This outlet was very nice and organized with a large selection. The only thing that I was disappointed with was they did not carry sports apparel, cleats, gloves, etc. Side from the afore mentioned items I was pleased with this outlet store, store associate was super polite and even made sure we received the best deal for the money spent. The associate asked me to grab another item due to a sale they had that day, the item that I grabbed was free so I appreciate the honesty that the associate had.

If you go there....ask for Davia, beautiful personality and excellent customer service....from everyone

Yesterday was the re opening of the store, so today I went to visit the store and looks AMAZING!But when I get there no one say hi or ask me if Im looking for something in particular. I walked around the store and I passed next to more than five employees, including managers, and no one say hi or ask me if everything is ok. That start wasnt good. Employees need to be more aware to give customer service to the athletes.

Xavier was awesome! Helped me find the perfect shirts and sizes I couldn’t even find in the front! Best shopping experience in a long time, and amazing prices for UA products.

Good prices, ok selection but the service is horrible, long lines with 1 cashier but you can see 4 other employees standing doing nothing.

Great deals to he had on the holidays we went in September and there was some day and it was up to 70 /90% off. All designer brands in the outlets stuff for nothing and real quality not snides

The store had safety protocols in place that made me feel secure in having my kids there. Staff was courteous, helpful, and insightful. The store was well stocked, well staffed, and well maintained. And when there was a pricing issue with my shoes, the staff quickly remedied the matter to my satisfaction.

I was in a HUGE rush to make it to gatorland by 6:30 and got to deal with a beyond pleasant man Vincente! He MADE my day!!! He was completely accommodating, Beyond helpful because of him specifically I was able to get my shopping done and my purchase made and still make it to Gatorland! I did a lot of shopping in Orlando and even in comparison to some of the Couture shops at the big mall that I shopped did customer service was beyond exceptional! I will happily be back again to visit.

Bought a couple of things seemed to have better sales on women and children than on mens my son could not find any deals like I did store was well laid out lots of options but pricey on mens selection

Awesome store, great prices, and helpful courteous staff. Typically a better selection for men than women, but still worth a visit. Constantly getting different inventory. A true outlet with outlet prices. Many other stores and restaurants within walking distance as well.

My family and I came here after a few very long and stressful days dealing with a terrible issue at our hotel. All 4 of us had to get all new clothing (head to toe) to wear while our hotel cleaned our belongings we brought with us on vacation. We were exhausted! The employees here were very helpful to us. As we were checking out we were asking for directions back to our hotel, it was nearly 11pm and we were going to be walking back there. One of the nicest ladies who was working there offered to drop us off at our hotel because she was out of work very soon and she drives by there on her way home! She dropped us off safely at our hotel and told us how unsafe it wouldve been for us to walk there. We were SO thankful for her! She helped us more than she will ever know ❤

My hubby and I absolutely love this store! The athletic clothing options are sensational! Dont wanna forget the staff either. Hey, yall freakin rock! We were soo busy being starstruck from an earlier appearance, that the hat we grabbed was not a one size fits all lol, but 2×s bigger than his head😂. Anyway, we brought it right back in afterward and they quickly, without hesitation, let us exchange for the right size giggling along with us.

Still closed and no sight on opening anytime soon. Frustrating due to the fact I have items that need to be exchanged.
