Someone needs to take more pride in their work and the merchandise in this store. Everything I grab always has dust on it. Your hot food is rock hard and not edible at all. None of your food is marked with the time its made, or the time it needs to be removed. Ill go out of my way to go to another store from now on.

I went in to get something to drink and didnt think I would leave wearing it. I went to get an Ice coffee andthe glass was about half full when the whole rack fell off the glass was sitting on and I was wearing the drink. Then on top of that I hardly got a sorry about that. Said no problem and went to get another drink. By the time I filled my glass and had been fed up already, I went to reach for a top. Not there. I walked out because I finally had enough. The lady was more worried about a store floor than a customer who was wearing coffee because they didnt put a rack on right.....
I went to a nearby Circle K that I assume is under the same management (located at 50 and Forsyth) and they didnt have any more of the larger polar pop cups. Therefore, I had to choice but to get a smaller drink at the same price (all their polar pop drinks are the same price). When I walked into the store the gentleman behind the counter appeared to be checking sports results as he cursed in displeasure under his breath. I asked him if hed allow me to refill my Mountain Dew and explained my situation (not able to get the drink I wanted at a neighboring circle K). He explained that he wouldnt do it out of principle. Im not sure if he knows the meaning wait seems that someone that wanted to adhere to a higher moral compass would realize that theyre making a killing on their high fructose syrup and allow me to refill my soda that I had purchased at a neighboring facility about an hour ago. I returned after fetching a dollar bill from my car, only to find that in addition to his understanding of principles meaning he also forgot to tell me the machine was out of order. Overall fail. Recommendation: Greet customers when they walk in the store and if you fail to because youre too busy with your phone, the least you could do is let them refill their soda to make up for your bad customer interaction. Im guessing D. Cain isnt the GM for this facility, because Ive visiter his stores prior and theyre always on point. Thanks.

They need to put the bottled water in side the store not in front in direct sun all day (BPA) in plastic !
