Kristen was my sales associate and she went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top notch. She even went rummaging through the discontinued products to see if there was any chance she could find an insert I was missing. She cleaned the frame thoroughly after the lens removal, which she didn’t have to do. Made sure that the new lens that was inserted was to my liking. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

The service cant get any better than what it already is!!!! Ty and Juan-Carlos are absolutely phenomenal when it comes to customer service and knowledge of their products! Every time me and my girlfriend come into the store.....we feel like were family! They are the reason why we keep coming back and to the same store! I have never felt so humiliated in my life, I went to purchase a pair of Oakley holbrooks which cost me $200 dollars and I realized I didn’t like the fit on them...went back 2 days later to return and buy and even more expensive pair and the so called “manager” told me the frames are different and basically told said there’s nothing we can do to return them. Claimed she send out emails to managers whom I don’t even know even exist because everyone there is basically a manager. Was very rude and basically didn’t want to help me at all. Treated me as if I’m some kind of lowlife criminal who tried to pull a fast one on them to score myself some Oakleys. BEWARE of this place, they seem nice and kind at first but they will make you feel terrible as soon as you make purchase and try to return something. I will be reporting this to multiple places and also will be contacting the better business bureau!

Kristen and Luis made my visit to the Oakley vault store just yesterday one of a kind, they were welcoming, knowledable, helpful and not pushy. Without hesitation i will recomend not only the store but Kristen and Luis to anyone looking to know or purchase Oakley products. I honestly wish they can be rewarded in front their peers so the good and the positive will multiplied. Retail work is by far not easy and when you find someone who goes above and beyond then you know you are at the right place and with the right brand.

The staff that I dealt with knew his colors of the different lens. So it was definitely nice to organize everything with him regarding what I was looking for. I was sad to learn the color I liked was discontinued, but I found something else that I liked.

We where greeted automatically by a sales rep.. but he walked away from us so we ended up wondering around the store until we found what he was looking for. We ended up buying. Two pair of sunglasses for a decent deal. Something that bothered us is there was a female who was complaining about the fact she could not wear short to work.. Anyways it was just stuff we really did not want to hear. Overall we just felt it was unprofessional. The store was cleaned and they did have a ton of employees on the floor to help.
