at their sister store but had the chance to meet John Rubenstein the sales associate. He took the time to show us his current inventory, allowed us to go out on a test drive and even encouraged us to go check out the initial bike we had been looking at to compare. We ended up checking out the other bike, which we fell in love with but had a couple issues and couldn’t get down to the right price.John followed up with us consistently to see if we had questions and really went the extra mile to try and make it work for us. He even had another bike brought it for us to check out and was at the price point we were looking for. At the end of the day we decided to go with a 2020 Roadster. John was able to work with his Manager Chris to work out the numbers and we got a great deal! They didn’t even have it in stock and found one in Miami they secured for us in the color we wanted. The even sent their driver down to transport it back to Orlando for us and we were able to pick it up in a few days! They even have a process called “Ticket to ride” which is where they introduce you to everyone in the varying departments so you have a face to the name and they are available to help you should you need anything!I guarantee you will walk out of there feeling like you are part of their family! Even though it wouldnt matter much to me, I asked to have the bike delivered to this location so Jordan to look at it beforehand, because I trust him that much. I took the weekend class with instructors David and Sylvester. What a great class, informative, worked with me one on one when needed (and others), kept my attention while in the classroom, made adjustments to the motorcycle that I was training on so that I was comfortable and the list keeps going. I highly recommend this class to everyone just starting their motorcycle learning experience. Ill be going back for advanced training as soon as I am ready.

Never been on a bike and knew nothing about them. I took the academy course and it was really fun but hard to do. I have a new found respect for bikers with this class. I dont plan on buying a new bike but do want to take the intermediary class because it is fun and safe to do. No cars to hit you. If your up for a fun physical challenge i recommend this. I also learned a lot!

If youre considering the Harley Riding Academy, do it! I cant imagine learning to ride in any other course or on any inferior bikes. As someone with zero riding experience, I appreciated how the expert coaches (John, George and Dave) took all of the intimidation out of the weekend and replaced it with confidence and a spirit of fun. Youll get more than your moneys worth in riding exercises and classroom study that get you moving right away and build on skill after skill - its incredible how much you can learn in such a short time. And if youre still not ready at the end of the course to qualify for a license, they offer extra practice time for free. Best of all, though, they really make you feel like part of a new family - this was an outstanding experience for this first-time female rider!

I am super happy with the experience so far with this dealership today!! It actually starting with a phone call I placed on yesterday. When I spoke to Victoria she was so friendly over the phone and I didnt have to wait several days for an appointment. Once I arrived for service today and I was dreading this based upon my previous experiences at other Harley dealerships... HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked into the service department.. I was greeted with a smiley and friendly face from the service manager Victoria and her willingness to listen to me completely. Then she even assisted me with answering other questions I had about my bike. Once I finished up in the service department, I walked into the showroom just to see how long it would take before someone would address me. Wasnt very long, I was greeted with another person extremely nice, friendly and with a smile his name was Zak . I just could not believe how friendly Zak was he didnt even walk away from me when I told him I was just looking and wasting time...... I truly have to say this is ONLY Harley dealership I have ever felt a WARM and Welcome feeling... I now understand what it feels like to be part of the HARLEY family!!! Also, most importantly, I now do not feel any regrets about purchasing my Harley AND being part of the HARLEY FAMILY!!!!!

Unlike other Harley Dealerships, when I entered East Orlando Harley Davidson, I was immediately met at the door by an eager salesman. Irish Ed was enthusiastic, professional and informative. Today I walked into Harley Orlando (Lake Underhill) and was blown away by the experience. I had my eye on a pre-owned Street Glide sitting outside. After a few moments I was greeted by Kevin Fluffy, and although his role is salesman, this brother is a subject matter expert, true professional. He didnt pitch me, we had a genuine conversation, felt like I was talking to family. This brother is a first class representative of the brand. I will be looking to purchase soon and without a doubt Kevin is our guy! Thank you so much for rolling out the red carpet.

Just bought my first bike from this location and the staff was very helpful throughout the process. Craig did a great job going over a couple bikes with me allowing me to get the exact bike I was after. Awesome staff and great experience!

This Harley is really welcoming. I took my riders course here - largest course in the area and John is an awesome instructor. We still stay in touch and coordinate rides to this day. Their service center seems to have more room (so less issue with them holding a bike for service) and they are super fast at turning around work. Their sales guys and general manager are also really easy going and not pushy.

Bought my second bike at East Orlando Harley and the experience just gets better. The no-pressure sales team is top notch and fully knowledgeable. Every staff member on hand gives a friendly greeting even when just passing by. I had a recent issue with my 2017 Fat Boy,and Ryan, the service manager, resolved it for me with such interest and dedication, one would think the bike was his. Well done Ryan. Sales, Parts, Soft Goods, and Service cant be beat.

Irish Ed easily figured out the perfect bike me and my size since being 64 makes fitting into and on most things a challenge. He took excellent care of me and made me feel welcome. Patrick was awesome at helping figure out a plan to finance the bike within my budget. It was by far the best experience Ive had at any type of dealership

Great customer service

Excellent customer service and friendly, no bullsh#t salesman. I was interested in two bikes and they were happy to let me take each of them on a long test ride. My sales guy, Andrew, was full of knowledge and gave me zero pressure. He pointed out the benefits of each bike and didnt pressure me to buy the more expensive one. I ended up buying a beautiful new Roadster for the payment I wanted, and I couldnt be happier! Great place!

A very nice store and facility. They have an awesome display of new motorcycles on display for sure. The 2019 bikes are really impressive. The people in the parts and clothing departments were helpful and friendly.

Ive been to this location several times. Dealt with parts and sales. Everyone here is very helpful and laid back. My salesman Chris Fry showed me some of the inventory while I was in getting parts for my older bike. Found one I liked and he had me riding the bike home that same day. Highly recommend going to see Chris, even if its just to ask some questions that you may have.

I completed my safety course at this location back in 2008, felt great vibes then and still feel the same if not better to this very day. This is the best Orlando Harley has to offer. And hopefully the best there ever will be. I am extremely satisfied with this fine establishment. God bless Andrew, Mike, Brian and everyone else in there. These guys are the real deal. No BS. No pressure. Very laidback and patient. Purchased not my first bike, but my first Harley. 2016 Roadster. I got the best test ride I ever had at a dealership. Smiles per gallon all day everyday. Got the price i wanted and the payments i wanted. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future.
