Customer service was amazing. I have been looking for a quality bathing suit but not trying to spend a million dollars. Luis Muai was extremely helpful for my boyfriend and I. He recommended a few bathing suits and they are perfect! I ended up getting three quality bathing suits for less than one other places.

Me and my parents walked in with a warm welcome from Kemuel! While my dad was shopping around, me and my mom had great conversations with Kem! He is so funny and very charismatic and my mom and I love him! We will definitely shop here again next time we come down for a family trip!

The worst expirience! My son 3 years old was about to have a bathroom accident and they told me I was not hable to used the bathroom, firs they told ne they dont have one the next the manager told he doesnt care if the boy pee on the floor that he was not goin to let me go in. Last my son did not make it to the bathroom. I have never felt like that by any store in my life. And I had spend $100 here before I have ask the manager. Never again!

The Quiksilver store Premium Outlets and their great staff saved my trip!I was browsing and trying things on and I dropped my carry bag with my passport, AMex, Tech, Money and cards in it..............................................................When I got back to the hotel room I felt sick, but after checking every store I had been to at Premium Outlets Caio Campioni at Quiksilver had saved my life by putting my stuff in the quiksilver safe!My trip home next day was saved...I owe these guys big time and its a great store too !Thanks QuikSilver and thanks Caio!David Seymour. Terrible attention, VERY RUDE was the supposed manager named Tatiana from Brazil, they should not put people in charge of a store who do not know how to treat the public, MORE I NEVER buy from that brand, in the end the same thing always happens, Latinos are the worst enemies of Latinos, Basura.

Excellent service from the staff as well as the young lady and the young man who attend were very friendly and even though they did not speak Spanish they were super attentive and kind to us excellent prices and service
