WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was helped by a man named Jordan I was told. I am shocked at the experience and service I received at the premium outlets location PacSun. I came in to get a store credit for items I purchased right before the pandemic that caused malls and stores to close. I had the items in the bag, perfect condition with receipt and tags. The employee at the desk, Jordan, appeared to have worked at another pacsun previously based off the conversation I heard him having with his co-worker. I was not in a rush at all and had no problem, he rang up the 2 items I was returning and they came up at a fraction of the price I paid. I asked him to clairify if that’s what I would be getting back and he said yes. I asked why that was since I had my receipt and paid wayyy more for the items. His co-worker told him I was to receive the price I paid on the receipt. Jordan spoke to me in a VERY aggressive and extremely rude tone for no reason. He was slamming the pen, aggressively crumpling up my receipt and slamming the return paperwork on the checkout desk. I continued to treat him kindly and told him to have a good day, I didn’t even get a response. I was straight out scared!!! This is my first time ever receiving this type of customer service especially at pacsun. I didn’t even shop in the store and left because of this employee.

A female employed by the last name of Lopez was incredibly rude... for such a place with so many different people you would think they would employ a person that knew how to communicate

I left my wallet somewhere in the store and their employee Leah went above and beyond to get ahold of me the next day to let me know the store had it! I am beyond grateful to have it back, super amazing customer service
