Was greeted right away upon entering store. Online it says Temporary closed but we were there today 8/28/2020 and it was opened. Prices are a little high but I expected that since they are inside the Florida mall. They have some really cool stuff. What caught my eye was the Jurassic Park/World display in window. I was expecting more but they had very little and it wasn’t easy to find. Wish they had more of it.

Love their merch! Place is a bit small but they have awesome stuff. Bit pricey for me.

Was hoping they would have more unique selection of anime goods, especially apparel.

I stopped by today with two of my friends. We were greeted by a couple of employees. The store was organized and clean. We were told about the sales and there was a wonderful selection of Lounge fly and Disney merchandise which is why we stopped in. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable! I even received a coupon for my next visit!

This store is over-priced. Everything that was in there I was able to find for at least 10 to 20 dollars cheaper online or a different store.

Lots of cool anime and pop culture shirts and so much more. Prices are high but they do have a cause for why they are.

Like Spencers without the dirty stuff

I spent over $30 and got a $15 off coupon to use in the future. I ended up returning something from my purchase which dropped me under the $30 mark and I had to return the $15 coupon. This just seemed a little petty for a corporate company in my opinion. I would think the purpose of those coupons is to bring in a returning guest but I guess I won’t be that.Their store was also pretty tight and a shirt I got was $24 on clearance which seems like a normal price shirt of the same quality.

Got my wife a purse and she loved it.

Service was terrible. We asked for help finding something and they rudely told us “We don’t have that” and went back to talking. Then we went to find the shirt ourselves when an employee came up to us and asked if we needed any help. We were describing the shirt when my mask started slipping (it wasn’t coming off of of my nose so it was still completely on) and he cut me off and told me to put it back on. At this point I was completely done with the service and we left. You need to rethink your employee choices.

They are scammers. I had an online order from months ago and due to covid had to move out of state and was unable to pick up my items once they were delivered to the store. Customer service told me after seven days the money will be refunded to me. This store decided to mark my items as picked up in order to avoid processing the return and charged me $40 while doing so. Very unprofessional.

This is a unique store with a wide variety of different types of items. From collectable statues, Pops, figurines to clothing they have it all. Lots of fun pop culture stuff like Disney, Harry Potter and Friends. Definitely stop in.

I love this store and their employees! They are very helpful and enjoyable to be around, it makes for a great in store shopping experience. I have never had any trouble ordering online, my package came promptly and in great condition. I find the prices of the merchandise to be incredibly reasonable, especially for the quality of the products that you get. I always recommend people visit this store when they are in the Orlando area!

All I can say is I want to buy everything here. The staff is always knowledgeable and will stop everything theyre doing to help a customer. Very impressed!

Trip down nostalgia lane for Disney, Nickelodeon, anime, and current tv shows, movies, etc. small store physically. They are a bit overpriced but have good deals all the time, great rewards and mission.

This place is AMAZING! The actual store has a large stock and variety of things. I would describe this place as very similar to Hot Topic, but different enough to make you want to go and buy their items. Online, is amazing too. There stuff arrives in a timely manner. Not to mention, for every $10 you spend, you are helping give a meal to someone in need. Talk about a great reason to purchase things here! Plus they have great promotions and give you boxlunch cash (sort of like Hot Topic).

Imagine if Think Geek and Hot Topic had a baby. This upscale pop culture store has everything from t-shirts to kitchenware. Always a fun spot to explore.

I went in with my toddler to buy a gift for my 20 year old and she was very fussy. One of the girls that works there started talking and playing with her which calmed her down, she also helped me find what I was looking for. I didnt asked for your name but you made a world of difference from similar places I went to. Thank you for hiring such a compassionate and amazing staff.

I’m never shopping at Box Lunch again. I waited on the phone for 38 min while the man John “tried” to process a refund for my order. When I finally asked to speak to a manager, he told me he didn’t have one. I pressed to speak to a supervisor, and he hung up on me. Now I have to call back and wait on hold AGAIN to get another customer service agent to get a refund for my order for almost $30!Such unprofessionalism.

The staff is always so nice when I go in there and genuinely enjoy their job. Their pop selection is great and their prices are a little high but decent for what you get plus they always have deals going on. Keep doing good for Orlando, Box Lunch!

Love It perfect for unique gifts

Huge selection of items from shirts to cutlery to toys to memorabilia from a wide variety of niches. They carry many items from star wars to Harry potter to game of thrones to West world to various videogame franchises to 90s cartoons. They have a very eclectic collection for sale with a very attentive staff. My only problem is that just about everything is way overpriced. From T-shirts that are $30 to memorabilia and toys in the $50+ range. If you want something specific for someone special, it might be worth it, but you will pay well for it.

Box lunch reminds me of the better times of retail. Friendly people that actually seem to care and are into what they do. Rare in central Florida.

One of the best shops in The Florida Mall, their discounts are good and the charities they support are all local.

Nothing with the store itself, but with ordering online. I understand the importance of security with online purchases, but I shouldnt have to waste time doing a 3 way call with my bank for them to verify its me on a $12 purchase. Nor should I have to email you first to ask why my order was cancelled.

Boxlunch is fandom heaven!!! Best place to buy officially licensed products from your favorite shows and movies. 10 out f 10 would recommend.

The Box lunch was good. It was fresh ingredients. Quite Enjoyable. One thing I missed was it didnt have the pickle.

An overpriced version of Hot topic. Literally about 75% of the stuff you can find at hot topic. No joke. Only a fee things are limited to BoxLunch. Which makes it cool and exclusive I guess.

Everything is rather pricey. But you are paying for quality. They have super cute and cool things. But Im cheap so I stick to the clearance section. Which is sadly always rather small. Lol

Amazing service through their frontline workers, amazing selection of items from all walks of nerd culture and additionally a great cause and moral reason to open up shop by donating boxed lunches to children. Havent looked too deep as far as their transparency but Im impressed.

Love shopping here - I’ve spent way more money here than I should’ve though. Prices are crazy expensive, but everything is very cute/nostalgic/gotta-have-it. They have tons of merch items for Disney, Sailor Moon, GoT, Harry Potter, and Dragon Ball Z, but other pop culture fandoms have smaller sections as well.
