The service was quick. Nothing to complain.

I love getting a free Starbucks drink on my birthday. I got the email two days ago (two days before my birthday) and was told it expires today (aka my birthday). I’m celebrating at universal studios which is perfect because there’s a Starbucks at my hotel, Loews Portofino. I went today to get my complimentary birthday drink only to be told this location does not participate in this promotion. Not only bummed I didn’t get the free drink, just bummed that now I won’t get to use this promotion since it expires today. You should reconsider this policy.

The Barista this morning on 10/8 was rude. She wouldn’t let us order without completing our food order first and THEN we could order our drinks. But very pointed and we felt rushed. So disappointing to have to deal with that kind of attitude on our vacation.

Very good service at this typical Starbucks. But you cant beat the ambiance...sipping on a coffee outside by the small bay area that makes up the hotel Portofino.

The worst customer service. Manager Heidi decided it was a good idea to tell us to step out of the coffee shop because it was crowed..... it wasn’t crowded but we stepped out. Then when customers started to leave we went back in and multiple of her employees told us to step out. Hey Heidi just becacause I have color on my skin doesn’t mean I have no money and yes I am staying at an expensive hotel btw. Not just walking by.

We got to the hotel early and decided to go downstairs to the Starbucks. The baristas at the counter tell us we have to shut the door and form a line outside the door because “it’s too crowded inside.” we get it, Covid regulations…A couple of people left the store and the line moved up so we went inside. They were still telling us to wait outside. Keep in mind, everyone else inside, waiting in the air conditioning, is white. So I said “no, there’s plenty of room now, we aren’t waiting in the heat.” They kept on and My husband said “we are fine inside.” They kept going and I said “Why does HE have to be the one to wait outside in the heat.” She said “Because you’re the last party.” Again, people had left the building and the line moved up. So we left and didn’t spend any money there…not a great start to our vacation. Definitely not a good first impression of the area.

Great customer service.

Came on Saturday night. Mike and Justin are the BEST, friendliest bartenders. Even Starbucks the Starbucks was super attentive for no server and our group really appreciated it! Will definitely be back again!Starbucks

I love Starbucks coffee and their snacks . The only reason I am giving them 3 stars because their service is very poor and takes for ever to get the coffee specially at this place.

Service here was quick and friendly! If you want a snack or coffee you should definitely stop in!

Extreamly slow

Their original glazed donut is fantastic and you can get soda at this location for a responsible price unlike most establishments in the area. The staff was polite and professional.

Horrible coffee. Mocha tasted like only steamed milk, Chai latte was the same. Avoid at all costs.Every other Starbucks I have been to has had excellent coffee, not this one.

Rude service. The lady cashier is nice and friendly but the lady who serve my coffee is very rude and looks like she doesnt like her job. 3 stars because of the cashier lady.

Hate everything about this Starbucks. Overpriced and coffee taste like nothing even when asked for extra espresso. Asked for upside down macchiato, wasn’t made upside down and looked at me like I was dumb. It was that bad that I just took it and threw it in the trash.

$4.50 for Grande Coffee! The bold tastes like a blonde.

Its a hotel Starbucks, they are overpriced and dont carry the full array of Starbucks products...

By the end of the day, the barista turned sour. Not super welcoming.But Matcha frappe is valid.
