Unbelievable! Went to see if they have service of measurements for a wedding. I need the measurement cause the event is offshore and need to send them to the company is gonna have the rental suits. The first guy I talk he was ok with it but asked a coworker to see if can help with the measures because he dont know which one to do even I have a picture. The second guy decline to do it and told me to go to mens warehouse. Really losing business to the competition. Wow

Good prices and some nice styles. My big issue was that the sales people never give you a moment to browse. It gets to a point where it becomes uncomfortable. I know there are some people that like being catered to but that is not me. I just want to be left alone to look around. I did buy 2 shirts and a pair of Jeans today. It wouldve been more if i was given my space.Its a cheap clothing store, not a car dealership.

For years this store is known in my Island Puerto Rico., and we just got one in Orlando a couple months ago. Great prices, great clothes and fashion up to date. I was recommended this place by someone who shops there on a regular. All I needed was a suit jacket, I was told immeadiately that they did not have that only suits. This was strange because the website showed individually jackets and I even saw individual jackets in the store. The young associate tending to me was off putting and kept thinking that he knew what was better for me. I let him know what I was looking forward and my size. He tells me that he believes thats going to be too big for me... Listen son, Ive been wearing suits before you could count to ten. The jacket was of course a perfect fit. When I asked about the price, originally told me that the suit with pants would be $179. Then he stated that the jacket itself would be $160. As an attempt to make me purchase the entire suit.Two things, you told me I couldnt have a jacket by itself and now youre inflating the price to encourage me to purchase both pieces. Now this was not a high quality suit so the prices seemed off. I left because I do not like people trying to swindle and hustle me. Be straightforward and make sure the price matches the quality. Im upset I drove from Windermere to shop there from what I thought was a reputable recommendation.

I should not even give one star, I had no other choice if I wanted to leave a written review. Terrible experience... I drove about 20 miles and was really looking on purchasing a suit since Ive heard so much about the store. On Sunday I was there at 5:55 and when I approached the door the person inside locked the door from inside right on my face and didnt let me in. Nor even an apology for been closing time. If store closes at 6pm on Sunday at least I shouldve been greeted and explained not lock the doors on my face like it happened. Sorry but no business from me.

I have bought a few items . first time i aske an amployee for a vestidor and no answer or directions.Today 6 january 2016 i bought a shirt then asked the manager for the vestidor ni answer no directions. I ended trying the shirt in front os the cashiers desk on top of a tshirt.

The attention is not good, the seller who attended us reluctantly attended to me, I bought two suits and many other things, I said that I had to make some arrangements to my suit and the seller told me that there they could make the adjustments that I needed to leave it and I went to look for him after 4 days when they told me why the next day I had my marriage. The day I had to use it, I found the surprise that they did nothing to him, they were still with the marks of the adjustments to be done, they didnt even touch it, they will say why not check it before leaving, one trusts the word and What if they offer you something is for them to do. Unfortunately I had to use it just as I had left.I would rather have them say they couldnt and I saw the way to do it by my side
